Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

住在長沙灣附近,都有不同餐廳,甘岩無人排隊,就入去食lunch set,我們叫了兩套,用qr code 睇餐牌,然後叫人落單。牛肝菌忌廉湯牛肝菌打成碎狀,亦食到細細粒薯仔,個湯很香,而且很creamy,份量都夠大,飲得出真材實料,因為餐湯質感很濃郁燒澳洲肉眼扒配雜菌汁配薯菜澳洲肉眼扒很高質素,唔算多筋,容易切開,肉質鮮嫩,燒至七成熟,用牛油汁煎封過,很香,薯菜加上雜菌汁燒豚肉配蘋果蓉燒汁配薯菜豚肉肉味濃郁,每一口都充滿肉汁,沒有燒至失去水份,因為啖啖肉,沾上蘋果蓉汁,去左油膩感。薯菜很美味,份量足夠。Bailey's caffe latte酒精飲品,本身我喜歡奶味酒,加上latte 跟bailey 很夾,另外杯上忌廉拌勻後,增加了latte 的幼滑感水蜜桃梳打老公中意凍飲,很清甜,帶有桃香味,加上梳打水很清新,所以呢個配搭也不錯藍莓芝士蛋糕每日精選,因為自家製,值得加$10品嚐,芝士味濃,亦有粒粒藍莓,微甜。 continue reading

7月14大家都知咩事啦,anyways 同舊同事食yearly dinner, 揀左呢間僻靜啲socially distanced. 叫左個4人餐,我地兩男兩女食岩岩好。成set有沙津、雞翼、餐湯、一個飯、一個粉、兩個main, 跟20蚊內餐飲,同成餐個亮點,是日甜品,黃梅芝士蛋糕:真係好好味!!!main 我地叫左三成熟肉眼扒同七成熟羊架,塊扒認真麻麻,牛味冇乜,又難咬,返而個羊架仲入口即融又有羊味!! 成個場唔知係咪限聚令就開始所以都冇乜booking, 冇限時我地傾到十點幾見佢地想收舖先走。都算好坐。 continue reading

今日去咗深水埗買野 然後有朋友推介我地黎到長沙灣呢間西餐食晚餐 餐廳位置好方便 係長沙灣站行幾分鐘就到 鋪頭裝修好有style 好有復古嘅外國風格呢到好特別嘅係用無紙menu 只要用電話scan下個QR code就可以睇到餐牌 乾淨又方便!我同朋友一齊嗌咗兩個主菜跟餐 同埋小食一份 分別係澳洲豬鞍架 日本帶子黑松露意大利飯 黑松露薯條首先黎係跟餐嘅餐湯 今日餐湯係周打蜆湯 個湯都幾creamy仲加咗粟米紅蘿蔔等 都幾夠味切開個豬鞍 就見到煎嘅火喉岩岩好 保持到好粉嫩又juicy 而且份量都唔少 夠晒兩個人share 我同朋友一致讚賞呢個豬鞍 而且好軟稔 唔會難咬 好滿足嘅感覺!另外嗌咗個日本帶子黑松露意大利飯 入面材料好足料 有非常多嘅菇類 黑松露個味都好出 如果個飯可以再煮杰少少就perfect! 不過我都幾鐘意 因為我係黑松露迷 加上個意大利米煮得都岩岩好 唔會太硬小食嗌咗黑松露薯條 個薯條係新鮮整起 上枱熱辣辣 咁樣已經加好多分! 而個黑松露醬個味好rich 加埋一齊食係好好嘅開胃菜跟餐嘅餐飲方面 我同朋友都想揀啲fresh啲無咁滯嘅飲路所以大家都揀咗梳打類 我揀咗水蜜桃梳打 朋友揀咗檸檬梳打 都幾大杯而且我鐘意佢唔算好甜 都幾解到膩食咗咁多野未完架! 我地仲有個跟餐甜品 當日跟餐甜品係阿華田奶凍 我地就+$10轉做是日蛋糕 個日嘅蛋糕係芒果芝士餅 細細件岩岩好食得有啲飽嘅我地 佢都係甜度岩岩好 唔會過甜 不過芒果味唔算好出 不過芝士味夠濃郁 我都幾鐘意 一路食發現呢間餐廳都幾受歡迎 好多人係出面排隊等入座 以呢個價錢有套餐係幾吸引 好岩三五知己或者另一半黎到過簡單嘅一晚! continue reading
