T-Bone Tuesday with Feather & Bone! Tuesday stands for ...... T-Bone Tuesday! Feather & Bone have this regular discount on most Tuesdays, that is if you dine in and order their T-Bone, you will have 50% off from your choice of T-Bone. When you are seated, the server will tell you your table number. Then, feel free to head over to the butcher counter inside the F&B store. In there, you can choose your own T-Bone, and the butcher will price it according to the weight. Also, you can choose your own sauce as well as any side dish if you desire any. After that, all you have to do is wait for your T-Bone to be served! We are a party of two, so we didn't order anything else from the menu. I remember on our first visits, we ordered a plate of pasta on top of our T-Bone. It was not a wise decision because the T-Bone was extremely filling. Learning from past experience, we only ordered a salad and one T-Bone that is suitable to be served to a party of two. Overall, the food was great and the service was well. We also ordered some beer to pair with the T-Bone (not in mood for wine so we beer instead). Honestly, I think our portions was perfect, and I do not recommend ordering anything else because, like I said, the T-Bone could be quite filling! T-Bone Salad

今日叫左一份GLAZED BEETROOT, PEAR &BAKED GOAT'S CHEESE SALAD,Slow-baked beetroot with walnut, rocket & pear, topped with baked goat's cheese and finished with pomegranate molasses,沙律冇乜味,羊奶芝士「蘇」到不得了,另外一個STEAK TARTARE A classic do-it-yourself presentation of raw grass-fed tenderloin, hand-cut & served with all the accompaniments,味道一般,太淡,另外一個GRASS-FED BEEF BURGER,Grass-fed patty, topped with house-smoked thick-cut bacon, comté, cos lettuce & tomato. Comes with chips & a pickle,味道可以但係冇特別,唔值呢個價錢

Came here for breakfast. Nicely surprised that there is a nice place to sit around before the office opens.Ordered their English breakfast. Which includes one coffee.Baked beans - Worse than canned ones. Can't put my finger on what went wrong exactly. The sauce tasted stale. Beans had no texture. What a mess. Portobello mushroom - okBacon - OK.Fried eggs - OK Crispy fried potato cakes - as it they had on some sort of chewy armor. No good.Sausage - no idea what sort of sausage this was but it was not good tasting. It really should have been the star of the dish and it all comes down to the quality of the sausage, which was clearly absent. Two fries eggs on thick toast. May be some kind of French baguette. Toast was completely soggy. It even had clear grill marks on it. May be a left over from the day before? Fried tomato - cold. Not much taste. Coffee - the worst. Tasted like some weird Chinese herbal medicine. This place looks quite nice when I walked by at 8. 30am. Didn't know breakfast can be so appalling.

今天很忙,仍未正式吃個lunch。由金鐘行過去灣仔找吃,最終選擇了 Feather & Bone。入座時間大約4:45pm。侍應安排我坐近門口的二人位,對着棵聖誕樹,很有聖誕氣氛😄。餐牌裡有很多選擇,一面中文,另一面是英文,很方便😄。侍應見我未有決定,就給我溫馨提示👍🏻,說5分鐘後會換餐牌。原來我在看的是lunch menu。我在All Day Breakfast 裡選了Eggs Royale像平時吃的Egg benedit,流心蛋;Smoked Salmon 味道okay,不太鹹,份量適中。特別是用煮熟了的波菜,份量也不少👍🏻。English Muffins 就沒什麼特別。當我正在思想好否叫甜品時,侍應主動問我,我就叫了Chocolate Mousse 。原來是杯上的,份量也不少,適合二人share,我一個人吃就太多了😬!面層的cream有一點點像是Vanilla seeds 的東西,Chocolate Mousse裡有walnuts,增加口感和飽肚感,也有少少coffee味。整體來說不太甜👍🏻。大約5:30pm 左右,侍應會逐張枱點蠟燭,晚上很有情調,氣氛幾好😊。這店大部份都是外籍女侍應,有的懂些小廣東話,有的就不懂。服務幾好,收碟快。

The steak was not cooked as ordered (medium rare instead of medium well). Some portion (~40%-50%) was even not edible as really too rare to even bite which was a waste of both the meat and my money. Also, as the food was served 30 mins more than told, 15 mins, i.e. total waiting time is 45 mins, I could only change to take away. However, the utensils provided was wooden knife and fork which really couldn't be used for cutting the meat, especially when they were rare cooked.
