感冒初癒後便開展忙碌的一天。中午與兩名友人點心午膳、下午與另一友人同享 Afternoon Tea,幸好地點都在尖沙咀,不至於太累,而晚上從尖沙咀坐渡輪到灣仔,參加陳家(老公家)的團年飯,連早餐這一天共吃了四頓,把胃的容量大大擴張,或者用大吃的一天來形容會更加貼切! 陳家的後人開枝散業,當晚五席,再加小朋友一席,總共六席!每次家聚也是陣容鼎盛,感激主管陳家活動的小組成員,選址也傷透他們的腦筋! 人齊開飯,根據餐牌首先出場的是淮揚六秀,應該是六款淮揚的前菜,豈料來了共七道,不知是我理解不當,還是「大都淮揚」給予的優惠!不管了,有得吃,便是福! 淮揚六秀備有凍蕃茄、木耳、烤麩、醉雞、三絲、糖醋小排骨和肴骨!最受歡迎的是烤麩和三絲,烤麩入味程度佳、鹹甜適中!而三絲包括荷豆、豆皮、紅蘿蔔和木耳等,口感清爽、調味恰好,帶有討人的麻油香氣!而個人認為最需要改善的是醉雞,味淡、酒香不足,稱不上醉雞可言! 前菜過後是大家也期侍的果木燻烤北京填鴨。也許地方未算寬敞,故師傅沒在現場大顯身手,侍應將片好的北京填鴨、餅皮、醬料及配菜端上! 青瓜、京蔥、哈蜜瓜及紅蘿蔔均是我杯茶,貪心的我當然要一餅打盡!可是果木燻烤北京填鴨不油不香,只是皮有點脆,倒令我有點意外! 淮山杞子燉響螺湯湯色清澈,但湯韻卻相反,來得香濃透切,比想像更叫人欣喜! 喝過湯後,繼續品嚐團年飯餘下菜式!大隻厚身的帶子十分吸睛,還有嫩滑的河蝦仁和我喜歡的菇菌和紫洋蔥!味道清怡、帶子與蝦仁新鮮,加上菇菌和紫洋蔥的爽甜,這道雙蔥爆鮮元貝河蝦仁令大人與小朋友也相當滿意! 陳家成員大多愛吃魚,海花斑二食包含蘆筍百合炒斑球和椒鹽頭腩,亦是老少鹹宜的菜式!怕魚骨的可選啖啖肉的斑球,當中爽脆多汁的蘆筍最合我意!而愛香口的奶奶,專挑帶骨的椒鹽頭腩,無疑近魚骨位的魚肉肯定是滑溜可口,懂吃魚的您必定明白! 這道金盞桂花炒花膠帶來了新的體驗,將加入花膠的炒桂花翅盛在生菜上品嚐,味道清純,口感爽軟交雜,帶來健康兼富有新意的菜式! 冰鎮咕嚕肉並不是新玩意,不過以漂亮的糖膠裝飾,加插乾冰,製造如夢的仙境包裝,那不單勾起小朋友的好奇心,也同樣吸引大人的目光!老實說,冰焰鮮果黑豚肉不光靠外表,黑豚肉鬆軟富彈性,外層脆漿做到脆而不硬,更備有蜜瓜、哈蜜瓜及士多啤梨配搭,平衡肉的膩滯! 最後一道菜是上海鹹肉菜苔,老公和我也喜歡濃香的鹹肉湯底,嫩滑的菜苔吸收濃湯後份外滋味,可是濃湯確是過鹹了,假如鹹度減低一點,一定會更受歡迎! 拾景炒飯是團年飯的主食,飯粒分明、口感乾爽,加上獨突的香氣,忍不住將一碗吃光! 尾聲當然是甜品時間。先來的蛋白杏仁茶,雖然口感順暢,但口感太稀、杏香也不足,只能予以不合格的分數! 賣相十分西化的淮揚甜品薈萃,大抵是中西合璧之作,當中有芝士和綠茶口味,而我因太飽而放棄了! 到訪「大都淮揚」之前,曾參看食評分享,食評對菜式的造型有著幾乎一致正評,而味道方面則好壞參半。可能只懷著隨遇而安赴會,加上宴席菜式難度不會太高,雖然沒有太大驚喜,但也未至令人不滿,再以此收費而論,絕對帶給陳家一頓有新鮮感的團年飯,並且能附合預算要求! 整整齊齊吃過團年飯,祈求陳家上上下下、男女老幼豬年身體健康,諸事大吉! continue reading

我係報紙睇到呢間, 次次都係頭版好似好把炮, 果然!上菜快, 服務態度好, 呢啲就梗係唔洗講我想focus分享啲食物, 因為真係樣樣都好正, 樣樣嘅味都好balance 同埋考刀工!首先係個一支獨秀, 齋睇啲刀工同埋擺碟就已經值回票價!佢果啲花瓣應該係用醋去醃過嘅蘿蔔, 入邊釀左條紅椒絲, 令酸中帶甜, 下面就係雲耳同唔知係咩, 但都係勁好食。之後就係個螺片, 唔好睇佢精精緻緻咁, 其實個分量都好多!佢螺片嘅脆同埋麻油嘅咸香係天作之合, 真係無誇大!個鵝肝片皮鴨我望個廣告就以經知到好正, 因為佢話佢係用蘋果木燒, 唔好以為係鵝肝薄片, 真係堅有分量, 個皮有勁脆, 個味mix埋一齊真係超正必食!重有個必食嘅就係蔥燒蹄筋,我到唔識得形容, 重之你試過就知佢嘅好食程度!!!個文思豆腐羹係全場最考刀工嘅菜式, 佢係豆腐絲, 軟豆腐, 唔係硬豆腐!所以係難上加難!我果晚去都唔係好多人, 所以一啲都唔迫唔噪。 係味覺聽覺視覺同時享受嘅情況下, 真係物超所值!!!我同你地講, 我一定會再去!! continue reading

难得在本港有机会吃淮扬菜,作为一个在扬州品嚐过国家一级大厨的手艺的爱美食之客,在这顿晚餐过後有一下几点体验:1. 每道菜都偏太咸;2. 中餐的上菜顺序错乱;3. 服务人员看客提供服务:在大厅上坐率只有50%,但是在70分钟的过程中没有任何人给我们换碟子,即使已堆满;有个菜比较不合口味,也没有人上来询问原因;4. 下单时已清楚表明本客不能吃任何炸的食物,特地在点一道豆腐菜的时候与服务人员沟通此豆腐是否炸过,回答说没有才点的,结果上来一看,埃~。5. 最奇怪就是後来隔壁来了一桌客人,上去服务的竟然有多达4位,连续不断的每隔几秒就上前服务以及嘘寒问暖,哈哈,这些服务员本来是躲在哪里的呢?以上感想全因本客对贵餐厅有品质上的期待,但是如果贵餐厅打算用大排档的态度经营下去的话那就请忽略以上的废话,谢谢。 continue reading
