講出嚟大家可能唔會信，我從來未食過一幻拉麵 ，嚟自北海道人氣品牌嘅一幻🍜，我又點會唔鍾意食，只係一直未能的起心肝😂。今日同女友人經過銅鑼灣世貿中心見到一幻做緊6️⃣周年慶限定套餐，2️⃣人同行一人free，咁抵？！今次終於可以的起心肝去試😂。$138套餐包括自選拉麵1️⃣碗 / 龍蝦沙律1️⃣客 /綠茶或烏龍茶1️⃣罐，宜家買1️⃣送1️⃣真係勁抵。龍蝦沙律沙律菜🥗非常新鮮，龍蝦沙律味道鮮美，而且入面有唔少切咗粒嘅龍蝦肉🦞，整體味道出色。海老牛乳蝦湯拉麵 (+$30)由於Duck哥🦆想揀期間限定拉麵嘅海老🦐牛乳🥛蝦湯拉麵，問店員可唔可以做到二人同行優惠，店員話只需+$30蚊就可以🫢。咦？！單點都想差50蚊啦，咁而家我賺咗喎😂。(單點 海老牛乳蝦湯拉麵 $138，其他拉麵大約 $88)。講返個麵，佢地嘅招牌蝦湯底🦐，係每日用上5️⃣0️⃣公斤蝦頭熬3️⃣小時而成，加了牛乳🥛完全提升了蝦湯味道和口感，但就冇蓋過蝦湯嘅鮮味🥰，返而更添香濃細滑而且味道濃郁😍，令整個湯就有種好滑嘅感覺🤤。特濃蝦汁叉燒拌麵充滿驚喜拌麵，蝦汁🦐非常濃郁，叉燒粒粒亦整得入味😋。建議大家一定要趁熱食🔥，凍食和熱食完全是兩碼子事。原味餃子 $35二人優惠而家連餃子都可以買一送一，咁一定要試下啦。煎得焦香🔥，而且餃子大大隻，入面啲肉非常 juicy 😍。海笞•櫻花蝦豆腐 $28豆腐非常滑溜，面頭係放左唔少櫻花蝦🦐，口感非常豐富🥰。果汁梳打 (+$10)如果好似我咁，想將綠茶或烏龍茶一罐改成支裝果汁梳打 ，只需+$10 就可以了😍。 continue reading

係附近做完野, 想食拉麵咁岩又見到呢間慶祝6周年做買一送一優惠!! 同男朋友見到咁岩大家又要食過, 所以就試下。雖然做緊買一送一, 但係當日現場都唔係好多人等。等左10分鐘左右就入得去!慶限定套餐每份套餐包括自選拉麵一碗、龍蝦沙律一客、綠茶或烏龍茶一罐。入到餐廳聞到濃濃的蝦湯味, 於是我簡左日本蕃茄蝦湯拉麵及綠茶!! 等左一陣先上左龍蝦沙律及綠茶，龍蝦沙律入面雖然唔知係咪真係龍蝦, 不過食落D肉都少少彈的。可惜要減肥只可以淺嘗一下...日本蕃茄蝦湯拉麵湯底都食到濃濃的蝦味! 蕃茄味就少少啦, 不過唔算濃, 但係叉燒得一塊勁薄, 味道一般啦(可能係太薄搞到我試唔到D咩味)我覺得其實可以多少少既…. 溏心蛋就正常的, 都有流心但唔係好食到味林的香味…另外我加左個木耳絲, 但份量偏少, 味道都係正常無特別… continue reading

一直以為自己已經寫咗食評…原來未寫…補番先…之前見到海老牛乳蝦湯拉麵做買一送一屋企又無飯食～就約左細佬一齊嚟試雖然係買一送一，但係佢佢都會收兩次加一嘅錢埋單$166…平均都要$83一碗，諗諗吓其實都唔係平好多…湯底偏淡，麵條比較淋，蝦食得出幾新鮮中間乾嗰塊係芝士😂就咁樣食好麻麻，整溶佢嚟食會好啲…雞肉普普通通…唔係咁鍾意佢pat南瓜蓉…整體嚟講食完嘅感想係….下次再食都係叫返佢哋嘅蝦湯拉麵好啲… continue reading
