龍湖居雖位處銅鑼灣,但不是太好找,因為在樓上舖。店內有不少名人藝人合照這裡的菜式是粵菜,但當中添加不少創意,過往到訪午餐飲茶,點心也是一絶。當晚的菜式中,最為欣賞「大地魚燘腩仔」,菜餚呈上之時,煲蓋打開,香氣撲鼻,令人垂涎三尺,送飯一流。京都骨也是美味,但欠缼驚喜三色煮水蛋,非常滑,屬於香港的家常菜式,令人有回家的感覺椒絲腐乳炒通菜,也是普通菜式,但能夠維持水準,也是不容易,因為坊間有很多偏咸,這裡的味道,就是一切剛好環境寧靜,適合聊天聚會 continue reading

和同事去龍湖居飲茶,久不久我哋都會嚟呢度開餐,食開知道味道OK。蝦餃皇,兩粒 -中點可以剔兩粒或四粒,蝦餃皮薄,蝦夠彈牙,唔覺有肥豬肉,好味。迷你瑤柱珍珠雞-大點一碟兩隻,糯米飯夠綿軟熟,夠汁,包肚。鳳爪排骨缽仔飯缽仔細細可以分到兩碗仔,排骨差不多鋪滿飯面,排骨腍滑,米飯軟熟。脆皮鮮蝦腸- 頂點腸粉皮包住油炸鬼,油炸鬼裡面釀入蝦膠、紅蘿蔔幼條、中芹幼條,相當脆口好食,有水準。真係菠蘿包 –中點菠蘿包上面嘅皮,脆脆地,菠蘿包入邊有餡嘅,就係菠蘿肉,真正嘅菠蘿(水果),加上菠蘿蓉醬汁,相當有趣同好食。 continue reading

旅遊固然開心,但在旅途上結織了朋友更是高興。更難得的是在分別五年多再聚,大家仍是一見如故。今天相聚在一家老友和名人力薦的中菜餐廳。餐廳位於銅鑼灣鬧市-旺中帶靜的謝斐道金利文廣場二樓。餐廳的裝潢帶一點中式元素,又帶一點現代感。而且枱與枱之間的間有合適的距離,感覺唔會好焗促。脆皮百花雞半隻$228這道手工菜真是頂呱呱!師傅鮮雞件先去骨並釀上蝦膠,然後再炸,認真花功夫。這百花雞皮香脆嫩,薄如蟬翼,而皮下也沒有多餘的脂肪。然而爽彈的蝦膠釀得很妙,彷彿成為了雞件的一部分,味道更為豐富鮮美。正正集脆、嫩、鮮、弾於一身,若然再配上燒汁或淮鹽就更完美了!魚米之鄉$398(細)由於大家都唔想吃得太油膩,所以點了這個勝哥推介的魚米之鄉。全條石班起肉成片,然後拌以脆米和魚湯。石班灼得剛剛熟,魚肉嫩滑又爽口,配上芫茜的清香和脆米的脆香口感,已經十分美味。再加上奶白色魚湯,極為濃郁和鮮甜,真的令人一口接一囗的吃過不停。最正的是整道菜沒有半點油膩,但味道鮮美,仲帶一點點的香脆口感。吃罷感覺暖和,十分滿足,是老少咸宜的一道菜。蒜香本地鮮牛柳粒$108這牛柳粒炒得好,鑊氣十足!牛柳粒採用本地鮮牛柳,肉味濃郁,外層焦香,肉質嫩又juicy。而且蒜香令牛柳粒更加香口惹味,但又沒有蓋過牛肉味,真好吃。金瑤鮮腐竹扒豆苗$78雖然鮮腐竹口感沒有預期的滑溜,但菜心苗用上湯浸煮,菜心軟嫩,有著蔬菜的鮮甜味道。這道菜的味道清清淡淡,油份唔多,十分健康。芝麻糊這芝麻糊是贈送的飯后甜品。芝麻糊味道輕甜,口感滑溜,但芝麻味唔係咁濃,質地比較似芝麻露多於芝麻糊。千層薑汁糕$18這千層薑汁糕真好吃!薑迷不容錯過!這薑汁糕由一層一層的疊起而成,薑味超濃,帶有薑的一點辛口,和紅糖的香味。加上煙煙韌韌又Q弾口感,實在好吃!與好友歡聚,把酒談天,不經不覺已經十時。快樂的時光總是悄悄的溜走。 continue reading

今天在謝斐道金利文廣場二樓果間龍湖居午餐,十二時到達,人不多不用等位,這裡地方雅緻,雖然有點舊,但古式古香幾特別坐落點咗一個$128孖寶,有好多款選擇,揀咗一個紫蕊薯浸時蔬,菠蘿海鮮炒飯,另外就點咗我至愛嘅蝦餃皇同埋順德煎魚餅!鮮菠蘿炒飯,好多份量,菠蘿同蝦肉都好新鮮,有蔥花更加香口,紫薯時蔬(菜蕊)好鮮嫩同甘甜,感覺係好健康食品!蝦餃皇蒸得火候剛好,皮薄饀靚,水準好高!炸魚餅D魚肉鮮甜,但覺皮畧硬了一點,好喜歡吃脆口嘢就覺得好食!整體食物同招呼都不錯,感覺滿意! continue reading

睇到佢咁多好評就走去試一次啦,事關父親節都好難定位,咁啱銅鑼灣都唔多呢一類嘅粵菜小店,但係食完之後就唔覺得啲嘢好似食評講到咁正,我哋叫都係都係小菜為主,佢個招牌蝦多士我哋都有叫,賣相唔差,味道都過得去,但肯定唔係頂級正囉。其他都係普通小菜同一般酒樓冇分別,我覺得佢連美心個級數都唔到,價錢就唔使講啦,雖然睇落唔算貴,但係就唔值囉,八個人食咗$2000我一定可以食得更好。一句講晒,睇落唔貴,食落唔覺得掋,因為啲嘢食真係普通料,唔算值回票價 continue reading
