To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

嚟開深水埗😂😂😂行行下見到呢間鋪頭又咁啱見到有人食個意大利飯有個蟹蓋咁得意咁就入嚟試下我地嗌咗2份野食,其中一份轉咗做餐是日濃湯飲落好足料,南瓜味香咁啱做緊優惠,Hoegaarden 買一送一,都ok la最主要想食嘅蟹肉意大利飯!除咗布濃濃蟹膏之外,仲有海膽!撈埋一齊真係幾出色又係見人嗌我地又嗌嘅豬手😂燒個下係幾好睇,有視覺效果👍🏻不過個皮林咗同硬咗,食落真係唔脆肉就ok嘅😂芒果cheese cake 普普通通啦芒果啤酒沙冰淡咗啲,芒果味唔突出甜返啲會更好👍🏻

點了兩客午餐,午餐包括餐湯、$20以下的飲品和芝士蛋糕。餐湯:是蘑菇湯,味香濃,但太稠。辣肉腸茄茸意大利麵:辣肉腸一般,醬汁做得好吃意大利麵不會太軟,也好吃。燒肉眼扒配雜菌忌廉汁:肉眼扒很大塊,味道和肉質也好,醬汁也好味道。餐飲:凍檸茶和凍咖啡,咖啡香濃。芝士蛋糕:原來店子每天會提供不同口味的芝士蛋糕,今天的是桃味。芝士蛋糕味道香濃,中間的位置較軟,有桃的香味,中和了芝士蛋糕的飽膩感,很好吃。此店食物質素不俗,但桌子間的距離太近,雖有紙板分隔,仍感擠逼。此外,我覺得這店在服務方面有需要改善之處。這餐廳用的是無紙餐牌,這樣夠環保,很好。我們用手機看餐牌,只看到午餐主菜和特飲的資料,沒看到一般飲品的資料,我就問為我們下單的男侍應有何飲品可選,誰知他急步離開,只邊走邊說了一句:就是一般的飲品。結果,我們要找另一侍應點飲品,並到結賬時才發現原來點凍咖啡要加$8。我覺得餐廳應在餐牌列出可選擇的飲品和要加收的費用,而那男侍應也應好好回答顧客的問題。

今日同男朋友行經長沙灣,見到餐廳幾有情調,所以入去食晚餐。餐廳彩用無紙餐牌,食客可以掃描QR code睇menu,好方便。今日我地叫咗2個set dinner,好抵食,有餐湯、主菜、飲品同甜品。餐湯係周打海鮮湯,好濃郁,重食到蜆肉、魚肉等海鮮。主菜叫咗牛肝菌雜菌扁意粉,唔會乾身,芝士味亦濃,扁意粉硬度適中,配上牛肝菌,好夾。另一份主菜叫咗澳洲肉眼扒配大蝦,肉眼扒五成熟,煎得啱啱好,濃濃嘅牛味加上個汁,好食。而大蝦開咗邊,唔洗用手拆殻,好方便,配菜重有creamy薯蓉同沙律菜。另外,我地加咗個小食,自家製鵝肝醬多士。多士香脆,配上鵝肝醬,個陣油脂香係口溶化,正到不得了。甜品有賣相同味道都超班嘅黃莓芝士蛋糕,面層蕉糖香脆,而芝士蛋糕口感creamy,非常好食。我地重叫咗荔枝檸檬梳打同薄荷青檸梳打,好fresh,前者荔枝味重,好好飲,後者就醒神清爽,唔甜。

好少過嚟長沙灣呢邊食嘢,今晚黎開呢邊搵朋友,順便喺附近睇吓有咩食,然後見到呢間好靚嘅Cafe,暗暗地好適合聚餐,於是同朋友一齊試試。餐廳內嘅裝修行復古路線,打下卡的話都唔錯。《海鮮芝士火鍋》$188份量好多,有蝦、墨魚仔、帆立貝、青口,仲有麵包粒同大量薯條。芝士醬有蠟燭可以保持熱度,芝士味都好濃郁,不過不太流質,好難附到係啲海鮮上面。值得一讚嘅係薯條炸得剛剛好,夠香脆,食到停唔到口。《馬拉大蜆墨魚麵》$128呢個真係墨魚麵而唔係用墨魚汁煮成嘅意粉,我係第一次食,都幾特別唔會整到成個咀污糟晒。大蜆都好有鮮甜嘅味道,整體唔錯。附送一餐湯係南瓜湯,味道都唔錯南瓜味好濃郁,仲食到南瓜蓉。套餐升級甜品拼盤只需加$30,真係好抵!甜品都有好幾款,包括忌廉pancake、芝士餅、Tiramisu、雲呢拿雪糕。估唔到雪糕出奇的滑,以為只係普通嘅雀巢雪糕。而芝士餅好高質,夠晒黏實,係我鍾意嘅texture! 呢度嘅食物選擇好多,有機會再嚟試其他。

甜品都有好幾款,包括忌廉pancake、芝士餅、Tiramisu、雲呢拿雪糕。估唔到雪糕出奇的滑,以為只係普通嘅雀巢雪糕。而芝士餅好高質,夠晒黏實,係我鍾意嘅texture!

朋友介紹話呢間餐廳食物唔錯,今日就嚟一試。見到有晚餐散叫、有套餐。總括嚟講晚餐好似相對地經濟,而且已經睇中左其中一個餐。牛扒配大蝦,呢個係絕配,已經睇中。牛扒夠大塊,味道唔錯。煮得剛剛好,唔會太老,唔會太生。大蝦都算新鮮爽口。仲有啲沙律菜。另外仲叫咗魚,賣相都整得幾好魚有差唔多三小塊,味道OK但我覺得老咗少少。個底仲有薯蓉唔錯。薯蓉軟綿綿有牛油香。餐飲都係基本咖啡、奶茶、檸茶、檸水,不過咁啱是日冇咖啡,就叫咗檸檬茶。
