朋友生日,揀咗Butcher’s Choice Main $258/人Starter要$100/人,dessert $40/人(必須全部人都要比)分量:starter係足二人份量。但係同隔離枱單點嘅牛扒比,我地Main course嘅牛扒感覺係一人份量多一兩塊牛左右。仲要我哋揀嘅牛肉比隔離枱貴。甜品收足二人價錢,但係上到枱只有一份,感覺受到欺騙!加上疫情期間,為了減少交叉傳播,唔係更應該分兩份serve客人會更好咩?服務:雖然政府規例10:00完結堂食,但係當我哋9:30啱啱開始食main course嗰陣,一個女侍應拎左個甜品出嚟,之後我哋同另一位侍應講因為啱啱先開始食main course,可唔可以將個甜品放返雪櫃先陣間再食。個侍應居然同我講甜品上面嗰啲係cream,唔係雪糕唔怕溶,拒絕幫我放落雪櫃。即使唔會溶都好,但係整個甜品係有奶類製品,如果將奶類製品長時間放喺室溫food haccp嚟講好容易滋生細菌,呢個係大家都知道嘅common sense。我理解就快完結堂食,師傅可能收工所以早咗拎甜品俾我哋,但係我唔覺得將一份仔嘅甜品放落雪櫃度有幾難?味道:師傅真係做到medium,呢樣係要讚嘅地方。但係冇咩牛味,純粹肉一塊,呢樣係比較失望嘅地方。另外我哋叫咗個生牛肉他他,他他味道冇特別,有啲單調,要加埋芥末會好食啲。他他上面會有多士配住食,但係太硬喇,好似食緊石頭咁。前菜有份沙律,但係份沙律落得過多橄欖油,本身係一樣健康嘅嘢,突然之間變得好唔健康,有啲負擔,每一條菜都係油亮亮、碗底有好多油,大家想像下中式嘅乾炒牛河食完碟底啲油就係exactly呢個樣。甜品有啲似tiramisu,不過係莓味,味道過甜過酸,淡味啲會更好,因為啲味太強烈遮蓋左上面有雲呢拿籽嘅cream,感覺浪費了。總結:成餐飯埋單要千幾蚊,但係以份量來講真心不值,俾二人嘅錢,但係出到嚟嘅份量係一人份,而且食物嘅味道都感到失望。服務方面,除咗甜品嗰件事其他侍應都好Nice。想試嘅朋友強烈唔建議你叫呢個餐,可能你哋單點會更好! continue reading

兩個人去咗食牛扒,聽過呢間出名就去睇下。首先服務員走來解釋點樣去order,要自己出去 butchers shop ,嗰度有好多不同類型嘅牛扒,我哋向服侍應點了2份grass fed ribeye. 以重量計價錢。 兩塊牛扒價錢為$218,$239。每一個牛扒奉上一個汁,如果想要多啲汁就要自己加錢, $20 ,我哋揀咗一個pepper ( 呢個汁好 好咸) 另一個係Diane (蘑菇汁 幾好食)。再配了一個salad +$68, 另外一個係chips +$78.再叫了兩杯cider$65@。 當晚二人吃了800多元。奉上牛扒嘅時候,侍應亦都會奉上幾個 芥末醬可以自己揀 。我哋嘅牛扒都係medium rare,好食。 冇overcook。 有肉味有口感。 唔會食到成口渣,係有肥膏不過唔多, 真心唔錯。 continue reading

Feather & Bones 好多分店,今次㨂左公司附近食同同事食lunch! 見到餐牌有🍔The Spanish OX Burger 試試佢!由西班牙直送過嚟,José Gordón用上90日乾式熟成嘅西班牙牛肉,配上濃郁嘅Reblochon Cheese,再用特製酸洋蔥配搭,一啖咬落感受到滿滿嘅肉味同油香之餘,味道好balance,感覺唔油膩。配菜方面亦交足功課,Cajun seasoning既薯角,加上我係酸瓜控,佢個醃酸瓜真係好想encore,保證你大滿足。——— continue reading

*💭Feather & Bone🥩A place where you could pick the steak at the restaurant butchers🐮 The meat is offered at a reasonable price. The palm size steak is served as medium-rare. The fat to meat ratio is perfectly fine😜😜 You could easily cut the tender steak into pieces 🔪 😋.The steak is also well served with the eggs above.🥚The beef sandwich 🍞 is also well cooked and with different kinds of side dishes.
