未食過蠔用菠菜嚟配, 感覺好新鮮, 加埋芝士, 出奇地夾, 又夠creamy, good!!

啖啖肉, 而且個醬甜甜酸酸, 好開胃, 一上檯好快就清哂~

蝦, 帶子都比一般的size大, 菜新鮮爽口, 唔錯唔錯~

一貫牛扒一樣, 此牛扒特別在是炭燒. 我覺得是飽肚之選.

早幾日喺Facebook 的Favaca Group見到又有新款野食推出, 而且仲有Coupon可以用, 所以同朋友一行4人嚟試下, 我地order咗德國鹹豬手, 牡丹蝦北海道帶子沙律, 紐西蘭羊架, 鵝肝石頭鍋飯.德國鹹豬手外皮脆卜卜, 但D肉好Juicy, 加埋蜜糖芥苿籽汁, 酸椰菜. 效果超讚.牡丹蝦北海道帶子沙律牡丹蝦算新鮮, 而且大大隻, 帶子不過不失, 同一般意式沙律一樣, 加了酸醋, 很開胃.紐西蘭羊架炭燒煮法, 全程可以由Open Kitchen 睇住廚師燒, 因為隔住玻璃, 所以即使係Open Kitchen都唔覺熱.其實我麻麻地鍾意食羊, 因為好怕羊的"so"味, 不過人地話想知道一間餐廳的水準到邊, 就一定要試羊, 呢個羊我覺得合格.^^ 鵝肝石頭鍋飯聽講係推介, 所以一直想試, 結果果然名不虛傳, 鵝肝大塊配埋石鍋意大利飯超好味, 真係一定要試~^^~

牡丹蝦算新鮮, 而且大大隻, 帶子不過不失, 同一般意式沙律一樣, 加了酸醋, 很開胃.

紐西蘭羊架
炭燒煮法, 全程可以由Open Kitchen 睇住廚師燒, 因為隔住玻璃, 所以即使係Open Kitchen都唔覺熱.
其實我麻麻地鍾意食羊, 因為好怕羊的"so"味, 不過人地話想知道一間餐廳的水準到邊, 就一定要試羊, 呢個羊我覺得合格.^^

聽講係推介, 所以一直想試, 結果果然名不虛傳, 鵝肝大塊配埋石鍋意大利飯超好味, 真係一定要試~^^~

吃過生蠔之後…店員就送來外脆內軟的法包…不錯的呢~不過如果還有乾蕃茄牛油來配搭一定更加美味了…

頭盤的本來名稱我忘了…總之就是墨西哥大蝦脆片…其實是墨西哥式的薄餅…吃起來其實並不脆…有點像pete….裡面夾著大量的紅黃椒+芝士+蝦…上面再有蕃茄醬和牛油果醬…賣相一般但想不到味道挺夾…不過我們每人吃掉三片…都幾飽的…如果一個人吃的話幾乎就能成為一個主菜了…..

吃過脆片就來沙律...這個應該是招牌沙律吧...加了日式的酸醋汁...不過我覺得酸了點...配了有大蝦...帶子...半熟三文魚和吞拿魚...蝦和帶子都不過不失...反而半熟三文魚挺好的...不過其實也不能稱為半熟了...七成熟吧.....相反另外那個半熟吞拿魚就麻麻了...可能是因為吞拿魚的質素本身不怎麼樣...

烤大菇和牛漢堡…很吸引的賣相…卻換來失望…難道是叫了七成熟的禍…早知就叫五成熟吧….和牛免治扒大概是燒焦了…咬第一口就覺得苦…肉質也很鞋…也沒有太多肉汁…由於那燒焦的苦味頗嚴重的…所以我把兩邊的面切掉…但還是救不了那乾睜睜的感覺….最後我沒有吃完…..相反伴碟的薯條肥肥長長的就很好吃……

其實這裡citibank也有八折的…值得一讚的是結帳的時候店員還幫我們計算用優惠券抵一點還是用citibank簽帳抵一點…

如果不是有優惠券的話我覺得抵食程度只是一般...不能說是十分好吃...尤其是那個和牛漢堡令人很失望....不過既然有優惠券一試也無妨...今天又發現了新的優惠券...又是時候去安排一下下一餐了~~

看完jj的食評後,對這酒吧餐廳留有頗深刻印象,不過每次到訪都有阻滯,終於上週三打破了宿命,一賭Favaca風采! 小餐館位於LKF Tower旁,小小的以黑色為主色的外型,第一印象也頗sharp。步入店內,前方是酒吧位置,後面正式用餐位並不大,每張餐檯也是小小的,食物一上場很易滿檯都是。是晚就坐小型燒烤廚房外面的二人位,可以近距離觀賞大廚燒製各式肉類的過程,發覺這裡出菜也相當認真而又有步驟。 落單後,親切友善的侍者先送上外極脆內軟的熱暖的法包,塗上混有蕃茄乾的橙紅牛油醬,是個不錯的開始。地方雖小,Favaca的餐單選擇卻相當豐富吸引,與友人好不客易才揀出兩咸兩甜:  烤澳洲和牛大菇漢堡-前面講完,我的位置可將漢堡燒製過程全收眼下,先見大廚先行烤香portobello巨型大蘑菇,然來細心將和牛漢堡扒烤至五成熟,再烘熱一下麵包,就可以上檯了。如圖可見,漢堡牛肉的生熟度剛好呈粉紅色,口感極嫩又多汁,當然牛味不可同美國牛比,但也屬相當美味;配上厚肉鮮香的蘑菇,及可按口味自行添加的新鮮蕃茄片、生菜及洋蔥圈,吃得令人滿意。配菜的steak cut薯條也要大讚,除了本身香口有薯味,配上沙律醬更是滋味

烤澳洲和牛大菇漢堡-前面講完,我的位置可將漢堡燒製過程全收眼下,先見大廚先行烤香portobello巨型大蘑菇,然來細心將和牛漢堡扒烤至五成熟,再烘熱一下麵包,就可以上檯了。如圖可見,漢堡牛肉的生熟度剛好呈粉紅色,口感極嫩又多汁,當然牛味不可同美國牛比,但也屬相當美味;配上厚肉鮮香的蘑菇,及可按口味自行添加的新鮮蕃茄片、生菜及洋蔥圈,吃得令人滿意。配菜的steak cut薯條也要大讚,除了本身香口有薯味,配上沙律醬更是滋味無比,令人按捺不住吃了八成多,超肥超飽但很滿足!

 
Spaghetti carbonara-猶豫一陣,終忍痛捨棄石鍋意大利飯,改選意粉;首先失望是無甚蛋香,幸而忌廉味夠濃及鮮,加上濃濃菌香滋味不俗,口感也夠al dente。由於先前的漢堡太撐肚了,這份意粉最大好處是易於打包,故大家只吃了三成,然後又準備展開甜品環節了!
 
Coffee tiramisu-以厚身白兜盛起,看賣相不知道質感如何,然而一筆下去就有糟糕感覺:為什麼tiramisu會如此硬?慶幸硬度不是來自最討厭的魚膠粉,而是源自lady finger未浸夠酒,所以口感不夠濕潤,有點浪費頗為香滑的mascarpone層。早知選擇點草莓味creme brulee啦!
 
Flourless chocolate cake-全晚唯一沒有猶豫的菜式,就是這個賣相不規則、味道卻頂瓜瓜的心太軟!!
心太軟有大有小,當然揀大的二人份,個子果然不小,而且味道流心又濃郁,好吃!! 另外再拌上兩兜滿滿的雪糕,香甜又冰凍實是心太軟良伴,可恨是兜仔實在太細小了,再滿也不夠襯托巨大心太軟!! 由於味道吸引,心太軟與雪糕均被我們瓜分得一乾二淨,甜胃得到大滿足!
 
用上Openrice的coupon後,今餐埋單$300有找,抵食得很,好人的侍者又送上新一張優惠劵,令人心思思再來嘗那香氣撲鼻的石鍋意大利飯呢!

I took the window seat, nice watching people on the street while eating. Since we were too lazy to think what to order, we JUST let the staff to decide what to give us. Favaca Jaha seafood -
highly recommended
Foie gras rice - not bad

Pizza like wrap - I forgot the name..quite special but I wonder did they use goat cheese, coz I don't really eat lamb
Rid eye steak -
nicely cooked in medium rare, good for sharing too
Cream mushroom pasta -
personally I think it's too creamy
Seafood squid ink pasta -
I like this more than the mushroom pasta *bias to tomato sauce maybe
Chocolate molten cake -
it's special for it's flour-less recipe, but it's a bit too rich for me
Tiramisu - nothing special about this

HOWEVER, the table was small and the stool was tall which is not that comfortable. Also, they serve food very slowly, like it took 3 hours for us to finish our meal. umm, I don't mind tho, I love eating slowly^^

朋友介紹我黎呢度食lunh,,今日決定黎試下叫了一個set lunch,,價錢係中環區算抵食頭盤:周打魚湯,,口感很creamy,,裡邊有d薯仔因為不是很肚餓,,所以main course叫了一個魚,,個汁同樣creamy,,清清地幾好味,又不算太大一份,而且d魚下邊仲有d薯蓉..但係整到好似薯餅咁樣..甜品係Tiramisu,,真係估唔到咁大份

因為不是很肚餓,,所以main course叫了一個魚,,個汁同樣creamy,,清清地幾好味,又不算太大一份,而且d魚下邊仲有d薯蓉..但係整到好似薯餅咁樣..

香草蒜片煎太平洋鱸魚-----女仕點算之物,外皮煎得香脆,肉質結實.質素比那些收高價的什麼線釣鱸魚相差不遠.
石鍋鵝肝大磨菇意大利飯----Risotto加石鍋,看起來是奇怪組合!但效果卻出奇地配合,Portobello的厚身質感箘香及鵝肝的油香滲入飯內,本來飯粒是煮得太軟不合格,但經石鍋的熱力把多餘的水份蒸發掉後,鍋底出現了香脆的飯焦!
巴西草蒜蓉帶子天使麵----用大量橄欖油加切碎香葉烹煮的帶子,天使麵軟硬適中,意想不到味道會這樣濃.
侍應們態度友善,服務勤快!中間的玻璃厨房可看見厨師在烤牛扒,唯一缺點是座位較擠迫.
各樣出品水準平均,一行五人埋單$1325,在這區來說價錢絕對是相宜!

Favaca Jaha Salad – 嘩!好多嘢呀!有大蝦、帶子、吞拿魚同三文魚! 最特別係個Dressing, 好有日式feel, 佢用芝麻vinaigrette; 好清,一啲都唔 heavy。重有呢個咁多料嘅沙律都只係$128咋!抵!

Main course 本來想食Angus Beef,但見到第二枱有個好得意嘅菜,好似韓式石頭煱咁,原來係佢地嘅秘密武器-石頭煱Risotto! Hehe,一於試一試。

當熱辣辣嘅石頭煱出來時,經理話要等到好多煙走出來先至可以打開個蓋,OK 等…OMG,個Risotto 有鵝肝同埋勁大蘑菇 Portobello! 當我地食到咁上下,至知道頭先點解要等啲煙走出來-因為咁先至有飯焦!!!我重來未食過有飯焦嘅 Risotto 囉!香脆嘅飯焦同埋煙煙韌韌Risotto,真係好食到不得了。

好飽好飽,係時候出動第二個胃比…甜品!Chocolate係買飛佛,叫咗個流芯朱古力。又係不得了咁好食,佢同出面嘅心太軟好唔同;佢地係無用麵粉,所以係100% 朱古力焗出來,好Rich好Rich。大廚好有 heart 咁跟一球雪糕:好似比你冷靜一下咁,好正!

我同個Friend最後係飽到行唔到咁滯。下次一定耍再來。
