今天為家人慶生,想找一處坐得比較舒適的地方,看到這餐廳經open rice 訂座可享九折優惠,而且送壽包,決定一試這餐廳位於酒店內,雖然我們只有六人,它們卻提供了一張十二人大圓桌給我們家人點了一道懷舊菜式,燒雞肝拼蝦多士!雞肝燒得有一點乾,但蝦多士十分香脆!點心跟外邊的酒樓差不多,沒有甚麼特色,選舉又少,但價格卻是外面的兩至三倍,貴得有點過份。。。安格斯牛肉包比較特別,包很軟熟,不錯福建炒飯很大碟,但飯的比例太多,配料變相有點不夠杏香荔蓉綠豆酥有驚喜!不會太甜又漂亮!贈送的壽包夠大個,即叫即蒸,熱哄哄基本上餐牌上的菜式訂價都過高,明白這裡是酒店,但收得這個價錢應該要做一些特別一點東西才會讓人覺得物有所值 continue reading

初次得知鷹巢,是因著友人在其剛開業時留下的負面評價 初次接觸鷹巢,事緣於數月後好奇而偕友親身一嚐,先是晚市單點,後為午飯點心 闊別一年,尚記得與友共嚐的菜式味道,以及那時候可圈可點的不穩定 最近友人提到鷹巢的餐點水準改善不少,對話促成是次聚會,一行數人決意來刷新記憶 雖然肥美叉燒皇是鷹巢的主打之作,但是清新少脂的蜜汁燒脆鱔更合我們口味 表層略帶脆感,而且有著蜜味焦香,魚肉彈爽不霉,亦不會太重腥味 旁伴蜜豆亦十分搶手,粒粒富咬口,屬鹹甜並重的下飯佳品 盼得暖熱傳香的花膠菜膽龍皇杏汁白肺湯,湯料分上,一滿碟成小山的豐盛 杏汁湯帶幾分稠潤,香味自然又不刺激,只有細細一環黃油,順緻不膩 豬肺腍綿又保有彈性,毫無異味;還有片片花膠,黏感不算重,幸是嫩滑好嚼 杏香荔蓉帶子酥炸漿層鬆化酥脆,緊緊裹住綿滑而香口的芋蓉 想不到內藏大件頭厚肉帶子,而且留有水份及一抹鹹鮮,彈牙又不至太韌 調味恰到好處,鹹得不過分,就算不沾醬汁亦夠香口,不會膩得過火 臨尾補回飽肚澱粉質,不過並非炒飯炒麵,而是原個日本南瓜賽螃蟹 南瓜肉濕潤細滑,味道清甜不膩,煮至裏外熟透,可以輕易用匙羹舀出 蛋白滑溜不腥,唯調味鹹重些少,如能夠清淡一點更佳,畢竟稠濃質感頗易滯 為經典港式糖水楊枝甘露換個面貌,化身為夢幻氮氣雪糕,現場頓時煙霧瀰漫 楊枝甘露雪葩香甜不酸又夠奶潤,沒有粗糙冰感,只是太易融化,要儘快享用 想一想,如果以類似做法製作其他港式糖水雪糕,也屬少見的特色甜點 continue reading

新年期間約了好朋友食飯,但街外好食的冇乜選擇,最好的就是去酒店食,一定有開同有質素,所以最後又去番鷹巢,一來地點就腳,二來坐得舒服,價錢又不是太貴.去到發覺點心都有少少更改,多左d新年點心,都有d新意.點左幾個點心,同埋兩個小菜1個炒飯,不得不提個黑松露素餃,黑松露味好濃,入口滿滿的黑松露味,個戶戶平安外酥內軟,又不太油膩.叉燒保持一貫水準,白玉藏珍清清甜甜啱曬新年吃怕左重口味既我食,揚州炒飯粒粒分明香氣撲鼻,兩個人份量剛剛好. continue reading

新年就梗係要同屋企人,團團圓圓,開開心心周圍食下嘢同屋企人去咗旺角嘅鷹巢飲茶。 星期六午市時間人唔算多, 我哋有book到枱所以唔使等位。 em.. 一兩點嘅時間 walk in都應該有位除咗點心紙之外,另外有一個新春餐牌,有啲小菜,粉麵,同埋甜品等等,新年期間有好多好意頭嘅菜式。非常推薦佢哋嘅 叉 燒 包 ! 真係估佢唔到! 包仔細細,但係做到皮薄餡靚!咬開一半,你會見到入面非常juicy 叉燒唔會太乾或者硬可惜我哋都叫咗好多其他點心, 好似蘿蔔糕~春捲~蝦餃~燒賣~食到飽飽。如果唔係真係要嗌多一籠先得呀 叉燒包44蚊,性價比都算ok ga lar.佢哋嘅環境都幾舒適,枱與枱之間嘅空位十足,唔會話太嘈吵, 真係幾適合家庭聚會用openrice訂枱仲有九折添!! continue reading

之前食過鷹巢晚飯一家人都覺得唔錯,所以搵新年飲茶可以去邊個時知道鷹巢如常營業就決定去試試佢個點心。點心紙選擇比想像中雖然少,但上openrice睇返見到佢新年應該無特別加價,當然佢本身定價都較高😂最後總共叫左9款點心~☆芝士蝦春卷個皮幾脆,不過芝士味唔算太出☆水晶鮮蝦餃個人取向唔鍾意食荀,而呢個蝦餃係無既!👏🏻好開心🤣層皮夠薄👌🏻☆香菇蒸燒賣不過不失,無咩特別☆布拉鮮蝦腸粉有我唔鍾意食嘅9黃(唔鍾意到唔識寫🤣)😅不過味道都ok既☆XO醬炒蘿蔔糕好味!唔會話林啤啤!我平時唔食蘿蔔糕但呢個我食到!XO醬好香👍🏻☆農場迷你雞蛋撻未黎之前屋企人仲話我咁貴都嗌🙈但食完就知無嗌錯!蛋味奶味都好香,酥皮都好味!好耐無食過好味既蛋撻仔!(至少我認為)😍😍☆香酥芋茸日本元貝呢個我無食不過屋企人話好味👍🏻☆杏香荔蓉綠豆酥呢個我都無食😂同上一個好似樣,屋企人都話唔錯☆古法馬拉糕林左少少,不過都幾香既總括黎講都算唔錯,咁當然係酒店、價錢上當然都定得比一般茶樓高。相對之下晚餐好似抵d🙈不過佢環境好,慢慢嘆茶係舒服既😌 continue reading
