To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今天去大埔墟一遊。終於去了大埔舊警署和隔壁的舊理民府。建築各具特色。大埔舊警署現在是綠匯學苑,剛好今天是開放日,有導賞團帶我們進入平時不會開放的範圍。原來這裏有住宿體驗。今天體驗不到,至少在這裏的餐廳感受一下也好。慧食堂是素食店,自己點餐付錢再拿食物找位置。吃完自己收拾餐具。自從在這一類推祟素食兼自己執拾餐具的食店遇到過好幾次不遇快經歷後,對這一類經營模式的食店沒太多好感,總覺得是利用來賺錢的。今天這間倒沒了這種感覺,很自在很自由,餐桌佈局和店員的態度都充滿了重繫土壤、心靈、社會的氣息。午餐$60任選四款,輕餐$45任選三款。份量看著不多,味道也不知如何。因為我們吃了飯才來,所以只叫了飲品慢活一下。香料薑茶,$25。很濃味,可飲了一半再添多次水也不差。杭菊,$20。是嘉道理農場的有機茶。清淡的味道。那個裝杭菊的器皿很有用,不會將菊花茶葉弄到一杯都是,倒想買個來自己弄茶喝。我們喝著茶也坐了大半小時有多,沒有限時限座位急迫着吃,或許就是嗅不到那種商人勢利味道的原因。 continue reading

難得約飯局, 想找一個清靜的地方傾計, 意外地找到這個古蹟內的食店, 於是便約定日子見面.甫進入古蹟, 首先要作簡單登記, 由於我們沒有預時間參加導賞, 所以登記後便沿著外圍到達食店.食店是只提供素食, 我們點了幾款試試, 有青木瓜, 羽衣甘藍, 南瓜, 眉豆, 芋頭, 鷹嘴豆等小食食物其實都可以的, 只是很少吃素的關係, 有些不太習慣.除了湯, 飯和餸可以單點外, 它們還有甜點和花茶提供, 下次來參加導賞的時候, 可以試一試甜點, 要注意, 食後要做餐具分類回收, 營業時間至下午四時. continue reading

平日放假,你到綠匯學院睇吓歷史,放鬆一下睇到攰攰地,就去到慧食堂休息一下環境來講,的確10分優美,環境主要以樹木做主題,位置都好闊落嘢食方面,原本以為會好貴,但原來價錢都相當相宜喎,最衰我同朋友食咗午餐先嚟,所以最後淨係食咗一件芝士餅。呢件係檸檬薑芝士餅,應該係用咗佢哋自家種植嘅素材整嘅,不過食落去個味道怪怪的,薑味太重,我同朋友都唔係咁鍾意食如果下次來,會試吓食下佢個飯喺呢度食嘢,記住要自己執返啲碗碟啊 continue reading

這裡環境舒適,親親大自然餐廳周圍都比花草樹木包圍餐廳主張食時令菜,而材料亦選用好的,有些是來自嘉道理農場。各款食物味道當然和平時相比沒那麼惹味,始終是健康食物。這裡的炒菜很新鮮羽衣甘藍也很好吃但那個芝士薑餅很出色,超讚另外這裡的飲品都很好飲,好有養生既感覺。食完之後還可以在外面看看人耕種,或到隔離的商店看看有什麼賣。有時會有嘉道理農場的雞蛋,但每人只限買一盒提提大家,向餐廳食完野係要自己分類執野架! continue reading

由於同朋友去咗綠匯學院嘅開放日參觀,先至發現有呢一間隱世素食店。呢間餐廳位於小山丘上嘅綠匯學苑之內,導賞員介紹餐廳會採用當造嘅食材煮佢哋嘅菜式,而嗰啲食材就正正係喺餐廳旁邊嘅一個田園裏面,而且係用有機耕種方式嚟種植,食得新鮮、食得健康之餘,亦減少運送食材的步驟,盡量減低碳排放。是一個非常好嘅理念。菜式選擇其實都算多,有12款任你配搭,選3款$45﹐選4款$60。價錢合理。由於花多眼亂,好唔容易我先至選好4款:黃薑糙米飯 - 淡淡嘅黃薑味。藜麥鷹嘴豆沙律 - 鷹嘴豆已經煮稔,入口已軟滑,加埋藜麥,健康之選。眉豆煎餅 - 香口,滿滿嘅眉豆味道,出乎意料地又幾好食wor。扁豆紅菜頭沙律 - 新鮮紅菜頭,加扁豆同埋佢哋自製嘅沙律醬,搭配得非常好。呢餐非常滿意,因為食得健康之餘,價錢合理、餐廳環境亦都舒適。原來平日餐廳都會開,只做午市,下次去大埔都可以再嚟食。 continue reading
