一班同事約了飲午茶,人多就可以叫多款點心,可食更多種類的,煎炒蒸炸也叫齊。飲茶午膳不叫炒粉麵,會若有所失的,今次特別開一食評介紹"豉椒排骨煎麵" , 此炒麵水準其高,麵底兩面黃脆卜卜的,排骨嫩而肉汁豐富,值得試下。 continue reading

今早約咗幾個朋友一齊去樂富聯合道金國大廈地下間食餞飲茶吹水。這間茶樓應該係新裝修無耐,地方寬敞,坐得頗為舒服,一般酒樓的侍應可能係人手不足問題,服務比較差,但這間酒樓的侍應質數唔錯,服務熱誠。早茶孖寶 (鳳爪排骨飯和香煎蘿蔔糕)鳳爪排骨飯鳳爪和排骨都醃得頗為入味,排骨咬落還有少許肉汁香味滲出,米飯粒粒分明,軟硬適中,肉汁和醬汁滲入了白飯裏面,添加了白飯的香味。香煎蘿蔔糕蘿蔔糕表層有少許脆口,裏面有著蝦米、臘味和蘿蔔的香味,十分香口。早茶孖寶(木魚燒汁茄子和鮑汁鳳爪)木魚燒汁茄子茄子上釀滿了炸到金黃色的鲮魚肉,鯪魚肉裏面混入了蝦米、臘味和芫茜,提升了鯪魚肉的香味,加上有少許鹹香味的木魚和燒汁,配搭一流,增加了這道點心的味覺,可惜茄子比較油膩一點。鮑汁鳳爪鳳爪炆得軟硬適中,頗為入味,鮑汁不會太鹹,恰到好處,鮑汁粘滿在鳳爪上,令鳳爪的味道提升。煎釀虎皮椒虎皮椒上釀滿了炸得金黃色的鯪魚肉,鯪魚肉裏面混入了蝦米、臘味和芫茜的香味,配搭著微辣的虎皮椒,增加了味覺的層次感,十分香口。蜜汁叉燒包熱辣辣的包裏面包含了叉燒和醬汁,叉燒不會太肥,醬汁不會過多或過少,恰到好處。 叉燒腸粉腸粉皮又薄又滑,捲上了份量十足的叉燒和芫茜,真係皮薄餡靚,令人無法抗拒。蘿蔔千絲酥金黃色的蘿蔔千絲酥,賣相吸引,咬落去表皮有少許脆口,裏面是軟淋淋的,一條條的蘿蔔絲香甜味漸漸散發在口腔裏,一般酒樓的蘿蔔千絲酥都比較油膩,但這道點心一點也不覺得油膩。豉汁涼瓜斑腩河熱辣辣的豉汁涼瓜斑腩河端出尼充滿著陣陣的香味,涼瓜咬落脆口,一點苦味也沒有,每件斑腩都切得大大件,可以品嚐到魚肉的鮮味和甚有口感,河粉粘滿了豉汁,令味道提升,但可惜有少許油膩。 continue reading

我差唔多一星期都會來哩度飲茶,無限定早茶或中午,講真佢哋d點心係一流既,服務態度要睇吓你遇到邊個,著黑西裝類似經理主任既阿姐(門口)或成日打牙咬企係度最差,只係負責落單或帶位,兩個人去食,一定迫你撘枱,就算佢有好多吉枱,點心紙一定自己係張枱度自己搵,佢哋話知你搵唔搵到,又一日星期日,10:30 分到,以為無早茶特價(11:00前落單),用在張原價點心入單,個d黑西裝阿姐照入,5分鐘後我發現原來星期日都有早茶特價點心 (我叫在5樣有4樣都有特價)咁同黑西裝阿姐講番,佢話入在單啦,無得改,我同佢地講我落單時,你哋吾同我講有早茶點心紙,佢回應話擺曬係枱woo …. 呢餐茶飲得非常之吾開心,咁既服務,吾怪得香港人北上飲茶啦…… continue reading
