Feather & Bone一直以嚟都係賣高質靚牛扒同埋凍肉馳名,但其實佢哋嘅餐廳部分都絕對係臥虎藏龍。入去餐廳前,會經過賣澳洲特產的商品部,好復古、好有去左澳洲古商店的感覺。有我常在澳洲見到的自家品牌產品。餐廳無論室內或戶外都非常浪漫氣氛。還有熟食牛肉賣。逢星期二設有 T Bone 優惠。首先,重頭戲當然係個澳洲和牛肉眼扒啦!叫咗五成熟,塊扒一上枱,個賣相已經贏咗。外面煎到有條好靚嘅焦香烤痕,餐廳已好細心地幫我哋切開咗,裏面係啱啱好嘅粉紅色,肉汁多到鎖唔住,流咗出嚟。入口第一個感覺就係「嫩」!和牛嘅油脂分布真係好均勻,好似雪花咁,食落去油脂香係口腔裏面爆發,但完全唔會覺得膩口。個種濃郁嘅牛味,加上餐廳提供的三款醬,已經足夠帶出肉質嘅鮮甜。不過我個人就最鍾意就咁食,享受最原始嘅肉香。絕對係值回票價!食完牛,試埋佢哋嘅豬肋骨。豬肋骨甜甜哋又帶少少煙燻味,非常之惹味。烤嘅火候控制得好好,肉質輕易離骨,但又唔會話爛溶溶,仲保持到多少咬口。個種烤香同醬汁嘅結合,令人食到舔舔脷,係一種好滿足、好放縱嘅感覺。招牌冰桃茶絕對係必點之選!佢唔係普通嘅罐裝桃茶,飲得出係用咗真嘅桃肉去整,甜度適中,好清新解渴。食完濃味嘅牛扒同豬肋骨,啜返一大啖冰凍嘅桃茶,即刻可以中和返個油膩感,個感覺真係一流,令人可以繼續戰鬥落去。Bloody Mary 調得非常好,蕃茄味同伏特加嘅比例平衡,仲加入咗一啲獨特嘅香料,飲落去好順喉,帶少少辣勁,好刺激胃口。鍾意飲兩杯嘅朋友,叫返杯嚟配肉食,真係錦上添花。Read More
