上年無意中在OpenRice找尋日式鐵板燒,看到這間店評價幾好,便去試試慶祝生日午餐。餐廳提供的套餐價錢實惠材料好新鮮味道亦很好。近期市民多北上消費,但我仍然支持本地餐廳。所以今年三月及七月亦到此店慶祝生日午餐。在這艱難的日子裏,我發覺餐廳提供的套餐價錢並沒有改變,套餐內容依然包括沙律,蝦,鮑魚,牛柳,炒飯,炒菜,麵豉湯及甜品。老闆仍然維持購買新鮮食材,鮑魚海鮮樣樣新鮮,各式各樣的食物也相當美味。老闆親自煮給我們食,看見他的專業及細心令我們很欣賞及明白到廚師用心是令我們吃得很滿足,而他便開心。希望此餐廳能渡過艱難時間,亦希望多啲人支持本地餐廳。 continue reading

好耐無食到咁高質又抵食嘅鐵板燒,午市298唔洗加一就可以食到8樣精緻嘅美食,性價比高之餘,仲要樣樣都好好味😋成個套餐由前菜到甜品, 每一碟都好出色, 因為我好鍾意食鵝肝,所以另外加左$98要個法式鵝肝配紅酒啤梨,仲試埋佢魚籽鵝肝蒸蛋,十分鮮味。鵝肝燒到剛剛好,厚度適中又多汁,食完再食埋紅酒啤梨,完全唔會覺得膩。前菜特色沙律:連本身唔太鍾意食沙律既我都食哂成個。佢嘅菜好新鮮,甜酸度適中。味噌湯:難得唔會好咸,而係帶少少清甜,好飲。大海虎蝦:師傅精心處理過,分成幾粒燒,十分香口爽滑,調味濃郁得黎唔會蓋過蝦既鮮味。日本廣島蠔:十分肥美,外面煎得香脆,入面保持多汁。安格斯牛柳:火喉控制得幾好,做到粒粒牛柳粒都唔會過熟,口感唔錯。炒飯及炒野菜:炒得好獲氣,兩樣一齊食到停唔到口,好滿足!最後,估唔到甜品仲有驚喜,係超好味既牛奶麻糬,香滑得黎,加埋朱古力粉一齊食,真係回味無窮,勁想問老闆可唔可以再encore!總結黎講,好耐無打咁長既食評,但真心推介比大家,唔止環境好,食物好味,價錢又唔貴,老闆同師傅都親切友善,鍾意食鐵板燒既朋友記得唔好錯過! continue reading

一早喺OpenRice book咗餐廳諗住慶祝生日點知去到想食乜都話冇貨本身想食$298套餐入面的安格斯牛柳同鵝肝,佢話轉安格斯薄燒同黑豚肉俾我,係比較低價位套餐$198 入邊嘅main dish,但我要照俾$298,未諗得通佢背後嘅logic究竟係點😅 已經唔係好合理咁我就諗住不如叫個再貴啲,食銀鱈魚,點知又話冇😮簡直係現實中嘅麥兜餐廳極度失望同氣憤乜都冇點開門做生意?唔會再有下次勸喻大家唔好再幫襯 continue reading

朋友生日,想搵個環境舒服且食物美味的地方。有人推薦鐵板燒,講到『瀛』原來這间店在K11開過,在格蘭中心開過,現在搬佐來海防道。無介紹錯,環境舒適,望出去係九龍公園,绿樹成蔭坐係廚師前睇住廚師為我們一道道菜的製作,睇住新鮮食材在廚師巧妙地變成一道道熱辣辣的美食,好有治癒感。最喜歡他的牛&生蠔。高級食材就係好食。雪櫃有好多Sake, 仲意飲酒的朋友會喜歡這環境的。見到廚師拿住两個鏟玩得好歡,我朋友又想玩下,老闆話可以畀我地試玩,老闆好Nice continue reading

朋友介紹嚟呢間餐廳食午市鐵板燒,佢話呢度簡直平靚正!果然有驚喜!我哋叫咗兩個灜之越一人前套餐$298需要加一服務費。特色沙律:蔬菜新鮮配埋醋汁,酸酸地好開胃。大海虎蝦:肉質鮮嫩,爽口彈牙。日本廣島蠔:肥美,鮮甜。活鮑魚:肉質鮮甜,口感煙靭,師傅加咗少少黑松露,食落更惹味。法國鵝肝:口感紮實錦密,入口即溶,咀嚼後口腔仍然保留住鵝油香濃味道。安格斯牛柳:肉味香濃,有嚼勁。炒野菜:鮮嫩爽口。味噌湯:清淡,完全冇味精。炒飯:炒到粒粒分明,加入配料,特別係櫻花蝦,咀嚼時特別惹味。牛奶麻糬:濃濃嘅牛奶香味,麻糬口感煙靭加上阿華田粉,口感更豐富。整體:環境寬敞,坐位舒適,服務態度好,師傅燒出嚟嘅食物一啲都唔乾,而且仲有肉汁,好好食! continue reading
