A new healthy dining experience @EasyChef
EasyChef W+ Cooking Studio was originally designed for cooking classes & lectures, mainly targeted for corporate clients & private group. At the same time, they are the major importer in Hong Kong for the glass fed natural beef, organic ground pork and humanely raised chicken with natural feeds.

Starting from 2017, EasyChef has changed as a private dining clubhouse providing the menu that all the main ingredients included beef, pork and chicken grow healthy without hormones and antibiotics, from natural and sustainable farms. The studio is hosted by Chef Kim, who graduated from Holistic Management International, studied the operation of agricultural industry management and substantial development.

There are two kinds of membership, EasyChef Red Card Membership ($300) and EasyChef Black Card Membership ($1,000), the members’ benefits include free complimentary 100% JusNova BlueBerry Juice and free Grass-Fed Steak! All members could be waived Service Charge while dining at clubhouse and enjoy mineral water for FREE.

Chef’s recommendations
The opened kitchen in the studio makes the Chef getting more chance to interact with the customers. Some of the Chef recommended dishes such as Cream of Organic Mushroom Soup, Double/Double French Onion Soup, Grass-Fed Top Sirloin Steak, Tartare(dinner only), 24 hrs SousVide Boneless Short Ribs, Fried Crispy Free Range Chicken, & Curry Burger Croquette, the wines and spirits they serve are mostly picked from organic & biodynamic.

Besides, EasyChef holds the Grass-Fed Beef Cooking Workshop ($580 person + 10% service charge) every week; you will get to know the healthy knowledge and the substantial development of agricultural industry. The workshop includes 5 courses dishes-

昨日中環上班的老朋友邀我從九龍過海午餐,已經轉作九龍人多年的我,要在中環尋覓食的好地方是件艱難的任務,當然要由他安排地點。他安排好說要帶我未到過的樓上舖?頓時意外另帶有點期望!踏進餐廳,地方環境,佈局都很好,很舒適。前菜沙律新鮮加上醋很醒胃。蘑菇湯菇味香濃,很合我個人口胃。主菜 Sirloin 燒烤時間恰好,肉咪濃郁,油香豐富。感激老朋友安排一個舒坦豐滿的午餐。用料講究,出品用心,服務貼心。定必會再來嚐其他出品。 continue reading

Recommended by my central banker friend. Very satisfy lunch. A good place to mingle with friends. Grass fed beef is good and delicious. Caesar salad is fresh and tasty. I like the cream of mushroom soup. Venue is very upmarket and clean, definitely will come again. continue reading
