買今日下午茶時間,公司Office冇乜人,得返我同同事,所以叫下午茶返嚟食,原來幾個同事都鍾意食榴槤,所以我哋買咗個榴槤cheesecake,榴槤味好濃郁,一打開,就聞到香噴噴嘅榴槤味,同幾個同事分嚟食,$180左右,我哋四個人食都好滿足,其實6個人食都夠食完呢個留言即刻令我諗起馬來西亞,雖然而家疫情去唔到馬來西亞,但係食完呢個cheesecake,好似去咗馬來西亞旅行咁,呢間Cafe好早關門,有時放工去佢都散咗,想食要做少少啦 continue reading

放假日同肥髀出天后搵食,食完正餐再去咗呢度買甜品(其實正餐本來想去呢間,結果行錯去另一間分店) 去到都係辦公室大樓嘅地下大堂一個櫃台,比康宏匯嗰間細,不過冷氣強好多!有放桌椅在櫃臺旁邊,可以堂食,呢間見到有甜品,問店員肥髀想食嘅creme brûlée cheesecake可唔可以外賣,女店員好親切地答可以,仲解說有榴蓮同原味,我揀原味,佢再攞一盒其他客人預訂,已燒好糖面嘅creme brûlée比我睇,我落單比錢後,睇住店員在開放式廚房燒糖面,佢灑上一層砂糖,再開噴火槍,但噴火槍有點不受控制,時大時小,店員不停同啲火搏鬥,我見糖面比demo嗰件黑,燒好再入盒,店員提我要再放室溫下一個小時先可以食!返到屋企差不多夠鐘開盒creme brûlée ($98)糖面幾厚,但有啲位燒得太燶,最後我揭走唔食,下面嘅芝士慕絲剛剛變軟,中間仲有啲冰感(想滑啲要放耐啲)芝士味輕唔膩,下面嘅餅底,牛油味重,餅底唔會太實,整體好味!可惜糖面失手了!店員斯文有禮有笑容! continue reading

每天早上如果不先飲一杯咖啡, 整個人去到中午都好似未醒一樣! 所以每天的咖啡已經成為我生命中不能缺少的一件事。 養成了我對咖啡的所有其他副產品都有好濃厚的興趣! 所以當我知道這裏有咖啡cheesecake的時候, 也完全顧不到減肥了,一於食左先算! 這裏的cheesecake最吸引我的地方除了咖啡味之外, cheesecake的面層還會有一層脆脆的焦糖, 那層焦糖還會新鮮即製, 買的時候才在 cheesecake上面灑糖, 然後立刻用火槍燒製, 所以那層焦糖保證夠脆, 焦糖就是要夠脆卜卜才好食! 在那層又甜又香脆的焦糖底下, 就是軟骨的cream cheese, 綿綿的質感有如軟雪糕般在嘴內溶化, 然後意想不到香濃的咖啡味湧出來, 猶如正在暢飲 cappuccino 一樣, 原來cheesecake同咖啡嘅味道係咁夾㗎! 仲有種甜而不賦的清新感覺, 又有種苦而不甘的香甜香氣, 一啖香,第二啖甜,第三啖濃,每一口都令人好享受! 你平時好少碰甜品的老公也覺得非常好吃,讚口不絕呢! 吃著吃著我們二人就這樣將一個 cheesecake 一下子ko掉! 因為好食到停唔到口啊嘛(≧∇≦) continue reading
