適逢清明拜山去到樂富 聽講呢間舊式茶樓都好出名 所以就去飲茶 呢間茶樓比較舊環境唔算好 首先入到去要自己搵位 搵到位就自己拎嘢食 佢啲點心全部都好新鮮嘅 佢啲燒賣啲肉質幾好 腸粉亦都好食,特別係豉油都幾好味, 而且個叉燒腸用翠玉瓜煲仔飯即係鳳爪排骨飯嗰啲都好好食雞扎幾多個大嚿 魚肚好足料四個人係咁食 埋單唔使300蚊 continue reading

我同男友都有睇開Ming 仔嘅片,去完佢九龍塘studio嘅外面望望,難得黎到呢一頭,咁就決定去埋ming仔推薦,位於樂富既食棧試試佢嘅燒鵝脾飯!因為係酒樓食要收茶錢,我地就買左外賣,除左燒鵝,我仲想試試呢度嘅叉燒,所以今次叫左叉鵝飯$60,未食過咁貴嘅燒味飯,哈哈拎住張收據去燒味部拎呢個貴價叉味飯!買飯會送一包紙包飲品!迫不及待就去左附近嘅公園開餐!師傅俾左燒 鵝 脾 呀!成個飯嘅賣相好吸引!叉燒見佢有切兩舊唔同叉燒,所以有肥有瘦,平時鐘意食瘦叉嘅我,今次竟然覺得肥叉好食啲!肥叉好入味又好咬口,瘦叉就太實!而燒鵝初頭食嘅外皮好脆,肉好入味,但厚肉個啲味道就差少少。飯淋嘅汁同出而燒味店嘅汁,味道好似唔同,好味啲咁(唔知係咪心理作用😂😂 continue reading

黎過呢度食飯好幾次,好鍾意呢度嘅燒味,叉燒最穩定好食,其他燒味就好睇果日師父心情。不過今次唔係黎食燒味,我想試呢間嘅點心,由於係星期日放假所以遲左起身,係飲下午茶,竟然日日都有下午茶食棧由門面到入面都係咁懷舊,成個感覺都覺得開左好耐,個冷氣系統吹出黎一陣「舊」風,而點心放哂係門口位,一入黎就見到哂今日有咩正野,可能係星期日,都幾爆,我地2人都要搵一陣位先有。望下個價錢都比一般嘅酒樓平,大點以上先唔同價,不過我地係拎左點心見睇到個價錢唉.......不過你無睇錯,係「拎」點心,呢度係自己出去拎點心,唔會有人送點心,所以想食咩除左睇,仲要問阿姐而定有咩點心,有特別野出都會講播sell下。上面有鹹蛋粒, 唔會太甜,熱辣辣,都幾好食,軟林林,好岩3歲到80歲食。春卷都應該係好多酒樓必食,呢間比其他酒樓粗碌,好似好飽滿,又拎黎試下。一咬!E~係芋頭,感覺唔有小小膩,不過幾新鮮感,有芋頭味,除此係一D肉碎。燒賣係有4粒,比一般酒樓細粗小小,但賣相新鮮。有肉汁,豬肉唔太肥,唔會一大陣冰鮮肉味,有小小蝦仔,提鮮,值得一試,食完兩粒仲想再食。鮮蝦腸粉,都幾大條,未落豉油之前好多油,不過佢會倒左D油再加豉油先比客。蝦就認真唔多,勝在D蝦唔莓,有小小鮮蝦味,不過腸粉比較厚身,有D濟。蝦餃,又係相對細粒,個皮唔算厚,可能放得耐,表皮有小小干,內涵係有,好味,蝦都係鮮甜。睇張點心卡,懷舊,好有細個酒樓情懷,想試一下懷舊風黎呢間一定滿足到,D野食尚算好味。 continue reading
