Kebab takeout shops were everywhere in the UK as local fast food.🌯 It becomes a rare thing in HK🇭🇰, but I’m sooo lucky to have the most authentic taste here at @ebeneezer’s ! Their juicy donar kebab on soft Lebanese pita bread with crunchy🥬lettuce & fresh tomato🍅are the best kebab in town! Despite being a chained brand, dishes that take long hours and effort to cook are served. We are introduced to Indian and Middle-Eastern delicacy such as🍗tandoori chicken tikka, being marinated with spiced yogurt a day prior to make the most flavourful presentation on the char-grilled hot plate🥘 Dal Makhani is defo a hidden gem💎! 咖哩雞肉配naan $108 3.8/5😋雖然份量唔算好多，但味道幾好😍😍咖哩好香好濃，質地唔係水水嗰種🤤不過雞唔算滑，但加埋啲汁食都算唔錯！又係好香餅皮味，又帶少少脆🤭不過要襯熱食，凍咗就冇咁好食～炸咖哩薯仔球夾麵包🥯 $65 4/5😋應該係嗰度負責人嘅男人問我地要辣定唔辣嘅醬，揀咗唔辣都有啲辣🤣入面個炸薯餅又係咖哩薯餅，都係偏辣🤣不過真係新鮮炸起超脆超香～個包嘅皮又係勁脆口！咖哩薯餅咖哩味幾重😍雖然有啲乾但加埋醬好食！串燒雞肉卡巴✨ $73 3.8/5😋Kebab都算常見同成日食🤣啲雞又係唔算好滑，不過整體調味幾好，夠味得嚟又有清爽嘅感覺✨而且食到最尾都仲有雞肉！整體嚟講味道都唔錯！啲嘢又熱辣辣✨啲人都好nice 問我地啲嘢好唔好食🤣又教我地啲嘢點讀，超好人

幾日前午飯時間與同事經過呢間土耳其餐廳，同事分享話有興趣試吓呢間餐廳，分享道平日都比較偏好重口味的食物，於是今日我地就黎左呢間餐廳食午飯啦！其實我一直都有食開呢間土耳其餐廳，不過好少lunch time過嚟，原來佢哋lunch time係有set可以揀，有個Mini salad 同埋包飲品🥰我一向都好鍾意食Chicken Tikka(烤雞肉塊），所以揀左Chicken Tikka Biryani(咖喱香料烤雞飯）($70)我好鍾意食印度米，夠乾身同埋夠一粒粒，配合埋咖喱同埋烤雞，簡直一絕！飯係帶辣的，所以食得辣先好點呀～我加左$15 升級左飲品mango lassi, 都係我每次食土耳其菜必點的飲品，酸酸甜甜很開胃😋😋😋------------------------------朋友點左Chicken biryani($67)相信最大的分別是雞肉不是Tikka(烤過的雞），但係都一樣好惹味😍😍😋😋由於Chicken Tikka 是我每次必食，所以都係會推介朋友食Chicken Tikka😊😆

唔知大家有冇興趣食印度菜😆？大家唔好對佢有stereotype先!!其實佢真係好好食，同埋好啱香港人口味呢😆第一次食係喺學校食嘅～個陣聽人講話佢好好食，所以就去試😆😆我想講其實佢好多款都好好食：kebab，飯，薯條，真係3個配搭都冇得頂😆😆不過我個人覺得最好食係薯條🥺有一次食佢啲薯條真係熱辣辣，薯條又唔硬（硬薯條唔好食!!）加埋佢啲醬、真係一流🥲所以我成日去食!! 仲有kebab~極度推介燒雞肉、然後配是但一樣都得😆😆
