Signature Dishes
We had signed up for a cooking class here for a Xmas lunch event. We were very excited for a cook and learn session with the chef but it didn’t turn out the way we thought it would be. We didn’t cook, we watched the chef to cook- no hand on experience.We had 2 types of finger food- bruschetta and cheese gougeres. Then we had 2 tiny pieces of scallop and a bowl of veggie soup for appetisers. For the main course, beef tenderloin and fish garoupa were served. The beef tenderloin is about half a size of my palm (excluding fingers), half an inch thick and the fish is about a mahjong block size. Oh! I forgot to mention we had potato and few pieces of bean for the sides. Finished up with a slice of apple pie. No tea or coffee, only water for the entire time. We had to go out for another lunch afterward 😭The service is okay and the chef is experienced. I just feel like It’s not worth $880 per head for lunch and didn’t get what we signed up for- cooking.

有朋自遠方來，哈哈，遠方係指元朗吧，要響忙碌既中環搵一間靜靜地又有質素既餐廳坐耐一點傾吓計，呢度都唔錯。一坐低就有一杯薄薄的炸紫薯，唔太油。Menu都多選擇，有咖哩，有魚，有牛扒，有日式，有意粉。我就揀左鰻魚，無得去日本旅行住，望梅止渴吓一上菜，嘩左一聲，都份量十足wo，條鰻魚都幾長同厚身，汁既份量適中，唔太甜同杰。老闆飛左，我偷雞坐多半個先返office。多謝朋友仔咁遠都黎探我，下次再聚

我選擇了咖喱牛肉漢堡。咖喱味道吾錯，但不是有辣的感覺，而有咖喱的香味，漢煲個肉質鬆軟及仍然有肉汁，味道不俗。而個餐仲有個菜絲沙律及磨茹湯配套。而環境舒適地方並不擠迫，員工服務態度親切和藹。

聽朋友介紹中上環這間餐廳，今天便和同事一試。餐廳午市供應商務午餐。價錢由100至200不等，符合我們的預期。我點了一個鰻魚飯，同事點了意大利麵跟牛扒。餐前還有小吃有點出乎意料。餐湯跟沙律隨後送上，味道不錯，對主菜又加多了一點期望。鰻魚飯非常大份美味，還覺得有點太多了哈哈至於蜆肉意大利麵，同事認為偏淡。向店員反映了，他們表示以後會多加留意。套餐還跟咖啡或茶，都是大大杯的非常滿足。果然是朋友好介紹，以後還會再來。

來這間店最大的挑戰大概是找到入口, 位於商業大廈的15 樓, 雖然有點不起眼，但這就是隠世高手的所在地。這裏標榜草飼養無激素的牛扒，大廚Kim接受過很多雜誌的訪問，早些時間大廚去了藍帶學院深造，現在回來，餐單有所變動。今天來到這裏吃了普羅旺斯集材，和日式漢堡包，套餐跟沙律和湯，才一百多元在中環算是10分便宜。日式漢堡扒，是慢煮再炸出來的所以肉質很鬆軟，肉味很濃郁。這裏的員工和老闆都十分親切有禮，確實是一個繁忙中，讓精神充電的好地方。
