To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今朝早見好耐冇去大快活食早餐，特登諗住落去食個早餐啦，見到餐牌上面好多嘢都成日食，忽然發現有糯米雞個名喺度，咪叫個糯米雞試吓喇，攞到餐枱時見到個糯米雞处型都似様，打開塊荷葉見到啲糯米都吸引，食落去啲糯米軟硬度適中，但係一食到中間嘅料就失哂分喇，全部得3件嘢，一件雞中翼，食落仲有少少雪味，解凍唔夠嗰隻，另外一件冬菇，一件唔知咩嘅肉，好似柴皮咁款嘅，所以只好淨係食啲糯米算數😅😅以後都唔會再叫嚟食啦

I wanted a quick meal so I decided to have my dinner at Fairwood. I ordered the sweet and sour pork with rice set and it did not include any drinks. I was quite surprised with the portion of the pork because it was definitely sufficient for one person and I could not finish all at last. The sweet and sour pork tasted good and the sauce was appetizing. The meal was up to standard given that it was only $44. However, something to highlight was the overall poor hygiene. I was disappointed when I found that the given spoon and cup had rice stain which meant they did not wash thoroughly. Besides, the waitress that handed me my meal was also the same waitress that collected dirty dishes from other tables. I do not think I will come to this store again because of their lack of hygiene and safety measures.

時段：午市店鋪：新都城一期大快活食物：焗豬扒飯缺點：番茄汁琼，飯硬總結：唔夠新鮮我今次係捉住午市嘅尾巴，係1335先去到食焗豬扒飯，到櫃檯交單，好快脆就出，點知一見到已經知道唔多對路，我係堂食但佢係用外賣盒上，應該係預備外賣嘅焗豬扒飯，但又賣唔去，唯有堂食都比埋外賣盒，以為差別唔大，但揭開個蓋，發現入邊嘅番茄汁已經係琼左，豬扒就ok，不過不失，都暖暖地，但飯就偏硬，完全唔好食，食其他嘢好過！如果係想掹車邊食午市焗豬扒飯嘅朋友，我就建議你停一停、唸一唸啦！

今晚見周圍都要等位就去左大快活食晚餐，我就叫左一個焗豬排飯同一杯熱檸茶。首先塊豬扒真係太細塊，得隻碗一半咁大，而且好薄，令人失望。好嘅地方係個醬汁有芝士，食飯嘅時候更香。另外原來大快活而家係用送餐服務，唔洗自己出去攞野食。

前幾日見周圍都無位就諗住食大快活，唔洗等位。我就叫左個粟米魚塊飯，再加多個生菜同熱檸檬茶，五十幾蚊都唔算太貴。而家有埋送餐服務唔洗自己攞都幾方便。個魚雖然有d太軟，但係有好多舊，而個飯就有少少太濕，但係整體而言都算唔錯。
