《香港深水埗 安哥食館》如想吃大排檔,推薦大家到深水埗長沙灣一帶 ,除了萬發和愛文生,安哥也是一家不錯的選擇。假日前夕,深水埗大部份餐廳都大排長龍,見安哥食館不用排隊就想去試試。點了八道菜,有幾道菜做得比較出色,如一口炸蠔和冰鎮咕嚕肉,其他就正常發揮啦。不同的大排檔有不同的招牌菜,以薯仔牛柳粒而言,萬發還是穩坐冠軍地位。1. 一口炸蠔:安哥沒有用厚肉的筒蠔,用了蠔仔,但反而變了他的特色菜,也解決了平時炸大蠔不夠分一人一隻的問題,新鮮炸起, 10分香口,配啤酒一流。2. 冰鎮咕嚕肉:有驚喜的一道菜,看過的冰鎮咕嚕肉和一般餐廳的不一樣不是單純的以冰冰住咕嚕肉,而是每塊肉都會有一層脆皮包住,酸酸甜甜的10分好吃。3. 炸豬手:很多餐廳炸豬手的肉都會很乾很硬,但安哥可以表皮香脆同時保留肉質易咬有肉味,值得一讚。環境而言,裝修較舊但保留着舊香港大排檔的氣氛,而且冷氣夠凍,大熱天時也不用汗流浹背地吃大排檔。價錢亦十分合理,一人消費才約150元! continue reading

同朋上網見到這間鋪都幾多好評,就訂位來試下,因為想食奄仔蟹要預訂,而我又剛剛初搬黎深水埗區,想周圍食下附近有乜好嘢,點知去到呢一間,先至發現原來以前食過同區的大x華都只不過係碎料,唔知係唔係咁岩得咁橋我食呢幾個餸都真係好正,以前食其他中菜館都覺得係OK幾好,呢間食返同一樣嘅餸竟然係有非常好嘅感覺!一心入到黎想食鱔,侍應就介紹食砵酒焗膳,唔好成日都食豉汁蒸鱔咁悶,後來諗住食開海鮮就叫埋炒蜆,跟住見到個招牌咕嚕肉好多人叫,忍唔住又叫埋,兩個人食真係飽到上心口。砵酒焗鱔~連骨都可以食埋炒蜆~完全無沙,少少辣好正咕嚕肉~皮脆肉嫩,超有驚喜鹽焗奄仔蟹~鮮甜又爆膏唔知點解可以全部餸都好好味,食到我十級飽😋! continue reading

尋晚路經深水埗,行經見到這間望落好簡潔的大排檔,門口貼相的食物都幾吸引,決定試試,2個人叫左3樣餸1支啤酒,埋單$361,唔算貴👍🏻,地方乾淨,食物質素還可以!因為是平日,不多人,但老闆做生意態度有需要改善,不是人不好,是不懂轉彎,說話也不夠圓滑,這個時勢做生意,食物質素要好,最重要懂留住熟客,有些菜式如果有人不食牛要改,應多加介紹!不過如果想帶酒水去飲也不錯,因為只收$30開瓶費!安哥一口蠔 避風塘炒蜆 好一般,可以不試客家腩肉煲 普通,可以一試 continue reading
