菜式係靚既,但味道同品質就同賣相係兩回事,尤其是個冰鎮咕嚕肉,簡直可以用「金玉其外」係形容... 另外讚一讚既係地方靚既,個道開水白菜都有樣又好味,不過綜合其他因素,性價比差。服務態度都差!(試左佢鵝肝烤鴨,新嚐試,味道係夾既,但隻鴨燒得唔好) continue reading

Re-visiting after a year given I had good memories of this restaurant before. However, I would strongly advice to not visit this restaurant given the extremely poor service. The way they place the dishes on the table, the late arrival of food (waited over 1 hours to serve main courses after appetizers) and the impolite service was unacceptable. The food was quite oily and the dishes were warm not hot when arrived to table.Expect to be disappointed. Terrible terrible staffs!!! Almost all staff were impolite. continue reading

日本的朋友突然黎香港做嘢所以冇辦法提早訂但又想同佢食一D特別的中餐又想可以靜靜的敘舊. 所以就諗到你依度.我地一行4大1細,叫咗一隻傳統片皮鴨二食,二食叫咗鴨鬆生菜包,小籠包,芋頭炆扣肉,魚湯小刀面依間出名有幾款特色片皮鴨,但我都係覺得傳統係最好味. 面皮有薄又有面香,D配料都好有心思(有青瓜,蔥絲,哈密瓜,紅菜頭)鴨鬆生菜包咸咗啲不過好嘢味小籠包一客4粒,包內的肉汁非常鮮甜魚湯小刀面個湯底好濃,面都好滑芋頭炆扣肉,好多年無食過啦! 1塊五花腩1塊芋頭賣相好傳統.塊肉味道不錯,可以因為芋頭非常吸味所以非常重八角的味度但本人唔太鍾意八角味所以就試左小小就算. 但朋友門夾住一齊食就都話好味.佢都算係一間重口味的餐廳,所以耐唔時食一餐就會非常滋味 continue reading

每年的十月份我倆定必出外品嚐大閘蟹, 順便慶祝我倆的結婚週年紀念, 可惜今年大閘蟹的問題, 還是少吃一點會比較安全! 所以今年換換環境, 上網找到這家環境和食物賣相都挺吸引的, 加上食評也有不少好評, 我倆便決定去位於灣仔的 "大都淮揚" 一試! 一步出電梯, 餐廳環境燈光比較黑暗, 不會像一般的中菜館那麼多嘈雜聲及燈光, 而多了份寧靜感及情調, 坐在這也會令人談話會細聲點 ~ 哈! 枱上面的擺設及所用的杯具也挺講究的, 單是用來放牙籤的盒子(紅色那個) 表面都刻有花紋, 蠻精緻的! 茶壺給我感覺帶點古雅風格, 也不是一般所見的陶瓷器皿來得單調, 不過壺身挺重的, 倒茶時真的在訓練手力~哈! 平常我都有喝鐵觀音的習慣, 但茉莉鐵觀音還是第一次喝, 沒想到, 兩者的味道也很配的, 喝還口腔充滿著兩股的香氣, 很難形容感受! 我倆連菜單都沒看, 只向服務員點了想喝的茶後, 服務員隨後便會俸上餐前水果, 我倆還是第一次遇到, 但也令我倆印象挺特別的! 第一道菜是 "青花圖" 的開胃菜, 碟上的綠色花是由青瓜做成, 而花中間放有醬料, 味道有點像麵豉醬, 不但不鹹, 配合沒味道的青瓜同吃, 入口爽脆清新! 而下面則以醃製過的雲耳及菇類, 都化身成為石頭之類的裝飾, 連枝身也能吃的, 不但整碟菜式看起來精緻悅目, 味道酸酸脆脆, 很開胃, 而且蠻好吃的! 我算是愛吃片皮鴨的, 但很多時在中菜館所吃到的, 都是鴨皮肥油太多(我不太愛), 吃一兩件我也只好放棄, 實在太膩了, 吃不下! 但聽說這裡有多款烤鴨選擇, 而且挺多人讚好, 所以第二道菜點了 "烤北京填鴨" 來吃! 這款烤鴨賣相跟平時酒樓吃片皮鴨差不多, 不過這道菜會連鴨肉一併上的, 而且十分細心, 因為會連鴨皮上的肥油也會去掉, 令吃時減低油膩感, 是我最欣賞的! 雖然這道菜只點了半隻烤鴨, 但份量也挺多的, 倆個人吃完它都已開始感到飽了! 同樣, 我也愛吃小籠包, 本來不想點的, 因為來到這當然想吃一些特別的, 但我家大少知道我愛吃, 怎樣都要點來試試! 這道菜是 "淮揚灌湯小籠包", 賣相普普通通吧, 用筷子挾起來, 皮薄及沒有破, 而且裡面也挺多肉汁, 味道清甜不膩, 再沾上調配過的醋汁, 更令小籠包有提鮮效果, 我個人覺得算不錯! 還點了一碗推介的 "魚湯小刀麵", 連放在麵上的配菜都放得像幅圖畫般....美! 麵質爽滑, 湯底也感受到是經過不小時間餚製, 但就覺得鹹了點, 是整晚唯一有點失手的菜式! 這道 "冰焰鮮果黑豚肉" 服務員送出來時, 會叫我們準備相機/手機來拍照或錄影, 準備好後, 服務員便會倒水入乾冰中, 令這道菜即時瀰漫著如雲霧般仙景, 香味及畫面齊來, 十分有氣勢! 不過當氣勢過後, 看到碟上的黑豚只得數十件, 也會感覺份量少了點吧, 但味道確實不錯的, 外脆的表面, 不會令進食後感到厚厚的粉漿, 而肉質帶點厚度及肉汁, 外脆肉嫩, 不會像中菜館所用的, 只給予肥膏, 單以味道來看是不錯的! 最後一道是 "開水白菜" 不要看它好像平平無奇, 每朵彫成花般的白菜, 都吸收了不少高湯的味道, 入口清新, 而且軟身! 其實它是一道功夫名菜來的, 要做到白菜入味, 是要經過不少人手及功夫去弄, 所以也挺花心機的!這裡環境優雅寧靜, 而所坐的位置也較寬敞及舒適, 也挺滿意這裡的服務員質素! 菜單選擇屬一般多, 感覺是貴精不貴多的那種, 第一次來的我, 點菜都主力點食家推介的來試!試後的食物質素及味道都挺好的, 而且每道食物都經過心思及堆砌出如畫般, 確實令菜色錦上添花之餘, 色香美味俱全!另外, 雖然每道菜看似份量不多, 但其實我倆吃得挺飽的! 這頓晚飯大概吃了 $810, 價格雖然有點貴, 但以這裡的服務﹑食物質素及心思, 確實是值得給的, 偶而來吃一次也不錯的選擇, 不然很快破財呀~哈! 註: 上述分享, 純粹以我個人口味, 當時的食物質素/環境/服務而所寫下評論, 合用/選購與否, 則由閣下自行決定! continue reading

參與同事的生日飯雖然只得4個人,但仍然各有各的喜好於是選了穩穩陣陣的中菜再加點新意(其實只要撇掉廣東菜)便選了大都淮陽中菜一入到餐廰便知果然是吃環境的好地方不若一般中菜館的大放光明反而更接近西餐廳的情調少了點熱鬧,多了些優雅吃中菜當然是未開始吃先開壼茶因為同事念念不忘這兒的菊花茶所以沒細問便選定了這壼崑崙雪菊(因為上次同事也是應邀,所以她只知是菊花茶,問了服務生好幾遍這壼是甚麼,但一行四人都聽不出,最後還是要點菜單到才知道名字)正式點菜,一行四名全是小女子,也不敢點太多先來的是一枝獨秀和青花圖看似新派的fusion菜向來不易討我歡心但這兩道菜都出奇的好一枝獨秀是包著紅椒的蘿蔔味道酸酸的很是開胃,令人食指大動而用青瓜包著白麵豉的青花圖不會太鹹,少有地讓人可以慢嚐當中味道再來半隻北京填鴨鴨味欠奉,可能是因為缺少了油脂安慰自己說是比較健康,不過不是我杯茶說真的因為是我最期待的菜卻是最令我失望幸好接著有又是令同事念念不忘的冰焰鮮果黑豚肉同事愛上的是上枱時的氣勢我愛上的是外脆內軟的好味道有少少厚度的外皮更能與內裡還有肉汁的黑豚肉形成對比真的只能說粉漿是厚薄適中,炸的時間亦拿捏得很好令人忍不住一顆接一顆的吃下去同事說這也剛好,要不豚肉放在冰塊上太久會變得太冰吃完,也令我念念不忘再來的是為填飽肚子的澱粉薺菜炒春筍年糕和為平衡健康的纖維素開水白菜水準之作,沒太大驚喜也不會令人失望其實女子們已經感到滿足,明明應是甜品時間,奈何大家對甜品菜單都興趣缺缺於是有人提議用小點心代替──生煎包生煎包煎得夠時間卻沒有太焦或太油 (是完全沒有油膩感)內裡湯汁足夠而又沒有過多令外皮糊掉成為同事念念不忘清單最新上榜食物又有藉口與人再來一次了同場加映:這裡是有餐前水果的,在點茶後隨即奉上感到窩心之餘也減少了外出用餐不健康的罪疚感 continue reading
