這家餐廳開了也有一段時間,每次下班經過見得最多的客人都是外國人居多。最後好奇心驅使下還是看看這裡的午餐大概如何~發現這家跟之前吃過的一家西餐廳的價錢其實差不多,但這裡反而還有餐飲~再加上可以Book位就決定來吃吃看喔。午市套餐的選擇不算特別多,價錢大約$138 - $238 左右。點好餐後先送來餐包~很軟熟,可配牛油來吃。但如果可以配黑醋和橄欖油就更好了。前菜方面,有沙律或是湯可以選擇。我們選的都是湯 - 忌廉椰菜花湯湯雖然不是很稀,但也不屬於很濃調的那種~不過味道倒是夠濃。我點的是 - 美國頂級牛腹扒配薯條、法式蛋黃醬及雜菜沙律 ($188)牛腹扒外層焦香,內裡肉質很軟嫩。比起一般的牛扒好像肉味更為濃厚。再加上長幼身的薯條,就女生來說這個份量已經很飽!餐飲選了咖啡~聞落頗香。 continue reading

今次食左1)洋蔥芝士湯、2)焗田螺、3)爐魚、4)龍蝦扁意粉洋蔥湯好好味,會有塊麵包浸在湯內,索哂d湯。田螺大大隻,走殻,可惜沒薯溶底。爐魚整得岩岩好,一d都吾乾,配上檸檬一流。龍蝦夠誠意,大大份,心水推介。 continue reading

住左係太古多年,區內既餐廳好多都有食過。前排發現左哩間食法國菜既餐廳哩個係散叫既Menu 哩個係set dinner 既menu 拒既happy hour 係3pm -10pm 今晚同屋企人黎一行四人,叫左1個signature set dinner for 2 ($788),再散叫左1個Lobster Linguini ($238) share湯x2 🥣叫左法式洋蔥湯,味濃但唔會覺得咸同傳統周打蜆湯,正常味道Starter x1 叫左田螺Main course x2叫左煎牛柳配牛肉汁(唔記得影相,但抵讚既係爸爸叫well done 肉質都唔鞋口👍🏻)&香煎龍利柳配牛油香飯🤤條魚煎得好香,啖啖肉散叫: Lobster Linguini 龍蝦好多膏,唔係大隻但面既份量都唔小。Drinks x2Milk tea Peppermint tea with honey (熱飲就算叫花茶都無額外收錢👍🏻)Dessert x1 朱古力心太軟 (就算跟餐都無hea我地架😆)氣氛唔錯,員工服務幾好不停加水收碟格離幾台都係黎HH, 又有家庭客。一定會再黎👍🏻🤘🏽 continue reading

星期五嘅晚上慣性地找個地方,飲杯酒舒舒服服的吃個晚餐。呢間餐廳之前都嚟過,位置喺太古城,鰂魚涌 商業區隔離。晚上有不少放工過嚟happy hour的人,環境不會太嘈。坐著先點兩杯酒,再點了香草焗田螺,到法國 餐廳少不了點法式洋蔥湯,最愛湯面上的芝士 每一口都帶點濃厚的芝士香氣。主菜點了beef burger 上下的麵包 是鬆鬆脆脆的,配合中間的牛肉,洋蔥蕃茄,很juicy呢!特別鍾意幼薯條 吃起來特別見脆口。 還有慢煮豬鞍配炒薯粒,是厚切的 但比較嚡身,伴碟的豬肉汁 濃一點會更好 continue reading

除夕夜,喺冇book位既情況下,竟然喺太古城搵到一間唔駛等位而且裝修仲幾靚既西餐廳,二話不說就入左去食。入到去,被安排到bar枱坐,walk-in客都冇得揀啦。坐低,諗到食咩,就叫左個阿叔待應過黎落order。阿叔用茶餐廳夥計口吻問我地:「食咩呀?講啦!」我有一刻真係以為自己去左茶餐廳。叫左洋葱湯同炸羊奶芝士沙律 (Goat Cheese Salad) 做前菜。洋葱湯飲落有少少燶味,感覺一般;反而炸羊奶芝士有少少驚喜,香脆得黎仲keep住羊奶芝士淡淡既羶味。主菜係tenderloin同法式鴨腿。Tenderloin的確幾有水準,外脆內軟,texture黎講拍得上高級steakhouse質素,肉味濃,只係medium但一啲血水都冇又真係爭少少,伴碟既薯條亦都只屬麥記級數;法式鴨腿就非常失色,鴨腿肉鹹到要同配菜既燒新薯一齊食先至中和到,唯一得分既係肉質尚算嫩滑。另外order左一杯margarita,外籍待應送上時顯出一副驚訝既表情,好似想同我講我嗌左啲唔應該嗌既飲品,我問:「What's the problem?」但佢又冇回應,真係不明所以。埋單,一餐二人除夕晚飯索價$913 (連加一)。我明我作為一個walk-in客實在唔可以投訴啲乜,但呢一餐飯無疑係比較失望既一餐。 continue reading
