次次去旺角都要幫襯的小食店人好多但嘢真是好好食魷魚、生腸口感爽脆。雞腎、豬俐、豬潤成熟度啱啱好,但又很好的保留了食材本身的味道,喜歡吃動物內臟的朋友,一定會超愛的。再配上豉油、甜醬,芥辣真是超級美味。我覺得他家每樣東西都好好吃。如果不知吃咩,他家有不同的組合套餐,很方便要預咗時間排隊,但店員都好快手,不會排好久。溫馨提示:提早看好嗌咩嘢食,不想要的醬料,要提早告知。沒有座位,要企在路邊吃,有啲狼狽。

终于吃上了!传说中的肥姐小食 墨鱼巨紧实巨弹牙🦑,重点是一定要加这个黄芥末酱,咸鲜微甜中芥末的清新刺激迅速在口中乱窜,复合的味道让人爽到停不下来⚡️ 火鸡肾的口感会软和些,但依然是相当的q弹,🥩吃起来没有一丝的膻味,配上酱料反而越嚼越香📌每天下午1:00开门,虽然要排队,但是整体还蛮快的,他值得!

早兩日午飯時間,原本打算去食行將結業嘅一日三餐,但去到有成十幾人排隊,見到個天又黑黑地,反正都係要排隊,不如博下傳承清湯腩會唔會少人啲,途中經過名店肥姐小食,不如買幾串滷水頂住肚先至去食麵,雖然呢次有人龍10幾人,但呢類無堂食嘅小店,買完就走,人龍一定去得快,所以決定排。正如我上一個關於呢間小店嘅貼文所講,畀多次機會,睇吓啲豬膶係唔係咁唔掂,所以呢次買嘅嘢同上次一模一樣,都係大生腸、細生腸同埋豬膶,同樣都係小芥辣,同樣都係得肥姐個新抱坐陣,收錢到落醬都係佢一手包辦,肥姐唔見人。今次我好好彩,同一拍攝位置條欄杆周圍無人,唔怕畀人一下唔小心退後一步就成兜無哂,呢次可以安心拍攝。另外,一睇張相就知今次佢啲醬落得啱,唔會好似上次咁鬼多芥辣。食物方面,上次個貼文講話個豬膶偏硬,今次依然係咁,但應該係由於少咗芥辣嘅關係,食到豬膶嘅絲絲甘香,呢個正正係食肝臟其中之一嘅特色,肝,唔一定要滑先至好食,甘香亦係令人著迷嘅地方,大家不妨留意下或分享下,睇吓我講得啱唔啱。上次貼文講到大生腸質感有啲薄,今次食落又正常返,始終大生腸吸引人之處,正正係又厚又脆。今次食物嘅質素令我好滿意。食完之後,我拍咗張相,你會見到人龍目測超過廿人,橫跨幾間舖,去到黃色招牌,十八座狗仔粉舖頭嘅一半。食完後,天色越嚟越黑,之後仲落咗場大雨,好彩當時我已經起傳承清湯腩排緊隊,有瓦遮頭,唔使畀雨𢱕到成身濕,萬幸。
