從來冇去過咁差既酒樓!去到茶樓,壼普洱一倒出黎勁淡色,而且淡而無味。因為我遲到既關係,仲以為係泡左幾次所以先咁淡色,後來先知我飲既原來係第一浸茶。好明顯用舊茶包扮沖新茶,非常嘔心!後來同茶樓職員講,佢首先話係放錯茶包,然後聞一聞佢都話係用舊茶包沖既普洱,換左壼用新既普洱俾我哋,呢壺當然有色有味,我更加肯定嗰壺係用舊茶包沖既。雖然有道歉,但做飲食做到咁無良心,真係好差。肯定冇下次! continue reading

接男友收工,來這裡晚餐。EEE,有好多特價菜,最重要有男友最愛的蒸魚而且138元就二話不說入來了。再點一個南乳齋煲就夠了,齋煲也是88元。齋煲賣相其醜,但味道很濃,南乳很香。龍躉蒸得少許過火,還可以。東海來說,是日價錢取勝。 continue reading

雖然喺小弟嘅生日飯,姨仔亦話隨我揀,不過,食乜我又無所謂,但求搵個機會一家人聚聚,又就番舅仔一家,專登走過去青衣嗰邊,話晒佢哋有小朋友,就一就佢哋都無所謂。青衣城就最就到所有人,可是問咗幾家都分時段,最後,訂咗無咁旺嘅東海,輕鬆坐幾耐都得。環境就唔多講,傳統中式酒家嘅格局,枱與枱嘅密度一般般啦,至少埋邊位唔會出入唔到,樓底又高,空間感算強,所以,喺幾好坐。而且,人手足,侍應跟餐枱數量比例平均,唔會搵極都搵唔到侍應,兼幾好禮貌。隔日同朋友行完城門水塘,再落荃灣千色匯間富臨,個場大到可以擺30多圍,但侍應就見只得三幾個,睇佢哋做到踢晒腳之餘,仲一肚火嘅服務態度。雖然佢哋有個主餐牌,但見張「快速」點菜紙都有嘢啱食,況且,我哋嚟東海都無話特別想試乜,所以索性晌度一次過點晒啱食嘅菜式。海底椰雪梨煲大尾魚 $138其實佢喺是日例湯嚟,卻喺大家全晚最欣賞嘅菜式,因為夠火喉,入口又潤,飲落無味精,的確值得讚佢。湯渣另外碟上,以證明真材實料。茶樹菇黑椒炒牛柳 $108黑椒炒就一定喺惹味啲,所以,道牛柳用嚟伴飯就一流,而茶樹菇又喺健康有益嘅食材,炒出有啲油,喺美中不足之處。大花尾躉兩味 $298先上嘅喺果皮絲蒸頭腩,話雖頭腩,但得堆骨,魚肉好少,最致命喺完全無果皮香,成碟頭腩摷勻得幾絲果皮絲,心諗:唔使咁慳呀嘛!翡翠炒斑球碟斑球就似樣啲,伴西芹好吖,降吓血壓嘛,斑球亦炒得嫩滑,不過,份量真喺偏少。四季豆粟米炒秋葵 $88粟米,仲以為喺粟米粒,原來喺珍珠粟米,加上四季豆、秋葵,下醬油唔多,爆啲蒜蓉嚟炒,喺一道簡單而頗健康嘅菜式。瑤柱蛋白炒飯 $98白飯$12碗,與其叫三幾碗白飯都幾十蚊,舅仔話不如炒個炒飯,餐牌就無列炒飯出嚟,但大路嘅都可以做到。無乜瑤柱又無乜蛋白,佔大多嘅都喺翠玉瓜粒同蔥粒,只可以講個飯炒得夠乾身,但餸料確實少得可憐。家人知小弟甚好甜品,所以, 慫恿我點都叫啲甜品試吓,過個甜蜜生日,故隨意點咗以下幾款。香軟麻沙糍 $26即喺舊時叫開嘅雷沙湯圓,熱辣辣,外皮軟糯,芝麻餡夠香,做得幾好食。杞子桂花糕 $26落咗好多杞子,又充滿桂花香,件糕嘅質感爽爽哋,夾起又唔會輕易散開,做得有水準。特濃朱古力慕絲蛋糕 $28中式甜點做得好,件西式蛋糕會喺點?雖然無問,覺得似來貨,但朱古力味好濃郁,慕絲柔滑,不過,無諗過喺咁細件,兩啖就無咗,哈哈!茶位收$12個,另例牌收加一,埋單九百五十幾,唔算貴,亦唔叫平,但以質素而言,就唔算好抵食。嚟東海食飯擔唔擔心中伏,如果當佢街坊酒家,無太大要求,應該都唔需要太擔心嘅! continue reading
