自從多番自由行/旅行團來港後，以為山頂嘅店舖會多番生意，結果仍然未如理想，平日晚上7時半左右黎到，見到商店已相繼關門，不少餐廳亦已停止入座🙈🙈。幸好呢間餐廳仍未到last order時間😌，而且環境優美，於是決定入去一試。不過如圖所見，餐廳只有幾枱客人。侍應態度親切，先為我地點飲品及送上餐包。寶雲酥羊架略為過火，感覺似吉列羊架。儘管如此，羊架肉質嫩滑多汁，帶微微羊騷味。鴨肉醬寬條麵賣相不太吸引，食落卻有驚喜。肉醬有濃濃嘅肉香，份量十足，食到臨尾幾乎可以啖啖肉醬𢳂黎食。寬條麵似新鮮自家製嘅，口感柔韌彈牙。最後點了甜品朱古力雪糕 & 柚子gelato作結。朱古力雪糕非常香濃，上面仲灑上朱古力碎。至於gelato嘅柚子果味好重好清新。 continue reading

All the food are delicious but my favourite dishes would be the Pasta and Burrata Cheese. The pasta was al dente and the sauce….. it phenomenal! The Burrata was so fresh! 我地4個人叫左個ultimate brunch，包左4個starters，一個main course同埋3款甜品。Starters有1）車厘茄素菜沙律配櫻桃蘿蔔，橄欖及意大利黑醋正常發揮，點黑醋食令到味道更加fresh。2）水牛芝士配車厘茄及橄欖水牛芝士口感比較煙韌，奶味香濃。3）廿四個月巴馬火腿配哈密瓜，香烤松子及意大利黑醋巴馬火腿唔會覺得肥膩，配埋哈密瓜食同火腿嘅油甘香好夾。4）薄切牛仔肉配吞拿魚醬、沙律、日曬蕃茄乾及酸豆牛仔肉切得應該得幾mm咁薄，配埋吞拿魚醬食出奇地夾。去到main course，我地叫左1）鮮蝦龍蝦湯扁意粉龍蝦汁非常之鮮甜，扁意粉非常掛汁。2）18個月巴馬火腿薄餅十分巨大，批邊個個位食落好鬆軟。3）黑安格斯牛排配香蒜西蘭花苗及肉汁朋友叫左medium rare，唔會好韌，牛味唔算話好重。Dessert叫左3種意大利甜品：tiramisu，食落有好濃嘅咖啡及酒香，不過不失；第2種係類似朱古力餅乾嘅甜品，朱古力味香濃，嗜甜嘅人會好鍾意；最後係意大利脆卷，係一份開心果及朱古力碎粒，再加上cream及外脆皮，脆皮嘅口感同新年大家食嘅角仔係一模一樣！總括嚟講係環境、服務及食物質素都係有中上以上表現，侍應會問你好唔好食及不斷為你加水，整體價錢係山頂呢個地方嚟講都算合理，值得試一試。 continue reading

為免同人迫，提早兩天慶祝母親節，隨食評選了這所位於山廣場的意大利餐廳，完全驚喜，絕對無揀錯！四人晚餐，選了兩份套餐，再加沙律及Pizza, 份量已足夠。食物質素及Presentation都很讚很有誠意。服務員更是不絕口，有禮專業，每一道菜都換上新碟及餐具，適時會過來了解用餐情況和意見，但又不會騷擾用餐，太讚了！環舒服，性价比絕對抵，肯定還會再來！ continue reading

母親節真係唔知去邊，到處都係人，中餐排大隊，要等又食限時套餐，最怕勞氣，所以最一日去食。帶老人家出去唔係好多選擇，父親要坐輪椅，港島走走去山頂看看。怕訂唔到餐廳，所要在openrice選擇，搵到這家，帶老人家看看風景再吃飯。地方非常優雅，服務梗是一流，食物冇得頂，一定有下次！ continue reading
