最近去了間尖沙咀鐵板燒,位於地鐵站附近,好方便。午市套餐只是$298,相當抵食。重點介紹以下主食,大海虎蝦,蝦肉結實彈牙,充滿了海鮮的鮮甜味道。灑上黑胡椒同牛油煎香後非常好食,是一道令人垂涎三尺的美味佳餚。活鮑魚仔,大大隻,仍然不停郁,肉質鮮嫩。口感豐富。煎至剛熟,淋上黑松露汁同放上三文魚子調味,每一口都充滿豐富口感。安格斯牛柳,選用優質的安格斯牛肉,切成厚切的牛柳,經過適度的烹調保持了肉質的嫩滑和原汁原味。牛肉的口感非常優秀,咀嚼時散發出濃郁的肉香,添加了牛油同黑胡椒煎香。絕對是肉食愛好者的一大享受。再來是炒飯和炒野菜。炒飯做得綿密細膩,米粒飽滿,米香四溢。炒野菜則保持了蔬菜的鮮嫩和營養價值,炒製得剛熟而不過火。這兩道配菜為整餐增加了飽腹感同和營養均衡。
