To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

朋友推介我食呢間片皮鴨,上網Search過原來呢一間系美心旗下的中菜~ 我系平日晚上過嚟,大約7點半左右,門外都好多人等位~ 但都唔算等好耐,十約15-20分鐘就入得~第一樣就當然系Order朋友推介既片皮鴨~ 另外叫左一籠小籠包同埋2個甜品~ 本身比較小食中菜,我都唔知呢一間既片皮鴨算唔算系好食,但以我直觀感受系唔錯既~ 而小籠包入面好多汁,好香~入面既湯汁熱辣辣,皮唔算太厚~ 最另我欣賞既,系佢既甜品-炸雪糕~ 一嚟到賣相好靚就已經贏左我個心,食落去又幾特別,瞬間跑贏左朋友推介既片皮鴨,哈哈~ 而楊枝甘露雪糕就普普通通正正常常~Barbecued peking duck (whole bird)烤北京填鴨 (每隻)HK$388Xiao long bao (6pcs)無錫灌湯小籠包 (6隻)HK$98Deep-fried ice-cream炸雪糕HK$92Chilled sago cream, mango puree, pomelo, ice-cream楊枝甘露雪糕HK$50總括來說,可以嚟食炸雪糕順便食片皮鴨,哈哈~ continue reading

进店坐下上的小菜,也不说收费,直接上了记账,等我们发现已经退不了,感觉我们是游客就这么坑人,点的400每人套餐,结果上菜速度慢,最后结完账要不是多看一眼,发现还有菜没上,也不给退,服务员非要说我们吃的太快,说是后厨根据差不多的速度给上的,1000多的餐费根本不配 continue reading

去開Harbour 買嘢,行完已經8:30pm,隨便搵一間餐廳醫肚,見呢間都坐滿人,覺得應該唔太差掛,入去一試。叫咗鴨片頭盤,兩個湯,包括一個「上海大碗雲吞鴨湯」同埋「酸辣湯」,兩個都好飲,尤其是個「酸辣湯」,辣同酸味都好balance,但係收差唔多$80一碗,我就覺得個份量比較少。好耐未食過炸銀絲卷,幾好,個皮夠脆,不過都係份量較細。「嫩雞煨麵」幾好味,反而呢個份量就比較足啦。最另眼相看嘅就係個甜品「炸雪糕」,賣相又靚, 伴碟嘅脆脆同花生都好香口 , 朱古力味夠濃郁,反而係呢個甜品會令到我想再去。另外個「凍頂烏龍茶」都值得一讚,有回甘味👍🏻 continue reading

同朋友6點一二到,入面全場爆滿、出面好多好多人排隊!攞左飛行街轉頭返嚟!嘩入到個場又逼又焗又嘈!3人枱根本叫多啲餸都擺唔落,枱好細!乜都叫啲嚟試吓!好老實,真係美心中菜一貫作風!乜都平平無奇。片皮鴨半隻:塊皮好厚又癡住啲紙一撕出嚟爛半塊、鴨皮好油、鴨肉唔香冇鴨味。青瓜擺到乾哂。煎牛肉餅、生煎包普通到唔普通。雞絲粉皮醬撈出水青瓜搞到稀、青瓜🥒唔新鮮,粉皮幼切(睇相… 唔明點解撈開佢咁稀,醬都溝淡埋🤔🤔)飲品同蟹鉗最出色(蟹鉗好巨,彈牙,有蟹肉)但我地明明嚟食片皮鴨,但最唔出色係主角….唔值得排隊食。有限時90分鐘,結果太焗太逼,隔離左右全部遊客!日本韓國客加一大班國內遊客,唔知係咪上左啲咩榜比人推薦嚟香港一定要試??成場都好嘈。好少香港本地人⋯⋯ 所以呢… 行過海港城見到唔洗排隊呀又想食中菜先嚟啦大家! 唔好嘥時間等位(朋友影相打卡打得靚,味道方面overall 7分啦)太油太膩又熱、生煎包食淨、蟹鉗、鴨都食淨、全部打包(啲呀姐無視你埋單定攞盒外賣🥡、得啲哥哥仔會理下你)埋單$700+ ,我個人覺得平,但真心!中菜唔洗嚟依度食) continue reading
