To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日入嚟長洲,四圍去食嘢,求其搵咗呢間餐廳坐低。佢嘅炒蜆好鹹,味道太過濃,而且都偏多汁。反而條魚甘焗黎食幾好味,又夠鮮,可惜肉唔夠肥厚,好快就食晒。另外,仲叫咗薯條,不過不失。間餐廳總體嚟講都係不過不失。 continue reading

店面影相打卡都不錯的👍🏻服務都不過不失👌🏻,但最重要的食物質素就很一般了😅🥲🔸奧地利青檸啤酒(店家聲稱佢地係獨家代理) 奧地利雪山青檸啤味道非常清新,甜酸中帶甘,酒精濃度只有2.4%,就算lunch當飲都唔會有罪惡感🔸原個菠蘿炒飯搭配菠蘿以及什錦蔬菜海鮮大火快炒,咸咸酸酸甜甜的口感,炒飯係菠蘿入面一齊上台,視覺效果打卡都👍🏻🔸泰式古法烤魚看似好特別既一道菜,古法鹽烤魚,主要目的為保持魚肉濕潤,敲開厚厚既粗鹽,撕開魚皮…係香既但係…啲魚肉有d霉🙈(身為南區人,我對魚係有d執著的)🔸張保仔炒蜆=豉汁炒蜆冇特別🙈🔸德國螺旋腸配酸椰菜及薯條賣相冇特別,印象德國腸會偏鹹,但今次味道合適中👌🏻但餐牌上有寫會跟酸椰菜….說好的酸椰菜呢❓🔸迷你德國鹹豬手配酸椰菜有點失望的一道菜德國鹹豬手主打皮脆肉嫩發切開時的點點肉汁,可惜呢到既鹹豬手不但皮唔脆,肉夠嫩但極鹹😭配菜同德國腸一樣….說好的酸椰菜呢❓ continue reading

入到長洲渡假,想搵一間稍為好一D嘅西式餐廳食飯,係咁search Open Rice睇吓有乜好介紹,較為好一D嘅原來又結咗業,左睇又睇,由第一天到連續兩日,日夜經過都好多人,相信不會太差,個人認為長洲應該呢間算係不錯的一間西餐廳,所以最後都係決定選擇呢一間食晚飯,唯一𣎴足就係21:00就關門,所以食嘅時間會較為趕,又唔想太早食晚飯。因為去渡假一定唔會咁早起身,所以飲完下午茶都已經4點多,原本想卜20:00先食,但收21:00,唯有19:00食,正常就夠時間食,但因為開紅酒🍷飲,所以就比較食得急咗D,但食物就係好食嘅,我哋揀咗呢枝紅酒🍷都唔錯⋯⋯不過呢到D酒全部都係奧地利獨家品牌,包括紅酒🍷白酒🍸汽酒🥂啤酒🍺,問咗店員,原來佢哋係長洲獨家代理,第一次飲奧地利🇦🇹嘅紅酒🍷⋯⋯唔知得唔得,所以揀咗枝2012嘅Reserve搵陣D🥰—————————1⃣️🍷2012奧地利Reserve:呢枝酒一開,我自己覺得唔使點抖就可以飲,味道都好濃厚,入口唔錯,好香醇、飲落都幾厚身😍🥰—————————-2⃣️🍗🍖歐陸香草烤雞:因為知道大約要烤一個小時,所以4點幾決定晚上係呢度食就訂定,晚上食嘅時候,真係烤得好正,肉嫩皮帶香脆,全隻食落非常juice ,味道恰當,香草🌿惹味,百幾元嘅價錢絕對抵食,最重要係烤得又正又好食😋👍—————————-3⃣️🥖🍩德國螺旋腸:德國🇩🇪最出名食腸,送紅酒就最正,配上沙律🥗薯條,飲吓紅酒不知不覺間又食曬,其實飲紅酒🍷真係可以食好多嘢,主要呢間餐廳食物唔錯,所以會好有興趣咁一路飲一路食😁😁——————————4⃣️🥓🍢牛肉及豬肉串燒4串:飲酒🍷係唔可以無食物,不知不覺間八點三四個字又last order,串燒亦都無因時間關係變質,一樣燒得咁好食,又到咗讃賞廚師👩‍🍳👨‍🍳嘅時刻⋯⋯全晚食物👍👍👍👍👍💯——————————-🌹5/51⃣️環境:唯一扣分係室內都無冷氣「4/5」食到一半都出哂汗,好在而家天氣涼涼地😅😅😅😅😅2⃣️食物:食物味道比💯分「5/5」3⃣️服務:扣分係訂枱個男人真係好cool,不過唔代表佢無禮貌😅如果有D笑容,相信我比滿分,「笑一笑,世界更美妙😁」因為夜晚service 嘅女店員都幾nice😇😇「4/5」4⃣️衛生:「5/5」5⃣️價錢:又有酒又食咗咁多嘢都係八百幾元,抵食👍「5/5」——————————-整體上我覺得掂,所以第二日我都係到食咗個午餐,午餐一樣好好食😋👍💯—————————-時間係收早咗D.. 有埋冷氣仲好D😅其實開心🥳簡…單就在你身邊..食….拍…寫.. 已經成為我生活中的一部份鍾意食..鍾意拍.鍾意寫..留下美食的回憶😝—————————- continue reading

經常黎長洲食不同的餐廳。成日經過呢間餐廳,但都無食到!今日入去食了~兩個人,一人嗌左一個main course。 先上左個海南雞飯。飯不是油飯,ok 無所謂。但雞肉也不能夠痗吧。 雖然份量挺多,但雞肉不夠新鮮,作為Sell泰式美食的餐廳,海南雞也不能夠煮好,實在有點失望。之後上香葉肉碎飯。價錢不平,而且沒有煎蛋🍳,就咁肉碎飯 收你$98。 味道正正常常。,始終肉碎也很難煮得難食吧。值得一提是,呢間餐廳容許客人完全走辣,對不吃辣的客人友善👍🏿我哋都嗌左小食 炸雞翼同焗蠔。 我諗成餐最好食是兩道小食。雞翼係單邊雞翼,份量都ok多。焗蠔都唔錯嘅味道!最後總結,餐廳收費略貴,同樣價錢在長洲亦能吃到更好的質素。 性價比不高。食物送上枱時 不知道為什麼好多都不熱。室內冷氣很凍。 如果追求Chill,建議直接坐室外算。另外,也不太推薦呢間的主食,真的很一般 continue reading

艾堡餐廳已經喺長洲屹立多年,深受長洲街坊同遊客嘅喜愛,我哋聽一個朋友介紹來買佢代理嘅其中一款德國啤酒,呢款啤酒個味道好特別,好好飲!飲左一次後番唔到轉頭飲其他酒,我上網搵過暫時淨係得長洲嘅艾堡餐廳先有代理出售,喱款係一款手工啤酒,係採用德國傳統釀造地區最好嘅麥芽酒同蜂蜜釀造而,成個味道好易,啤酒味好濃烈配埋蜜糖嘅甘甜味,真係好正!好易入口,好適合女仔飲,不過飲嘅時候要留意番佢個酒精成份都幾高,有14%濃度,所以建議大家飲嘅時候唔好太急😍呢款手工啤酒朋友真係冇介紹錯,推介大家如果嚟長洲一定要買一支嚟試吓!我朋友係上次一次過買咗一箱番屋企飲你就知係幾正啦!連貓貓都對佢有興趣你就知佢堅料啦😂😋 continue reading
