To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 星期六約咗波友打波喺兆康站集合，發覺兆康站冇嘢食，google行遠少少揀咗欣田村呢間大快活。過完年大家都食到肥咗，要注重健康；揀咗呢個$29嘅輕怡早餐。無糖麥皮，大大兜唔會浠瀨瀨，烚蛋亦新鮮，多士鬆軟；加杯熱齋啡。呢度唔難搵位坐得舒服。

今日又到兆康附近做嘢，大快活用Apps點餐可以平$12，搵咗附近欣田邨呢間大快活。兩兜友叫咗兩個輕怡早餐。有麥皮、烚蛋、多士，例牌叫杯熱齋啡。要夠$60先用得優惠。加多$6要個魚肉燒賣。呢間欣田村大快活坐得舒服，份量又足。多士夠鬆軟。前台服務殷勤，簡直係大快活嘅典範。

見佢價錢都好抵食，第一次試佢哋嘅煲仔飯！我今次試咗 臘味片蝦醬蝦乾豬頸肉煲仔飯 ，食煲仔飯最重要就係啲飯，最怕食到煲仔飯嘅飯爛晒一pat嘢…呢個啲飯用水適中好爽一粒粒架👍🏻講下啲食材先～臘肉同臘腸片鹹香適中，油份滲晒入米飯，成煲飯都香噴噴！用蝦醬醃製嘅豬頸肉肉質嫩滑份量都唔少；再配上鮮味嘅蝦乾，仲有埋焦香十足嘅飯焦，加埋九十年老字號冠珍醬園秘制陳皮豉油，好味到成煲俾我清晒😋下次要再試埋其他款式嘅煲仔飯先得！

蜜汁燒雞髀 +湯米粉 熱奶茶 $40諗唔到食咩好，今日去左大快活食下午茶，湯米粉真係好清，建議都俾條菜啦😂印象之前都好似有雪菜肉絲揀架😅蜜汁燒雞髀，都燒得幾靚，都正常，好味嘅！熱奶茶正常，冇特別！

很久已經沒有去大快活吃早餐了，因為要等候店舖的開門，想找地方坐低，一眼就看見大快活，所以今天就嚟到大快活吃早餐。發現原來非常抵食，今天叫了個驚喜早餐$33，凍飲加三蚊，有肉燥麵、炸魚柳、、薯餅凍咖啡，都只不過$36，味道不過不失，一貫大快活的味道。滷肉麵湯底比較鹹，滷肉味道不過不失，不過面生比較硬，我喜歡比較軟身麵。炸魚柳非常香口，不油不利，而且大大塊，配上沙律醬，錦上添花，值得推介！炸薯餅和炸魚柳的感覺一樣，非常香脆，比麥當勞的差。凍咖啡味道一般，連鎖式的咖啡店的咖啡質量，有一段距離，不過$36一個早餐的價錢，也不要要求太高了！
