因為嚟開outlet行街, 又有好多時間, 所以就嚟呢度飲茶...其實屋企附近都有間聯邦, 但係真係越食越差, 所以真係好少去... 今次見呢間係"皇宮"就即管睇下係咪真係好味d同deluxe d! 我地上到去樓上, 見到隔離有幾圍食緊團餐已經心知不妙...做得團餐真係好極有限... 跟住坐低見到d餐具, 勁污穢...有d食物碎留喺個碟邊同碗邊, 個碗入面仲有條已經乾晒嘅粉! 連個筷子座都唔乾淨....真係想叫救命! 跟住叫左幾樣食物啦.. 脆皮金沙腸 - 呢樣喺其他酒樓冇食過所以試下, 味道ok..不過1食就知係翻叮!燒賣 - 大半舊都係麵粉同肥豬肉! 蝦餃 - 呢個okay! 雞絲粉皮 - 兩樣都有色冇味... 雜菜野菌 - 呢個菜真係食到想噴火! 起碼overcook左10倍..我未試過喺1間打開門做生意嘅食肆食到咁老嘅菇同菜, 碟野入面每一款菇都皺晒皮..見到都唔想食! 呢餐咁求其, 樣樣都唔好嘅lunch埋單都要$180蚊...超貴...如果佢d食物好好但係唔乾淨都仲可以接受, 佢d食物又唔好又唔乾淨, 我1定1定唔會再食! continue reading

荷葉飯:荷葉還荷葉 飯還飯 加幾粒貌似蒸排骨响面,荷葉5係平時用大張1塊嘅荷葉,係用黎包迷你珍珠雞嘅迷你荷葉,兩3張砌埋响底,而上枱果陣你見到係層次分明,成個飯係砌出黎,佢地冇1齊蒸過,完全冇荷葉香,d飯仲要濕淋淋!粉果:皮厚有1分=25mm(毫米),所謂餡只不過係馬蹄粒同僅有1粒肉碎粒(每1隻),冇花生冇菜粒。炸魷魚鬚:厚身炸粉皮仲要翻炸再翻炸,魷魚5新鮮。xo醬羅白糕:結果係雞蛋絲蔥粒炒粉糕,冇xo醬冇羅白糕。蟹子蝦肉燒賣:兩粒竟然係粉黃色嘅蟹子响面,蝦肉同粉團分量1比1。奶黃流沙包:冇流沙,但單講個包ok,奶黃好甜。服務:服務ok。光顧原因:問個waitress 呢間係5係天橋側嘅聯邦搬黎,佢話只係搬左個名,其他冇轉都係以前東薈軒嘅廚師同員工!以前東薈軒d點心,係睇住佢大睇住佢壞,跟住放棄出9龍食,後來天橋側開左聯邦,試過幾5錯就1路食佢地,點知早排佢地話搬去舊東薈軒個位,原來只係搬個名!ai......又要出番9龍食!價$:以上$260左右。 continue reading

今日特登放假, 約朋友飲下午茶, 順便預祝佢生日. 去咗佢屋企附近商場的這間酒樓.未到下午茶時間, 己經有不少人在等位, 証明食物應該有一定的水準, 或者價錢有吸引力. 三色腸粉 - 叉燒腸, 牛肉腸及蝦腸各一條, 人少少可以食三種饀料, 幾好, 腸粉亦尚算滑. 淮山雞扎 - 完整一塊淮山捲著一件雞扎, 雖然雞扎size細咗D, 但冬茹及雞都入味. 紅油炒手 - 共有四粒炒手, 碟底鋪了辣油, 辣油若果可以分開上會更好, 因為不是人人都吃得很辣. 碟邊有調味醬, 落埋D醬, 有畫龍點睛的感覺, 提升了味道. 鳳眼餃 - 因為好奇而叫的點心, 饀料完來只是蝦餃饀, 餃面放上幾條乾瑤柱及幾粒蟹子點綴, 餃的外觀包得幾精緻. 酥炸九肚魚柳 - 較為細碟, 不過都頗香口. 黑芝麻煎堆 - 因為看見隔離枱點了來吃, 賣相幾好, 忍唔住想試吓, 怕點錯, 問侍應這點心名稱, 她真的去求証點心名及回覆我們, 服務態度很好. 煎堆炸得都很香口, 面頭的白芝麻及中間的黑芝麻饀都很香, 但又不過甜. continue reading

搞定所有儀式後,去了較就腳的聯邦,星期六12點1點的中午黃金時間,竟然很輕易的有位,後來才發現食客是趁2點下午茶時段才入座。例牌蜜味叉燒-顏色超深,味道超鹹,肉質也超鞋,總知是超難食。咸水角-澄麵皮非常之厚而不脆。流沙飽-每個包也有笑面,賣相吸引,但是好睇唔好食,毫無奶皇香。珍珠雞-糯米很腍很黐,又是好味的一道點心。蝦腸-腸粉皮很厚,但算滑溜。鹽燒軟殼蟹-炸粉又是勁厚兼腍而不脆,一個不香脆的軟殼蟹,真是好食有限。金銀蛋浸莧菜-這個是稍為好一點。雞包仔、鮮竹卷及沙薑雞腳聽聞也水準不好。價錢貴也不重要,最重要是唔好食,下次也不會再幫襯。 continue reading
