To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Food and Health Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department has launched the "League of RSS-friendly Restaurants" ("League"). Restaurants participated in the League will offer less-salt-and-sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 今天早上有點趕時間,所以趕緊食個豐富的早餐,於是來到這一間餐廳,餐牌上有很多不同類型的早餐配搭也好新鮮,今天我選擇了燥肉米粉加皮蛋瘦肉粥和我最喜愛的鴛鴦作為我今天的早餐,這個燥肉米粉非常之香,而燥肉本身也比較好送飯的用來配上米粉簡直好味之餘又簡單,而這個皮蛋瘦肉粥,粥軟綿綿,皮蛋瘦肉也很豐富最後加上特濃的鴛鴦,這個早餐太完美。 continue reading

終於都嚟到週末嘅假期,可以瞓到自然醒,心諗都好耐冇去過大快活食嘢喇,今日就一個人嚟嘆番個下午茶先啦自從杜先生做咗大快活嘅代言人之後,呢度嘅格局都變得比以前較電子化同埋餐單都好似比較新潮咗咁。見到佢哋有海報寫住推介某一種餸菜會低鹽+低脂+低熱量+低膽固醇,感覺上佢哋都開始識得注重客人嘅健康,仲標明係符合世衛建議每日攝取嘅上限,等大家可以食快餐都食得比較安心。但我今日都係揀咗一個邪惡嘅茶餐,去慰勞一下自己過去一星期沉悶嘅工作同埋辛勤嘅運動F03呢個餐有即煎西多士(可選配煉奶或糖膠)加蜜味燒雞翼一隻,包熱飲或者汽水或者低糖凍綠茶,成個餐都只係$31蚊都算好抵食,咁我驚唔夠飽,再加$8.5就可以叫多碗雪菜肉絲米啦。兩間大字頭嘅快餐店我嘅口味都係比較偏愛另一間多啲,因為我始終都係覺得大快活嘅味道係稍微偏咸,奶茶亦比較澀唔夠香滑。 continue reading

今晚約左朋友去做運動,所以一收工就去食左個飯先,咁就可以去到即時跑步今日就想食得健康D清D,要減下肥先得喇所以就叫左菇汁藜麥雜菜餅,紅米飯,熱檸茶菇汁藜麥雜菜餅食落都有D咬口既,感覺似肉但當然有距離啦,用埋個菇汁食D紅米就會易入口D紅米都唔想太硬既再飲埋杯熱檸茶唔加糖應該夠晒健康啦 continue reading
