經過這店很多次,食飯時間總有長龍在門口排隊,門口無店名,一個小小的門口,但門口裝潢一睇就知係食早本野,因為去過日本就會見到好多呢類小店星期六的晚上趁條龍未係好長又唔太肚餓就排下隊,不經不覺都差不多排左接近40分鐘,店員會先到門外問幾位並派點餐紙,基本上都係食幾款沾面,店員會溫馨提示如果排排下唔排都同佢地講聲,因為師傅會因應門外人龍開始準備量面入到去,其實店內位置只有十幾個,所以排隊要有耐心入到去睇住師傅量面,煮面,燒肉,都是一種享受,面當然好食,有濃郁既蝦湯價錢唔算貴,真係心機錢,鍾意食沾麵既真係要去一試,感受一下小店風味 continue reading

早前去混亂拉麵,店員話老闆兼日本達人Meter於同區又開多間新拉麵店,據講是以北海道和東京火紅的蝦湯拉麵店「一幻」為藍本,於是一開張即走去試試。門面超低調,很易走甩眼,店子細細,清一色吧枱,只得10個座位,很有東京拉麵店熱鬧氣氛。店子主打蝦汁沾麵,全店只有蝦汁醬油、蝦味噌同蝦汁番茄 3 款沾麵,甫進店已聞到好重蝦味,店員說每日用20斤蝦煲賣100碗,門口貼了張紙說賣晒會早關門。每碗麵都有一隻半熟蛋和兩片叉燒,叉燒有驚喜,成個碗咁大,上枱時配料都被湯汁遮住,質地香嫩可口,上面有脆脆的櫻花蝦。蝦湯汁蝦味好鮮,味道頗濃,麵條偏向煙韌,頗掛汁。另試了蝦汁番茄沾麵,蝦湯底加上番茄蓉,想不到番茄的甜酸跟蝦味好夾,口味更清新,枱面附有自家製山葵汁、昆布蝦汁及七味粉,加了少許檸檬Wasabi汁下蝦湯食,多添一份清新酸味,最適合夏天吃。由於店子座位少,第二次星期六來,已經要排隊了,排第七個大約等2分鐘左右,有心吃早點來。  continue reading

已經第三次食既沾麵店,每次想食沾麵都會第一時間諗海老名。終於的起心肝留個comment.海老名門口係無牌,所以就咁睇未必會知佢係一間食市,只要一不小心就會錯過。但如果遇正食飯時間, 出面排住一條隊,咁就好難會miss la.店面環境唔算大,但小小的店感覺份外親切。今次跟朋友都是點了蝦汁醬油沾麵。跟著枱面的Step去品嘗,可以試到唔同味道。配上wasabi醋同蝦醋,更會食指大動~看似少少的一碗麵,麵再沾上湯來吃,吃完之後很撐 continue reading

老公話同事介紹所以我地去試下淨係得沾麵無湯麵🍜但都好值得去食佢係用蝦做湯底好香蝦味 唔會腥 所以怕腥既朋友都唔洗驚估唔到沾麵都可以咁入味仲要有蝦米仔唔係有蝦味無蝦😂😂😂拉麵唔會有鹼水味同埋唔會過硬剛剛好叉燒有燒過老公話油香d但我就唔太記得只係知唔難食😂😂😂我同老公都覺得依間拉麵店好好食又係好值得去食同埋食過會再想食既拉麵鐘意食拉麵麵不防去試下味道幾特別嫁好似淨係得依間先有依種湯底食完仲可以加湯飲埋個湯tim continue reading

晏就一支公唔知食咩好就四圍游下,見到ne間擺明日式裝修但門面店名又沒餐牌又沒的小店,膽粗粗咁入左去(見到有其他客放心曬)。開放式廚房得2位廚師,1位做招待,高峰期最高可以容納13個顧客,柔和燈光配輕聲的日本音樂(有首dodoro 差唔多的歌?食得太忘我了)。 睇menu得3款沾麵選,左上配菜區原本已經有,似乎個人另加,是日特別menu煎蠔xx麵(得圖沒名,唯有見咩叫咩)。小店以貴精不貴多風格前進,叫左蝦汁醬油沾麵試下水先(想叫煎蠔架,不過中午食百幾蚊又真係豪左少少所以算啦)。落左單5-10分鐘就有得食,調味區放左山葵lemon,蝦醋同七味,拿左個湯同麵就開餐啦~ 一開始諗係唔係比錯左蕃茄味的,然後諗諗下,蝦都可以令到個湯變濃,見到一堆櫻花蝦攪勻,試飲個湯就覺湯味濃蝦蝦蝦亂加埋佢調味區的配料,將d 麵放一放落湯就夾黎食,得左~麵條偏硬身,稍後浸一浸d湯就已經成功帶住d蝦湯味上黎,啖啖味。而叉燒(未研究出係唔係,反正當五花腩個3片簿片當係)就係傳說中鎖住肉汁的豬肉,豬味濃。聽到廚房有聲望一望原來拿火槍燒緊(叉燒?五花腩?),香香de。然而唔鐘意食荀的朋友,會有記得dum比fd食啦,食落都有d荀味。原顆大蛋~~塘心蛋呀~雖然蛋味比d湯cover左唔少,不過滑溜溜,巧巧食。 就咁中午就洗左91啦(傻左加汽水),下次試下加特製烏賊炸玉食下先,不過男士記得加麵呀~ continue reading
