叫咗個All Day Breakfast, 真係有啲喜出望外, 首先個煙肉, 每一塊厚切, 用料十足, 但漏得滯, 頂層嘅脂肪令到成碟都係油; 配搭兩條粗身豬肉腸, 錯誤地選取太過肥膩嘅腸仔, 食到成口都係油. 炒蛋有啲似塑膠產品, 真係整得好老. 塊麵包有啲事宜家傢俬, 擺喺雪櫃嘅麵包, 完全冇咗麵包嘅質感. 最後幸好係番茄同冬菇幫咗佢好多, 可能佢哋出世已經好優質, 食落都還可以. 指令我叫咗個冬陰功鮮蝦意粉, 蝦身體背脊黑色, 食落還可以, 不過唔可以叫好食. 冬陰功味道比較單一, 筲箕灣有一間餐廳食冬陰功意粉層次咁畀佢重. 最後就係價錢, 上面嗰個138蚊; 下面嗰個128蚊, 仲要有加一服務, 雖然服務員態度好, 樓底亦都高, 但係冷氣唔夠, 有d熱, 經過今次我絕對唔會再來. 由於可能係西半山嘅關係, 所以價錢一啲都唔平, 性價比差.

星期日早上漫步於街上，走著走著找到這間隱身於香港大學站附近的Ethos。我很喜歡西環街道的氛圍，尤其是香港大學周圍，路上行人雖也行色匆匆，但卻帶有一絲從容的歐式氣息。Ethos清水混凝土的牆身，落地大玻璃窗，簡單素淡的裝潢，踏入這個寧靜小區，讓我更喜愛西環這繁華都市中的後花園。一份Chicken breast avocado toast和一份簡單的scramble egg and avocado toast，配上一杯Latte和Hot chocolate，就是一個good morning。牛油果🥑熟度剛好口感creamy而且味道鮮美；雞胸用香草醃製過再烤焗，質感非常嫩滑，吃起來完全沒有雞胸的乾身感。伴碟的沙律菜🥗非常新鮮，配上甜甜酸酸的醬汁味道清新又健康。炒蛋有牛奶及牛油香味，與牛油果是絕配。我特別喜愛這麵包的質感，不像一般法包般硬及乾身，而是入口鬆軟的soft dough。而咖啡味道偏nutty，非常香濃。在這兒過一個休閑的假日早上，絕對是一種享受和生活態度。😇

很久沒來Ethos坐坐和吃東西，今日決定同閨蜜出來見見面，閒聊一個下午。Grilled Canada Pork Loin Chop($168)with honey mustard sauce, chips and salad 店家特別給我們推介這一款，豬鞍烤得剛好，肉質鬆軟，肉汁依在，配蜜糖芥末醬一流。這道在別的餐廳吃的話至少要$200以上，ethos的定價還真親民。Tom Yum Prawns Pasta ($138)grilled tiger prawns, with tom yum sauce and coconut cream 喜歡吃辣的朋友不容錯過了，冬蔭功口味的意粉，醬汁creamy，出奇地夾，仲有兩隻大蝦，令我同朋友都食指大動👍🏻Ethos Irish Coffee ($88)irish whiskey, cold brew coffee w/ ice cream這愛爾蘭咖啡加上一球New Zealand 品牌的vanilla雪糕，口感又滑又純，就好像飲baileys一樣，我好喜歡🥰Lychee Roselle Soda ($55)Cheese cake 食前擠一點青檸汁

鬧市中的小寧靜🍳 這家cafe走簡單的風格，無論餐單、環境都是走簡約的風格💘 肥豬當天不是太餓，只點了一杯mocha，咖啡味道濃郁，帶點甘香，又不會把可可的香帶走，好喝，拉花也好看💕 偷吃了朋友的巧克力批，雖然小小的一個，可是也蠻出色，餅底厚度剛好，而且巧克力不會太膩🍫 這家cafe很適合坐一個下午，聊聊天讀讀書🥰 不過大家現在最重要還是stay safe✨

地理位置唔係咁方便，但通常呢啲Cafe最坐，靜得黎個景又唔錯。坐左三個幾鐘，叫咗三杯嘢飲，熱飲有分regular/tall size，mocha拉花好靚，不過對男仔黎講可能細杯啲。點解兩杯都有酒，一杯係有whiskey，朋友話好飲，我就冇試到。一罐果個就有啲fruity，佢個罐太靚嘅關係，我留起左😂😂兩杯酒個waiter都好用心介紹，可能驚飲落同平時嗰啲唔太似所以講定先。服務真係幾好，下次去會試佢個蘿蔔蛋糕，但留意番而家已經冇咗Teaset重點係成間鋪都係後生仔經營(起碼我去嗰日係啦)，我同個friend都覺得可以去多幾次😂😂可能閒日少人，坐耐左都唔會尷尬，喺度溫書都幾適合。

星期日的下午約埋屋企一行6人來到位於西環山道ethos呢間餐廳下午茶，簡約裝修盛是有feel😊我地點咗一份Escargots Toast,Wasabi Egg Benny,Grilled Chicken Breast &Vongole Pasta(好味到唔記得影相)最後來件cheese cake甜品和咖啡。所有食物飲品味道👍配搭睇得出非常有心思😘 特別係Vongole Pasta非常好味呢間餐廳已經來過好多次，第一次忍不住寫食評。希望大家中意😊

My friends and I were shooting at the Instagram pier and after about 2 hours we were a bit tired and wanna have tea. I suggested Ethos as I like the chill vibe of that place. 今日嚟到香港大學站附近食野😜😜食完冇嘢做諗住搵間coffee shop坐低hea下😚😚俾我發現左哩間cafe shop 係我附近🥳一於就去呢間啦😍😍ethos 係間文青既咖啡店，裝飾行簡約路線，tea time 黎到嗌左啲輕食💗Flat White口感順滑，但不夠咖啡既苦澀味道，再嗌左杯americano+梳打，飲一啖係幾好飲伊，女freshman ，不過飲飲下發覺有啲甜味，當堂失色左左，原來杯底係落咗糖漿😆😆甘筍合桃蛋糕🍰令我有驚喜，唔係到到都食到甘筍味嘅蛋糕，夾埋合桃多重口感❤️

high quality cafe!! was passing by hill road today and accidentally discovered this restaurant. not many people queuing during lunchtime. quite spacious inside. we sit comfortably. theres a variety of dishes. three of us had blue cheese burger, pesto pasta and chicken avocado pasta. food came pretty fast and fresh. i had a taste of the blue cheese which is light and delish. i ordered chicken avocado pasta. out of my expectation, the sauce is tomato-based. avocado comes in form of slices instead

次次經過都比距噶店面吸引住，但系次次都無時間入去歎翻個下午茶，今日終於有時間可以去入去歎歎啦，超級開心，我就點左個薯條小食同埋滴野飲，薯條都算系薄切噶，炸得好酥脆，仲會配三種醬比你添，有蕃茄醬、黑松露醬同埋沙律醬，超級貼心，我每個都試了一下，都好好味！

今次黎到又食左碟大蝦意粉，有小小驚喜，蝦頭好多膏，因為自己本身都好鐘意食蝦頭，所以覺得好好食，蝦肉都係幾爽，👍🏼應該唔平，卜上次黎到食左個加拿大豬話過一定會再黎食，所以今次帶埋一個朋友嚟，南瓜汤非常好飲，加上今次客人既數量唔算好多，上菜速度幾算快，好鍾意佢個環境好少人好安靜自己唔識飲佢嗰度啲咖啡所以就冇叫到，下次會再叫職員介紹下新手入門既Coffee！我會keep住黎！l如果唔係個位辟，我諗我會再嚟多啲
