係長沙灣嘅小店 佢鋪面仲要冇招牌🤭不過去到附近見到好多人排隊就係佢喇🤩~店有三種湯 全部都係🦐分別係:蝦汁醬油、蝦汁味噌、蝦汁蕃茄今次就叫左蝦汁味噌($89)~上拉麵之前會先上咗一小盤天婦羅碎同紫菜 俾你之後浸喺個湯度食😋個湯底好濃郁 有好重蝦嘅味道 入面仲有好多櫻花蝦面嘅份量都啱啱好 而且枱上面仲有唔同嘅醬料-櫻花蝦醋或者Wasabi俾你加落去個湯度 我自己就鍾意食完原味之後再加醬料上去 會有另一番風味🤤食完啲面之後可以叫店員幫你加上熱清湯 然後再拎起個碗飲😌~店面裝修係得一張吧枱圍住個廚房 成個感覺好似去左日本食拉麵咁🍜 continue reading

呢間正唔正?唔洗多講,睇相都知層油有幾厚(而家睇番想嘔)……---不過其實野食都唔系重點---首先,入黎食之前,大家要自問<自己有信心,可以系上菜後25分鐘內,食完一碗熱辣辣既面>可能你會話,根本系到亂講!餐廳都冇系門口標明進食時間!哈哈哈,就系冇寫,都夠膽趕人走,呢下先勁!<不過我都相信,佢唔系唔想寫,系唔敢寫出黎……25分鐘食完喎,大胃王競食挑戰賽咩,邊有人敢幫襯呀☺️>本人既親身經歷 --- 我地上菜食左25分鐘後,侍應好「溫馨」(我地問佢點解要趕我地走,佢話佢系『溫馨』提示嫁)咁唔止一次同我地講:「唔好意思,出面好多人等緊,我地3點要落場」<---此為原句,你覺得對於一個仲有1/3碗面未食完既客人,系唔系好「溫馨」呢?不過大家請記住,我地系13:06入座,13:19上菜(岩岩好野食一黎我地有影相,check番張相有哂時間紀錄),佢同我地講呢句個陣,只系13:45!!!距離上菜只系過左25分鐘!系25分鐘!系25分鐘only☺️)「如果」我地唔系距離上菜只食左25分鐘,而系食完成個鐘賴死唔走......「如果」我面前唔系仲有1/3既面「如果」餐廳有寫明有限進食時間...「如果」我地距離落場時間唔系仲有超過一個鐘既話……如果以上既「如果」都系真既話……呢句都真系幾warm幾溫馨嫁😊可惜可惜...其實,多人等位同間餐廳落場,點解會歸究系客人既責任?憑咩因為多人等位,餐廳就有權系客人食左25分鐘就被暗示要交枱?就憑我地傾計?就憑你覺得我地唔傾會食得快d?侍應先生,你知唔知,入面食緊既客人其實同而家出面排隊既客人一樣,都系曾經花時間排隊,都系俾同樣價錢食野。餐廳想做多幾轉,想賺多d,我地好明白,但系你地中途不斷咁催客人加湯,打斷我同友人既交流,最後系客人食左25分鐘,仲有1/3碗面既時候,仲要忍唔住「溫馨提示」客人要走,真系好唔尊重!明明仲有面未沾汁未食完啵🤔大佬,加左湯仲點掛汁啊!一間餐廳,除左提供食物,仲系提供一個良好既環境,同埋一個愉快既進食體驗。如果你地咁都唔明,只系想做多兩轉而罔顧客人感受,咁只能說真系好短視☺️你地似乎唔care會唔會有舊客番兜囉……如果你覺得我地傾計好嘈,你可以叫我地音量收細,但食左25分鐘就要比人趕!仲要趕左3次(食限時放題都未試過比人趕3次啦!) 不如咁啦,你地寫個牌,限60分鐘進食時間,就唔洗下下「溫馨提示」啦!Oh Sorry!要更正!根據我地既情況,13:06入座,13:54埋單,真系60分鐘內食完嫁啵!!!嗯,咁個牌應該系寫45分鐘內……35分鐘內……都系寫25分鐘內食完啦,咁侍應先唔洗「溫馨提示」得咁辛苦☺️總之,你地既沾面真系未好食到可以咁既體驗都再Come Back🤗如果睇緊呢篇文章既你,自問可以系上菜後25分鐘內,食完一碗熱辣辣既面……又好Enjoy食野中途不停被人「溫馨提示」……Pls Come!!! continue reading

疫情影響冇得飛去日本,好掛住日本嘅拉麵啊!😭朋友介紹呢間沾麵店門口冇招牌,但就keep住大排長龍😆裝修就好似日本小店一樣簡單,但充斥着濃濃嘅蝦香味!聽聞師傅每日都用櫻花蝦 & 新鮮海蝦頭熬製湯底 😋沾麵有3款湯底選擇:味噌、醬油、蕃茄。味噌:口味較濃,麵條更容易掛湯!醬油:口味較淡,湯依然飲得出蝦嘅鮮甜!蕃茄:湯底較清新,可平衡蝦湯嘅油膩感麵條口感好好,彈牙有咬口,最緊要係非常掛湯 👍🏻叉燒雖然唔係厚切,但經過火槍炙燒過,油脂好香,入口即溶 🤤呢日絕對係我係香港食過最正嘅沾麵 😋 continue reading

呢間沾麵係隱家同系鋪頭,沾汁用咗用上大量豬骨同櫻花蝦熬煮,粗身嘅麵條,沾汁力強。個湯飲起嚟都有蝦嘅鮮味,塊叉燒雖然薄左啲,但係都有焦香。可惜個湯有少少太浠,始終同東京嗰間五ノ神製作所 嘅蝦汁沾麵有一段距離。⁣This tsukemen restaurant specializes in shrimp soup tsukemen. The soup was cooked with shrimps and pork bones - very flavorful indeed!⁣ continue reading

又係我阿占,出食評出得幾密下唔好嫌我煩,因為周圍食係我興趣,最緊要介紹到好野俾大家今日第一次食呢間沾麵,其實都係因緣際會,話說昨日我去了呢間沾麵附近的燒肉店,經過呢間沾麵店,當時我並不知道是沾麵店來的,因為門口冇招牌,睇唔出係咩食店黎我心諗間野幾得意,於是返去search下,原來係賣蝦湯沾麵出名嘅12點鬆啲入去坐低,廚房係開放式,客人位置都係圍住個廚房,見到哂師傅煮麵師傳喺度燒緊叉燒佢得三款沾麵,我叫左海老醬油沾麵$79 冇追加任何野簡單啲麵黎之前店員就俾左呢兜野我,琴日睇openrice 我都見過,我就學嗰位師兄咁包住啲脆米食,老實講,我覺得冇咩特別,可有可無主角到,首先聞一聞個湯,有陣酸香同蝦味,立即開胃左麵條望落濕濕地,小麥點唔多夠,食落果然都係麥味唔夠因為麵湯幾油,所以幾掛湯,呢個真沾麵呢,我就著重個湯同麵,溏心蛋嗰啲間間都差不多,我唔評喇。呢間個湯油啲,有啲櫻花蝦,啖湯都濃帶微辣啱我口味其實沾麵拉麵店啲叉燒,間間都差唔多,呢間就會燒燒佢,香啲咁解食完哂麵就叫店員加湯,飲左大半,酸酸地辣辣地,其實陣蝦味唔係話十分重,但啖湯好飲嘅相比周月同彩,呢間有佢嘅特色,但麵條上,我就認為呢間比不上周月同彩了 continue reading
