得到了酒家的點心贈券,可換取三款點心,就來這家高格調的酒樓試試吧!踏上酒樓厚厚的地毯,已有非一般的感覺。茶具,餐具相當有霸氣,就像看古裝片的皇帝御用餐具一樣,有尊榮感。還擺放了錫製紙巾架,美觀之餘亦貼心。金箔水晶海蝦餃蝦餃表面綴有一片金箔,相當高貴。蝦餃外形精緻小巧。外皮做得薄而煙韌,餡料方面,蝦及豬肉的比例適中,有蝦的彈牙及鮮甜,亦有豬肉的油香和順滑,卻不會有油膩感。千絲蘿蔔酥酥皮做得薄,一咬便化開,香酥而不膩。蘿白呈絲狀,食落香軟多汁,滿口都是蘿白的清甜。懷舊千層糕類似叉燒包的外層,內層才是平時所見的千層糕,口感鬆軟。內餡是"奶皇" 及蛋黃,蛋黃有起砂的效果。蛋黃的味道相當搶戲。個人還是喜歡奶味重多一點點。佛門素腐卷($68)腐皮外層炸得香脆而不膩,內層則有煙韌的口感。腐皮卷餡料豐富,有木耳,紅蘿蔔,冬菇等餡料,口感爽脆,調味清爽不會過鹹。XO 醬炒蝦米腸粉($50)腸粉炒至完全"上色", 單看賣相已知夠惹味!腸粉彈牙,蝦米鹹香。味道是豉油皇的微鹹,以及XO 醬的鮮香和辛辣。辣味緩緩從喉頭滲出,後勁凌厲!帶子燒賣($58)燒賣上有一小粒帶子,比一般燒賣來得矜貴。但帶子的size 也太小了,幾乎嚐不到它的味道。燒賣豬肉餡肥瘦均稱,肉質不會硬,但亦不會過於油膩,啖啖肉香。另外. 服務也是一絲不苟,加茶,上菜,收餐盤也絲毫不誤,亦沒有因為用贈券,而待薄我們呢! continue reading

今年爸爸節特別旺🥳因為解禁個個急不及待出番嚟,已經提早2星期訂,好多都已經訂🈵、一係就唔接受預訂📴老人家都係啱食中餐🥢因為有老👵🏻👴🏻有嫩👶🏻所以要搵間真係要坐得舒舒服服⋯⋯龍袍其實都唔係第一次幫襯,電話訂座已經問定使唔使食指定套餐,可以散叫👍本身預咗大時大節出去食飯水準一定比平日👎所以有哂心理準備🥢⋯⋯竟然有驚喜🤩前菜一向水準都唔錯,點了黑毛豬叉燒、脆豆腐粒粒、黃金鮮魷主菜其實只係知道必食泡飯,就問經理有咩推介,好專業,首先問我哋有冇嘢唔食、敏感之類⋯咁我哋唔太食肉就推介咗有時令海鮮,首先有個油浸筍殼魚,之前喺第二度食過其實印象一般,即管再試吓🤨⋯⋯完全改觀,真係做到外脆內軟,炸得剛剛好,魚肉保持得好嫩滑,成條魚由頭到尾食清,連小朋友都嗌追食第二件😋另一推介富貴蝦,其實即係瀨尿蝦,有幾款做法,屋企人揀咗避風塘,嘩嘩嘩!不得之了,好有heart連殼都拆埋啖啖肉,真係第一次食瀨尿蝦食得咁爽,最正係小朋友自己都食到,唔使幫佢搣殼😅下一味就係薑蔥蟹煲,隻蟹真係好巨型🦀一隻夠哂全家食因為姐姐👩🏽唔食豬,但又想食個肉,最後點咗個燒鵝,因為我已經好飽,仲要留肚食我至愛嘅泡飯同甜品,所以我冇食,但屋企人就不斷話好正,塊皮好脆之前食開係佢哋招牌「魚米之鄉」因為我哋已經點了魚,經理建議想食泡飯可以揀西施泡飯又經濟啲,這裡泡飯做得比酒店更出色,去完廁所返去已經分好了,急不及待掛住食忘了影相,出色係個湯好鮮甜,脆脆米食到尾仲好脆口,真係必食👍最期待嘅甜品,原先都想叫埋杏仁茶,可惜賣哂,好彩仲有另一款招牌甜品,紅棗糕,食得出的紅棗味,甜度點到為止,質感好QQ,雖然全家都嗌飽,但一人一件食清,唔好以為紅棗女人先啱食,連爸爸都讚😋完美的。 continue reading
