我們家生日最愛訂帝苑酒店的蛋糕❤❤每次款式必定不同,最重要的更是無論賣相、味道及層次感都永無失望!多年都能keep住超卓水準今次姑媽及堂妹這兩個一月壽星生日,當然又是光顧Royal Garden啦~~今次蛋糕賣相十分有趣,光滑的朱古力glaze上半捲住的芝麻蛋卷,蛋香微脆的蛋卷佈滿黑白芝麻,帶點中式藝術意味。蛋糕旁還有片片紅色朱古力片,中西合併,感覺獨特,出奇地融合。畫龍點睛的是中間的朱古力幼棒,頂端有薄薄的金箔作點綴,散發點點高貴奢華感。蛋糕以結實的朱古力脆餅作餅底,內層共三層,第一層是濃郁細滑的榛子慕絲,中間夾著甜中帶苦的朱古力海綿蛋糕,質感輕盈濕潤,第三層是黑芝麻慕絲,打得幼滑,但還吃到啖啖甘醇黑芝麻細粒,令口感更為豐富我最愛黑芝麻慕絲層,不僅是這本來的誘人黑芝麻香氣,更因是想不到黑芝麻與朱古力可以那麼夾,兩者不會過甜而奪去黑芝麻的天然香氣。平日對卡路里十分節制的我,都不禁吃了1.5件帝苑真心無得輸 continue reading

今年與媽媽於尖東的飯店慶生, 當然要預備帝苑的蛋糕於飯後切啦。目標很清晰, 所以不用網上查看, 預早一日電話預訂並加上生日牌。 晚飯之前到餅店取餅, 裝修過後的餅店, 以白色classic為題, 變得明亮寬敞, 更添貴氣切合"fine foods"的稱號。 凍櫃內的蛋糕款式很多, 有classic也有新款, 小件切餅更是精緻吸引。餅店有信用卡八折優惠但只限星期一至四, 剛巧那天是星期五, 飲恨! 沒辦法啦! 還是乖乖遞上該信用卡付錢。 多年來都是鍾情於餅店的拿破崙, 雖然試過其他款式口味, 最後都要回歸拿破崙的懷抱, 不論是芒果味還是士多啤梨味都很喜歡。自從Tony Wong自立之後, 都有買過兩者的拿破崙來比較, 還是喜歡帝苑餅店的出品, 那份甜度和鬆脆度較合乎自己胃口。 芒果拿破崙 $360, 媽媽和家人都對蛋糕讚不絕口, 但嘴刁的我有點不太認同。 附送的膠刀落刀雖有咔嚓聲效, 但蛋糕的外觀難保, 要跟飯店借來鋼刀才順利將蛋糕“完整地”層次分明的分件。 千層酥皮的鬆脆度沒以前那麼鬆化, 而且有點點回潮跡象, 最底層的酥皮更有小小韌的情況發生, 從前的拿破崙吃不完放進雪櫃1,2天酥皮仍很鬆脆, 這次是首次感到丁點失望呢。 與酥皮層層相間的吉士醬, 香甜味仍保持得到, 甜度適中, 但幼滑度稍稍退步了。 雲尼拿籽是我粗心大意而錯過了? 還是省卻了? 記憶這刻卻是fade out了! 最好味莫過於當造的芒果, 完熟的芒果香甜美味之餘, 份量也不少呢! 除了面層層層叠的芒果片外, 中間混和吉士醬中的芒果肉亦不少, 甜美的芒果將整個拿破崙的分數再提升。 那個曾幾何時於心目中近乎完美的拿破崙, 好像經不起時間的考驗而稍稍退步了。 話雖如此, 那退步的幅度只是由A+變B+。 隨著多間不同品牌的餅店相繼開設, 在沒有絕對優勢下, 競爭是白熱化, 要保存食客心目中的No.1, 品質管制要時刻保持警惕啊! continue reading

本人心目中的No.1蛋糕店必定是帝苑酒店Fine Foods❤️❤️❤️所以當我生日時,眾人叫另一食家Auntie Annie負責訂蛋糕,她果然沒有令大家失望,今次也是訂了帝苑Fine Foods的兩磅大蛋糕。雖然已吃過多次他們家不同款的蛋糕,但每次都充滿驚喜,邊吃邊讚嘆:「他們是怎麼整得這麼好吃!」(心心眼mode,再大啖大啖鯨吞🐳🐳)抹茶紅豆蛋糕本人不是抹茶狂熱分子,平時對抹茶甜品只是普普通,但帝苑又弄出另一境界,令我對抹茶加紅豆深深著迷。蛋糕表面光滑潔白,如大理石般的白朱古力襯托著淺綠花瓣,加上幾筆隨意綠,充斥著藝術層次感。本來我十分不喜歡蛋糕表面上的白朱古力,不論是朱古力牌或glaze,但帝苑調節甜度到剛剛好,不會令人感到過於甜膩而需要大量灌水。(大啖大啖地吃中😋😋)雖然蛋糕層次不多,內層主要是濃郁抹茶慕絲和兩層不同質感的紅豆蓉,上層的紅豆蓉更濃烈,打得香滑起沙,下層的紅豆蓉顏色較淡,但口感更濕潤,奶味更重。底層是綿密鬆軟的朱古力海綿蛋糕,淡淡朱古力味不會蓋過抹茶。吃完後不會有膩滯感,反而有令人繼續吃下去,進攻另一件的魅力,可能這就是帝苑蛋糕的攝人魔力 continue reading

I m a loyal fans of fine foods cake shop. I love their cake and I almost tried all their cake but my favorite is their chestnut cream cake. I was just there to have tea with my friends and again fine foods never let me down! I also like their butterfly cookies (蝴蝶酥) it's just so good. continue reading

My colleague's birthday today, and he brought a cake from FineFood.Surface: light beige colour, brown soft middle etc. No idea for the name of it and how much it costed, but the cake is so tasty, low sweet and i will share my experience and definitely order some for my friends.[ Fine Foods =] at G/F, The Royal Garden, 69 Mody Road, Tsim Sha Tsui!!!! continue reading
