去東涌食自助午餐。一至五埋單總價係$188.7。去到取餐要戴口罩。所以我要一次過拿下10碟。之後唔駛出去取餐。熱食各地菜唔算多選擇。日式飯團都只有一種。魚生刺身都只有三款。中菜及西式菜都唔算多。甜品類比較正常多款式。個朱古力噴泉放係膠透明箱。令食客食得放心。我選煙三文魚及凍肉做頭盤。肉質算合格。之後來個白湯及中湯。兩個湯都只屬一般好飲。蒸水蛋及蕃茄醬青口炒飯一般好食。青口肉質合格。炒飯水份太多。芝士青口及蒸蜆肉就好食。芝士味重再加個蒸蜆肉食唔到有沙粒。蜆肉洗得好乾淨。個紅燒雞肉唔錯。但肉質都只係一般。唔太新鮮。魚生刺身都只有三款。但我唔要三文魚。兩款魚肉肉質唔太好食。直覺告訴我熱食肉類全部都屬次級食材。甜品先來個豆花。加入配料蘆薈粒及原味砂糖。咁食法就充滿新鮮好奇。有蘆薈粒爽重有豆花滑味口感。好正。之後來個澳門葡撻同焦糖焞蛋。葡撻温度微温。好食。焦糖焞蛋甜夾滑。好食。甜品mousse cake杯好滑好甜。咖啡味好重。水果類只有木瓜及菠蘿。屬新鮮水果但選擇少。之後食個港式雞蛋仔。好以自由加入彩色糖碎。個雞蛋仔好軟身。好食。最後自取咖啡機的普通咖啡。人手不足。好多食物無廚師切餸。無供牛排。雖然我唔食牛羊。但無人手食品選項少,真係有D失望。但價錢好平。 continue reading

市區d buffet實在太爆,於是走到黎東涌諗住撞下有冇機會食到buffet,竟然有位呢!食物種類ok唔算少,依個價錢我地都覺得好滿意~特別之處係。。冇菜牌,應該係話得幾個餸係菜牌,其他果d自己估啦~醬汁都係自己憑顏色去判定係咩醬😅😅😅問廚師係咪擺漏左d野,廚師話promotion既菜式先會有菜牌,原來如此😯👌揀依度既主要原因係Movenpick味道選擇多,真心覺得正(我食左6個球啊,哈哈)~! continue reading

這間Essence的酒店自助晚餐是我有史以來食過最差最差的一間,先是食物品種少之又少,沒有長腳蟹和生蠔不在講,食物質素一般之下,而且供應量少,廚師的烹煮也非常之差,沙律菜不新鮮,沙律醬就水汪汪,各種熱葷等食物的味道淡而無味,燒牛肉的醬汁也是無味,當晚主題的油甘魚魚生也沒有驚喜,但炸油甘魚却是淋的;全晚只有豉椒炒蜆、肉碎粥和moven雪糕等三樣食品可取,另餐廳環境好和免費泊車之外(可能因為地點偏遠的關係),其他的並無可取!極度失望!!! 雖然價錢平,但絕不會再去 continue reading

中式點心難食過唐記,奶黃包冇奶黃,成pat黃色嘅牙膏咁樣。蝦餃冇蝦,入面又係黃成一舊野咁。春卷overcooked 硬到變石頭。d點心味精重到傻,食完真係極度口渴。。係得金錢肚擺得落口d炒麵,哇,真係垃圾到一個點啲甜品仲搞笑,唔知點解會有啲散修修嘅馬仔食雪櫃嗰啲甜品仲得意,水滴滴咁樣仲話有雪糕食,呃人嘅個雪糕檔收咗皮呀!係幾得意嘅呢度有啤酒飲,奶茶咖啡,汽水橙汁嗰啲就冇㗎啦環境幾好,坐得都闊落舒服,侍應收接收得好快,係嘢食真係差咁啲總括嚟講呢一餐我都唔知自己食咗啲 continue reading

灣仔的諾富特酒店的自助餐是我經常去潮拜的地方。價錢便宜選擇又多味道又好。但今天去了東涌的諾富特酒店後大為失望。內裏的裝修其實比灣仔分店漂亮,面積也比灣仔大,價錢也比灣仔便宜。只須189已經包加一。但說實話完全不值這個價錢。海鮮祇有青口,蜆和凍蝦,連松葉蟹腳也沒有。魚生片祇有三种,其他熟食更加非常少。忌廉湯完全沒有味道。咖哩牛腩又硬又老,沙律是乾巴巴的,炒飯炒麵更加不用試也知道難吃 。生魚片衹是看表面也知道不新鮮。祇有凍蝦和豉汁青口比較好一點。哪怕再便宜也不會再來。 continue reading
