睇得出仲食得出小店的用心經營。$48至$68的午市套餐，非常足料，包湯，前菜同飲品，真係性價比高。本人也曾經營飲食，真心覺得足料得有點過份。無骨雞翼冷烏冬有成四隻餃子雞翼，饀料豐富，不是普通的來貨加熱，有誠意三條蟹柳也不是用平價貨，烏冬煙韌有勁，麻醬汁偏酸較浠。洋蔥鮮菇湯，菇多過湯，仲有前菜凉拌海帶。炸雞肉燥飯炸雞有兩件，香口有肉汁，肉燥不是用免治豬肉，耐是五花肉切片，切粒，還有兩三舊大件的，肥瘦適中又入味，真係好好食呀！仲超級飽。…Read More

新開見個賣相幾好，一於去試下。看看依個沙漠會唔會有甘泉。整體黎講好淡，啲野無乜味。食材都算新鮮，雞同牛都有肉味。但佢地啲調味輕手得濟。面豉湯呢就正正常常，係用粉開果啲，温度又唔係好夠熱。另外個番茄湯都可以。煎雞同牛既時間控制都可以，岩岩好。賣相方面就幾好既，但唔係咁環保，用哂啲即棄木制餐具。比起膠好小小。八十幾蚊個餐黎講有前菜，主菜，飲品及甜品都算係咁。但唔值。個甜品係oreo加啲白色既cream粉。麻麻地。改善下啲調味料，相信都會好啲既。…Read More

自從經外賣app 點餐發現這家店後，幾乎每星期都會幫襯。味道比起很多馬鞍山餐廳出色，隨餐附送的湯有驚喜，前菜每次都有不同，帶子裙邊、螺肉，非常惹味。主菜：鰻魚飯，入味；溫泉蛋牛肉飯 / 雞肉飯，汁料夠，；今日見餐單多了其他款，點了咖哩牛肉飯，但誤送了烏冬，打去店問，原來是撈烏冬，第一次食撈烏冬，同咖哩非常夾，好好食。另外跟餐甜品份量不大但很出眾，食過Oreo朱古力雪糕，好味，牛奶布甸夠香夠滑，我家老人家非常欣賞，每次都問可不可以加甜品，一個實在唔太夠喉。雖然價格好像稍高，但整體性價比高，值回票價。如果不是外賣店而是堂食，會是鞍山熱店排長龍等好久個類，專做外賣實是明智之舉。…Read More
