Good coffee but disappointing avo on toast, nothing 'crushed' about the ungenerous amount of neatly sliced avocado. That's all I wanted to say but it seems I have to write 200 words in order to get my message across so i guess I would add that the setting in nice - good to be able to sit outside without being on the side of the road.

這家餐廳算是香港熱門brunch,有好多家分店,這次去的是銅鑼灣分店餐廳環境很舒服,有分室內和室外的位置,很chill✨avocado toast ✨真的很鍾意这个水波蛋三文鱼牛油果toast。面包是很有韧性的,有一層咸咸的醬調味。水波蛋,牛油果,三文魚味道融合得很好,非常鮮甜。最上層有cheese增加風味😋✨抹茶拿铁✨抹茶很細膩,不苦也不甜,很好突出了抹茶的香氣。

話說每逢星期六早上總要到銅鑼灣接送小朋友,平常都飲開18Gram 同%的咖啡當提神或歇腳的。每次經過Elephant Ground 都見總有客人進食,不如找個機會試吓,結果未入口便知中伏。首先,收銀女員工在下單是竟然掛住撳電話,聽錯order ,我和老公明明叫Flat White Large size,佢就聽錯Regular size,當我哋重申要Large size,佢就開始黑晒塊面。其次,咖啡師取咖啡粉的份量和壓粉的手勢也出問題,取粉第一次發現份量不足,再加粉卻粉又太多,壓粉太實,結果大家也估計到,杯咖啡實帶酸。之後個收銀員又出手,幫忙打奶,要打奶也有打奶的手勢和技巧,結果奶太多又未打夠,情況就像用屋企Nespresso打奶機打太多奶一樣,只有水感沒有泡沫的輕。最後,咖啡師把奶冲入杯中,手勢也出問題,莫說要拉花,連混合也說不上。結果杯Flat White 一口,先發現唔夠熱,因為奶未打夠時間,再者是酸,最後是苦,當中的苦是咖啡粉over roast的苦,我喝了兩口,完全是浪費金錢,浪費減肥計算卡路里攝取量的quota。下次都係去返%同18Gram好了!

今日去咗間知名咖啡店,食啲乜好呢?睇睇個menu,心諗,真係要試下佢哋嘅咖啡玉桂卷啦!Bean ‘n Bun賣相賞心悅目,一啖咬落去,嗰份玉桂香味真係撲鼻而來,鬼香嘅!雪糕係超級濃咖啡味🍦,一啲都唔會太甜,正!外面焗得脆脆哋,裏面又熱笠笠,食落真係滿足到咁有冇嘅。睇吓另外嗰啲,Avocado Toast真係過癮,爽口牛油果加上香濃青豆醬,真係豪邁無比。再嗌份Eggs Benedict,煙三文魚、流心水煮蛋同爽脆toast加埋一齊,簡直係perfect match,早餐午餐通吃款㗎!😋🥑我就嘆埋杯佢哋嘅招牌dirty coffee,順滑帶有微微苦澀,啖啖境界,醒神得哩!整體黎講,咖啡店嘅菜式同飲品水準一流,食得開心就算啦!呢間係一間可以好Chill咁同三五知己歎生計,又或者一個靜靜閱讀嘅地方。落完單,稍等一陣,一番嘆味,值得推介!👌🍴📚

來到這家店,首先點了經典必試的「鮭魚蛋白治」,真的係一絕!軟綿綿的烤麵包上疊滿了煙三文魚同青翠欲滴嘅牛油果,每一口都好似在咀嚼中演奏咗一場美嘉嘉的交響樂🎶。啲水煮蛋流心到不得了,個Eggs Benedict做到滑溜溜,啱晒喜歡蛋汁rich滴滴的食客。再唔可以錯過係佢哋嘅「B.E.L.T三文治」。脆口bacon嘅香味夾雜著蕃茄嘅酸甜,真係過癮👍🏼,加上個煎蛋跳躍喺味蕾之間,可以話係一嘗難忘!喺甜品方面,我決定揀「雪糕三文治」。完美結合雪糕同曲奇嘅口感,啲雪糕嘅口味都好特別,齒頰留香😋。每一啖雪糕都順滑到不得了,食落去又唔會太膩,完美收尾!飲品方面,「焙茶拿鐵」真係夠哂kick,苦甜之間嘅平衡拿捏得宜,啱哂跟埋精緻嘅甜品飲。整體嚟講,呢次食旅真係五星級享受,幾時再黎?即刻都想啦!🍰🥪☕️
