我見好耐冇同隻佬食素,今日 Green Monday,訂左間新派素食試下佢既晚餐,地點好方便,係蘭桂芳頭,地鐵站出去都唔駛5分鐘就到。上到去店面好靚,原來都幾多人食素,應該都真係唔錯 ~我地坐底之後,侍應姐姐打開個小食盤仔俾我地食花生,就叫我地慢慢睇下食乜,嘩 ~ 都好多食野。我地叫左呢個係黑虎掌燉雞油菌湯,佢上菜黎我同隻佬諗緊咩黎,好可愛 ! 用個紫紗茶壺上,我仲以為係茶黎招呼我地。隻佬倒落隻杯道,果陣香味好正 ~ 好中式既老火湯,再入口 !! 嘩 ~ 果陣甜味好正 ~ 素湯都可以咁,好正 !前菜我地叫左個海葡萄萵荀絲配XO醬,呢個海葡萄好得意,一路係個口爆,好似蟹籽。我地覺得萵荀絲唔夠,哈哈 ~ 反而個海葡萄太多。佢地個自家制XO醬好正,但隻佬覺得太搶味,我就覺得岩岩好,辣辣地好惹味。隻佬話要食白蘆荀,所以我地叫左呢個雙色蘆筍,其實係白蘆荀+青蘆荀同鮮百合炒素魚翅,整個都好健康既感覺,整體都好鮮甜。其實我食素鍾意食原體,但就係對素叉燒有迷愛 ! 因為冇乜邊間做到好食,呢間唔錯,佢都係豆皮整成,佢仲有燶邊,呢個好重要,但個叉燒醬每間都有個假味,呢度果個假味係好少,唔錯 ! 我最鍾意佢有個邊位仲做到好脆,所以佢呢間係瘦叉,哈哈 !再黎就係我地今晚既主食,XO醬野菌炆新竹米粉,呢個又係大愛,菌好多,個XO醬都真係好惹味,個米粉唔會過淋,仲係好爽口,亦唔會過硬,岩岩好。食埋個甜品,完美今晚晚餐,我地叫左個特別既生磨蓮子露,同純素朱古力芝士蛋糕。個蓮子露都真係好特別,其實我係出面餐廳都冇見過... 可能係我食中式甜品太少,佢個質地好似蓮蓉,但其實我唔食實體蓮子,所以呢個甜品俾隻佬笑我... 哈 ! 但好味呀 ~ 做咩啫 !! continue reading

近年愈來愈多人找素,素食餐廳都愈開愈多,唔再局限傳統中式素食。今日就由素食朋友帶路,去中環一間精緻嘅中法fusion素菜餐廳,全部菜式都以精緻賣相登場,吸引度大增!黑金竹炭豆腐配法式紫椰菜 $118黑色的外皮因為加入了竹炭,每一塊都抹上少許沙律醬及食用花,切開一半看到雪白的豆腐,豆味香又滑溜,一口咬下會聽到代表香脆的「咔咔聲」,但沒有油膩感,清甜的紫椰菜能踢走熱氣。香脆意大利夜明珠配繡球菌青汁 $128曾經喺意大利食過平民小食炸risotto波波,估唔到呢度都有素菜版。炸到金黃色嘅risotto波波外皮酥脆,內裡係意大利同粟米粒,如果口感再煙韌少少就perfect,伴碟的雪耳爽口好味,加上有微辣土菠菜青豆花椒汁,微辣增添香氣。玫瑰叉燒 $118驚喜之作!一上枱已經玫瑰露香撲鼻,賣相色澤都好像真,仲有花瓣伴碟好精緻,趁熱夾一舊,一咬落去,竟然食到半肥瘦叉燒嘅口感!!!有鬆軟有結實,唔會成舊死實實,仲燒到有燶邊,火喉控制得好好,對於好耐冇食過真叉燒嘅我嚟講,好感動🥲 蜜汁濃而不膩,剛好附係叉燒表面又唔會過黏,啖啖玫瑰露香,即刻想加個「靚仔」送飯番茄牛油果素蟹肉千層 $108番茄的外表,裡面係滿滿番茄粒同牛油果粒,好fresh!生磨蓮子露 $68甜品生磨蓮子露有蓮子香,口感濃稠又順滑,唔太甜食得出真材實料,滿足!黃金脆皮燕麥奶 $68外皮炸至金黃色,口感香脆,甜甜的奶香令人滿足。餐廳環境舒服,又唔會太嘈,加上店員態度都好nice,一定會再嚟幫襯。 continue reading

今日專登帶媽媽黎食哩間素食餐廳,餐廳裝修好靚,而且環境闊落,枱與枱之間有足夠既距離,夠曬寧靜舒適。餐牌上面既選擇唔少,仲有二人餐可以揀,而我地今次就叫左以下既食物。🎈蕃茄牛油果素蟹肉千層(每日限量) $108外表超精緻,裏面有已經切碎既牛油果、素蟹肉、洋蔥,加上沙律醬,裏面既材料全部釀左係蕃茄入面,蕃茄鮮甜,上面黑色一點點既係黑醋珍珠,成道菜酸甜開胃,非常好食,推薦👍🏻🎈黑虎掌燉雞油菌燉湯 $98佢係用茶壺放湯,成件事勁優雅😆上面仲有楓葉🍁好啱打卡,燉湯味道濃郁微甜,好重菇菌味,非常滋補,飲完湯之後仲可以食埋啲湯料。🎈黃金素鵝肝球佐松露白汁 $138素鵝肝球係用大豆製成,沾上麵包糠再炸,上面亦有黑醋珍珠。外皮酥脆,內裏creamy綿軟,味道幾可亂真,醬汁好重松露既香味。🎈玫瑰叉燒 $118外表同真正既叉燒無異,連叉燒上面既紋理都整到出黎!玫瑰叉燒用麵筋製成,表皮微脆,內裏軟腍有層次,一啲都唔油膩,非常入味好食!旁邊係自家製天然玫瑰花瓣醬,蘸上醬汁玫瑰味更香,好食推薦👍🏻🎈法式素海鮮貝殼粉配素芝士汁 $128裏面啲素海鮮真係不得了!佢用蒟蒻扮蝦肉,質感真係整得好似!另外,裏面仲有粟米、豆苗同素蟹柳,素芝士汁亦creamy掛汁,味道唔錯。🎈雪影酪梨 $68佢係將牛油果打成蓉製成,口感順滑,裏面仲有牛油果粒粒,有些許薑味。🎈純素朱古力蛋糕哩個蛋糕冇加到牛奶同雞蛋,口感比較實在,上層係cream,下層係蛋糕,朱古力味濃郁,另配有士多啤梨同藍莓。整體黎講,哩間餐廳既環境非常舒適,而且食物真係色香味俱全,完全冇諗過素菜都可以咁好食,好推薦大家試下,不過哩間餐廳既座位非常爆滿,大家黎之前記得Book位啦! continue reading

中環約朋友到m88的珺,一同試試久違的素菜。餐廳環境位置都闊落,很適合聊天。我們先點了蕃茄牛油果素蟹肉千層,整個蕃茄切開後內有乾坤,有一層層牛油果蓉和素蟹肉。食起來也有蟹肉味,而且有一絲絲蟹柳質感,加上清爽的蕃茄,食起來很清新。我們也點了南瓜盅,用了原個日本南瓜,所以南瓜湯味道很清甜和綿滑,很好喝,還有粒粒的南瓜肉可以食。接著便是小菜了,必點招牌玫瑰叉燒,賣相和味道也幾可亂真!份量也很多,叉燒是麵筋作,但卻有燒炙的香氣和叉燒的味道。唯有是比一般叉燒會硬身點,偏脆身,但味道很好,還會配上自家玫瑰醬,增添花香氣!另一道是風雲水煮珍菌薈,亦是我倆最喜歡的一道。一大鍋水煮珍菌有很多菌菇款式像百靈菇、猴頭菇、繡球菌雲耳等,還有菜、紅薯粉、竹笙,太豐富了,很想配一碗白飯!而且水煮辣度中等,恰到好處,愈食愈惹味!特別是猴頭菇,像有調味過,食起來吸收了水煮湯料,亦有像肉的味道,下次要單點猴頭菇小菜試試!而主食點了君子炒飯,炒得乾身香口,有素叉燒、鮮百合、粟米等,還有松露香氣,食起來味道不錯!最後,我們分別點了蓮子露和純素朱古力蛋糕。蓮子露磨得很滑,不會太稀,而且有蓮子香甜,很好吃!純素朱古力蛋糕雖不飲一般蛋糕更鬆軟,但仍做到濕潤,朱古力味道濃,也很軟滑,味道不錯。整體來說,這裡的素菜賣相已經很賞心悅目,味道也有特色,選擇挺多,值得一試! continue reading

今日朋友話我近期食得太多好西😛餐餐大魚大肉😗😗所以佢要帶我去排毒一下,要帶我去食素😂Lunch for two ($398)頭盤 🥒 秋葵蓮藕BB酸辣汁蓮藕BB這第一次聽見,真係好迷你,好可愛😍第一眼望以為係葱🙈食落都有啲似,係爽脆,唔係平時嘅硬😝醬汁調得酸酸辣辣,好醒神👍🏼🍋 純素芝士沙律配青檸柚子醬同樣都係一道好清新嘅頭盤,青檸同柚子再配上胡麻醬,酸酸甜甜,配埋新鮮嘅沙律菜一流😌湯 🥕 野姜甘筍湯除咗甘荀嘅香味外,仲有濃郁嘅蕃茄味,就好似飲緊蕃茄湯,完全唔會有野姜嘅辣,怕姜人士都飲得😛🍲 百合洋薏米素湯味道就好似平時中式湯羹,但感覺較為清,冇咁膩🙈最初仲疑問點解佢有乾瑤柱,原來係咁切碎左嘅金菇絲,真係好有心機呀🥰主菜🌹玫瑰叉燒因為店舖嘅招牌菜買相吸引,味道仲好唔錯添😋仿真度極高,口感真係好似食緊叉燒,周邊仲有平時叉燒嘅焦脆,蜜汁中仲滲出淡淡的玫瑰香👍🏼🦁 椒鹽風沙素獅子球一個非常有驚喜嘅菜式🤤表面非常香脆,椒鹽又好惹味,口感好夠結實,唔似得平時食嘅咁鬆散🤤🤤真心相信咗佢一舊肉啊🤣🍝 青醬新豬肉天使麵較為清淡嘅一道菜,落左大量新豬肉,口感好實在😄天使麵煮得啱啱好,唔會太淋👍🏼甜品🥑 雪影酪梨 (+$30)其實食完主菜之後已經好飽啦😋不過見到Menu咁吸引,又想試吓素食嘅甜品,都係忍唔住叫咗兩款試吓😝😝結果一啲都冇後悔😙真係好驚喜!好好食🤤🤤表面係薑泡沫,好濃薑嘅香味,但完全唔覺辛辣😍混合埋底層甜甜又香滑嘅酪梨奶昔,好清新💕🍰 純素芝士蛋糕 (+$30)真係好好奇純素嘅芝士蛋糕會同平時到咩分別🤣今日係青檸芝士蛋糕🍰未食都已經濃烈檸味撲鼻,食落感覺有啲似雪芭,比一般芝士蛋糕輕型好多,完全唔覺膩👍🏼👍🏼最初以為食素就係千篇一律嘅羅漢齋🙈點知而家原來已經有好多花款,好新穎,仲好精緻😍而且環境舒適,真係有洗滌心靈嘅效果🥰 continue reading
