純素這回事,本來就係「厭尖」嘅飲食態度,出發點多數係源於信仰及修生養性,堅持食材入饌無蛋奶無五辛。不過健康風氣盛行,人人偶爾想「從良」食吓素,嚴格講就係eat clean或蔬食go green。不過莫論出發點為何,純素要兼顧味道、賣相及健康,其實都幾高難度。食素唔想伏建議都係要聽朋友推介。呢間喺老蘭威靈頓大廈嘅新派素食,結合中菜式同法式嘅食材運用同靚靚攞盤,望得開心。食材配搭新穎,呢個價位走fine dining 路線。聽講每星期都會轉menu,不過對我呢啲偶爾先茹素嘅門外漢嚟講,經已相當花多眼亂,睇相樣樣都咁精緻,仲有生酮同高蛋白friendly之類嘅options,都幾up trend!頭盤-海葡萄佐柚子芥末醬油主菜-純素椰子寧鳳尾蝦-羊肚菌白甘筍燒豆腐-雞頭米雙色淮山配青汁甜品-生磨蓮子露整體三款主菜都咁鍾意,特別係個鳳尾蝦,炸粉薄薄一層甜甜哋好開胃。另外個豆腐都好出色,油香得嚟有羊肚菌嘅香氣。 continue reading
