姬子上海餐館 (Closed)

新一年後第一次來吃午餐，點餐紙轉了新款，沒有了幾人套餐的選項。點了一人套餐：糖醋排骨配飯+餐湯和嬾雞燴麵。價錢沒有變，不過份量明顯少了。上海麵條配上相當份量的菜粒與雞肉粒，伴上濃湯，賣相一般。麵條較淋，湯底味濃，較某些店先清湯底為好。客飯由以前的菜飯變了白飯，有點失色。糖醋排骨，炸脆既肉排配上糖醋汁，加上青豆粒作伴碟。肉質鬆軟，酸甜度還可以。總括來說算是數碼港還可以既食肆。

从未吃过这么难吃的上海菜。好心点，顶间铺位给有心做饮食业的人啦！从最基本的排骨面都可以搞地那么糟糕，真佩服! 炸排骨又淋又油腻，我真怀疑厨房是否有请厨师。中上价但用劣等材料，这叫你当客户是笨的!

去到無人招呼，要自己搵位之後落單落左好耐，催幾次都無跟等左半個鐘先黎得兩個前菜加一個熟食有一台遲過我地黎20分鐘都有餸上台服務態度愛理不理黑口黑面結果頂唔順連叫左既小籠包同賽螃蟹都唔要就埋單走人埋單先黎上菜可以過份小小重點係全場得幾張台上菜速度慢，碟京蔥爆牛肉咸到我以為食緊鹽兩個前菜，不過不失

I would like to share an unpleasant dinner I had last night (20/12/12) at the Dynastie Shanghai Restaurant.Last night, I arrived at the restaurant at about seven o’clock with my husband. I told the captain I made a reservation via funshare by email as instructed on the voucher and showed him the confirmation. 一坐低，第一個印像就是骯髒。枱面是油漬，弄到手㬹及手黏黏的。投訴後，侍應取巾再抹，抹後還是黏黏，原來抹巾充滿餸菜漬。好心搓搓條巾啦！價錢貴不特只，D餸又鹹服務又差，真想不到有何籍口說服自己再幫襯一次。

姬子上海餐館的上海菜做得不夠正宗, 好在數碼港冇競爭對手紅油炒手 - 只有甜味, 完全不辣, 兩辣椒符號絕對誤導, 作為紅油炒手最重要的醬汁完差全不合格排骨擔擔麵 - 排骨頗大塊, 也炸得鬆軟, 無奈擔擔麵湯底無味, 大打折扣價錢合理服務態度有待改善, waitress 冇禮貌及粗魯

姬子皇朝的姊妹店，主吃上海菜。新年期間，以雞絲粉皮作始，撈起撈起。粉皮白滑，青瓜絲爽口，配上香口麻醬，都幾好食。吃過冷盤，轉吃點心。未知是否新年關係，很多點心亦未有供應。素菜包味道質感對辦。生煎包稍嫌肉汁不足，乾了一點。紅油炒手雖有兩辣椒警示，但其實只有微辣。雲吞皮薄肉香，OK。小食杭州東坡肉，肥肉比例略多，但亦因此更香口美味，少吃一小件唔怕喇！糖醋魚塊兩面黃餸料不少，魚塊亦做得不俗。兩面黃比平日吃的較粗及硬，可作改進。甜點南瓜餅煙煙韌韌，甜度適中，可以一試。

We order from this place religiously. From a remote location, the food is surprisingly fresh and comparable to a solid Shanghai-nese restaurant downtown. The meat dishes are not as good as the vegetable ones. The noodles are soft but not mushy, and the buns are simply the best!
