今日起身比平時晏, 竟然兩個小朋友又冇一朝早起身就嘈喧巴閉, 所以又再瞓返落床, 再起身已經係十二點幾, 再睇睇天氣報告, 原來今日成二十幾度, 咁熱真係冇乜胃口食飯, 突然又諗起鹰巢啲點心, 今日就一家大細去食啦。 燒賣蝦餃照舊保持水準, 上次試過嘅棉花雞, 今次依然大大件同juice, 有小朋友一齊, 香口嘢就一定要叫啲, 脆竽, 叉燒酥, 兩個小朋友平時都唔多食, 今次佢兩個竟然食曬呢兩碟嘢, 證明都應該唔錯, 食飽飽一家人傾下計其實平凡也是福. continue reading

之前見到依間係中菜評分都幾高我地一行四人就叫左四款送試下叫左一鴨兩食,第二食可以揀炒鴨絲,鴨湯同另一款,因為我地四個女仔,諗住揀湯好似無甘滯點知湯都係超級多料,我地每人可以分到兩碗,每碗d 料都係勁多。。可惜個湯味好似有少少例湯feel..鴨味唔出,但依個份量真係抵之後片皮鴨佢會拎成隻鴨比你望左先,之後係隔離片,但一睇個面粉皮就知好有心機逐皮都烘過,係乾身,平時酒樓食通常都好濕。。跟住所有皮痴埋一pat...好難撕番開依個逐塊烘所以完全唔會有痴埋既問題👍🏻鴨本身塊皮都燒得脆,而且唔會好肥,d 配料青瓜同蔥係比勁多,成座山甘,未試過d 配料食完哂d 片皮鴨仲有剩因為鴨都係滯,所以叫左個賽螃蟹清dd 蛋白炒得滑,而且d 南瓜肉唔會好硬筆唔到黎食,算淋身,可惜唔夠甜,入面有好多蟹肉令到d 蛋白有番鮮味依個係全晚比較失望,因為d 鮑絲海蔘絲真係睇唔到甘滯,而且個汁又比較杰身。。好一般當晚平日只有幾台客,侍應人手充足,加水個d 服務都唔錯,最後我地要打包都好細心甘分開 continue reading

幫準靚媽補祝生日,為咗避免走過太多烏煙瘴氣嘅地方,特登揀個近佢屋企嘅地點,諗住酒店集團唔會衰得去邊。7:30 去到,未齊人叫住啲小食,招牌义燒唔錯,但就細碟咗啲。 。 。等到8:00 前差不多齊人就叫菜,竟然無晒炸子雞。 。 。跟住話連鴨都無埋。 。 。仲好早咋喎,乜都無,餐牌選擇唔算多,即係食乜好呢?勉強揀咗欖角骨,味道可以但唔夠蜜糖味,上湯荳苗同蒜子雞煲相信普通茶餐廳或大排檔會整得好味啲,海皇蒸蛋白不過不失,而鴛鴦米海鮮湯飯算係可以。話晒係酒店中菜廳,當然有返咁上下期望,但食客未走晒佢哋已經擺第二天早餐架步好似想趕客咁,感覺唔良好喎!朋友一致認為試一次就算。 。 。 continue reading

唔經唔覺今次已經係第三次嚟幫襯,繼續寫食評係因為呢間中菜係近呢一年嚟唯一我覺得值得再次幫襯。服務依舊親切,食物次次都有驚喜,皆因佢哋keep住換主廚推介Menu,每次都能夠試到唔同嘅新菜式😋今次叫左以下菜式:花膠五蛇羹 $108每逢冬天北風起 總會諗起食蛇 估唔到哩度都有蛇食飯而且仲拍得食出面專食蛇既舖八寶芝士焗釀日本元貝 $68非常濃味 元貝唔會焗得過熟 好爽口 正!揚州炒飯 $168雖然炒飯好平凡 但哩個炒飯一啲都唔平凡 叉燒粒依然用上金牌叉燒王果隻叉燒 正! continue reading
