We ordered Clams ($138) to start. The clams were fresh and sweet, cooked together with fennel, tarragon cream and vermouth, with the herbs bringing a nice fragrance to the clams. I also liked the two pieces of toast which we could use to soak up the sauce to enjoy. But one issue was that the fennel was a bit 'cold', which seemed to just come out from the fridge and making the feeling a bit weird.

Next we were served the Chili Crab Pasta ($158), and together with one of the main dishes of Seabass Fillet ($198). Given that we were sharing I did not like the restaurant serving both at the same time, as inevitably the dish got cold in the process. Something the restaurant could pay more attention in future. The angel hair pasta was for me a bit too soft and overcooked. The taste however was quite good, with a nice rich taste from the sauce prepared with the crab shell, and appropriate in spiciness to make the dish quite appetizing.

The seabass had a tamarind and squid ink aioli, plus some edamame, mint and fennel. The fennel still was not of the right temperature in my opinion, but was better than the clams as they had properly warmed up a bit more after being taken out from the fridge. The seabass was also a bit disappointing, rather mild in taste and without much noteworthy elements to highlight.

The other main course we had was Grilled Pork Chop ($188). The chef had helped to cut the pork chop into pieces to make it easier for us to share, but this resulted in the jus seeping out too much, making the meat drier than ideal. Still the searing on the surface was done properly with good caramelization, and the apple mostarda prepared was a good pair with the meat. The chef also had put a leek ash to further enhance the complexity of flavors of the well-seasoned pork chop.

For dessert we had the Peach Panna Cotta ($98) to share. Quite beautifully plated, there were lots of seasonal fruit surrounding the panna cotta, which were further added with granola, honeycomb and some berry yogurt. Decent but I found it strange why calling it peach panna cotta, as I did not find the peach...

Another thing to note was the tables were fairly small and the seating was not the most comfortable dining experience but for a more casual setting that would serve the purpose. Service was fairly good, with the staff attentive and friendly. The bill on the night was $922 which was fairly reasonable as well. But in the end there was no specific reason to prompt me for returning.

A scrumptious earthy jar of chicken liver mousse and what makes it extra special is the sticky grape relish on the side that gives the sweet and fruity balance to the intense liver flavor. But it’s funny how they expect us to finish such a big jar of mousse with just four tiny slices of brioche toast... it left us with no choice but to ask for extra bread which requires additional charge. Come on, could’ve been more generous with the bread 😒

We ordered a veggie burger , it was nice, the patty was very well balanced in flavor, the sweet potato chip was bloody good too.Unlike so called “good” coffee in HK, this one meets Australian standard. However, there was no light switches in the toilet and it was bloody dark in there. the second thing is the toilet seat stays down , I understand it is normal in Europe, but most of the Australian bloke still find that annoying. So, that's un-Australian!

🦀Chilli Crab Pasta 是天使麵,味道吃下去一整個WoW,辣椒和香蒜配豐富的蟹肉(肉份量滿多,還能挖到大條的蟹腳肉!)吃起來有點像輕盈版的海鮮XO醬,但檸檬皮讓整體油膩感都減低了!越吃越過癮系列。

🥫Fancy Poutine則是牛尾肉醬,配熱乎乎的薯條和藍起司,流心蛋。食材都很新鮮所以挖開攪拌後味道也很濃郁!鹹香的肉醬環繞著稠蛋黃香、重酵味的香濃藍起司,感覺就很滿足,也比較重口味😍。

🎃Pumpkin Risotto除了濃厚甜香的南瓜蓉外,還有提味的四川胡椒、黑蒜和增加甜味層次的胡椒子蜜糖,鹹甜鹹甜的奶油南瓜,和新鮮的南瓜籽非常搭。金黃的意大利飯多好吃,很大部份也取決於口感,它介乎於生硬和黏軟中間,很恰好!

🍸飲料也不馬虎,我點的是百里香和香橙梳打,梳打的香草味滿出,和酸爽的橙一起很解膩,也不會過甜。

用某個折扣apps訂左2100食飯(10% off),我地遲左15-20分鍾。去到竟然同我地講話過左時,冇折扣要用番原價。我懷疑其實係班員工根本就唔想做生意,想早D收工。我見10% OFF冇算啦 冇同佢地嘈不過比人感覺就好差囉。講番野食先  Beef tartare幾好食Salad 難食其他 食左 Pasta 飲左d野都係好一般環境就算係幾好。

上個星期五晚8點幾先放工, 咁岩個朋友喺大坑食完飯話想搵我聚一聚, 我就叫佢喺附近搵間野坐低, 陪我食飯、佢就飲嘢~佢揀咗呢間舖都幾好氣氛, 座位唔多, 我到嘅時候差不多9:00, 都全場爆滿~ 客路都頗多元化, 一家大細又有、情侶檔又有、好似我哋2-3個女仔食飯傾計都有~不過始終都係多人, 有少少嘈, 相信weekend會好啲~我叫咗份pumpkin risotto, 好creamy仲有sunflower seed, 有唔同質感, 味道都唔錯~不過口味偏甜啲, 應該適合女士多啲~其實朋友仲叫咗份甜品, peach panna cotta share, 賣相同味道都好豐盛(感覺仲大份過我份risotto) 不過掛住傾計冇影到相😝

Came here on a Saturday morning! Made reservation via other platform and received 35% off for the 11am slot. Arrived just on time, I actually expected the place to be quite crowded, but there were only a handful of other tables occupied. It was not a big cafe, cosy and around 10 minutes walk from Tin Hau Station (still a bit of a torture in such a hot summer day). My friend and I ordered a smashed avocado toast with poached eggs and a duck ragu with flatbread! Highly recommend both dishes, especially the duck ragu. The duck ragu essentially tasted like Bolognese sauce; but instead of mince, it was replaced with duck! The avocado toast was also nice; presentation was very pretty. However I did think there was a lil too much lemon juice on the avocado and it kind of took away the flavour a little bit! Poached eggs were also runny which was great!

As for drinks, my friend had a Ribena soda, and I ordered a flat white. The flat white was okay; the ribena soda was very refreshing in this weather!

With 35% off, our total bill was $262, which was okay for a brunch! Although I would think if I had to pay full price it would be overpriced!

Very friendly staff, good vibe and food is yummy!! Oyster is fresh and taste even better with the sauce they provided. The clams are sooo delicious , I couldn’t stop dipping the bread in the sauce until there is no sauce left!Sweet potato fries is very yummy and fresh! Steak is nicely done and the mash potato on the side does not look that great BUT the taste is so good because they have put some truffle oils in it!!!
