泰國菜成日食,第一次食泰北菜,原來同平時九龍城食嗰啲係有少少分別,都幾得意,幾特式,好鍾意佢個蒜蓉包😋生蝦、咖喱蟹,同平時食嘅泰國菜,味道一樣,價錢都差唔多,但係喺呢間小店食有一個特別嘅感覺,仔仔喺店內幫媽媽手(SoSo王)大女放工之後再嚟店內幫手,成家人都好團結,好有人情味嘅小店,老闆係泰國人嫁來香港,自從佢先生過身之後,佢就開間泰北小店想回饋返區內,佢哋每個星期六都會免費派飯俾呢區嘅老人家,感覺自己幫襯呢間小店都好似有份出少少力幫區內老人家,喺能力範圍內除咗食嘢再支持少少$xxx泰國人嘅免費派飯比香港人身為香港人有點可以唔出少少力💪🏻食物價錢唔貴,合理!咖喱蟹$300/1隻(因應大細定價錢)覺得好抵食,咖喱蟹要提前訂,佢要即時去買,所以真係好新鮮! continue reading

上次食完豆姨媽之後覺得好好食,又忍唔住再黎,我地揀左餐牌上有星星符號(餐廳推介嘅菜式)嘅野食《沙爹串燒(雞)+蒜蓉包》$109一上菜已經比蒜蓉包吸引住,蒜蓉包切成長方體,每邊都擦滿左牛油蒜蓉,咬落系外脆內軟,蒜蓉味又岩岩好,唔會過多or過少,好好食。串燒方面我地全部揀曬雞,唔知系唔系泰北系內陸地區,接近緬甸印度嗰邊,啲串燒雞同印度燒雞一樣樣,而且偏乾身,一定要點沙爹醬食。《豆姨姨米線》$79開頭以為系米線,黎到原來系米粉,個樣同泰北雞麵有啲似,但味道系完全唔一樣,湯底都系充滿香料味,鮮甜而有微微嘅辣味,米粉索曬湯嘅味道,令人一啖接一啖。湯里面有雞腳、豬紅、肉碎,另外都有一碟豬皮、芽菜、雞蛋、辣椒油,配料好豐富,增加層次感。《芒果糯米飯》(細)$59上前黎到都有食芒果糯米,今次再叫,上檯嘅時候,依然熱辣辣,啲糯米飯仲有煙出,不過今次芒果有d酸,廚師應該知道,所以落左好多椰汁,味道依然唔錯。 continue reading

今次一行兩人黎到呢間半隱世既泰北菜餐廳夜晚黎到既時候,附近所有舖頭已經關門😯泰國菜就食得多,泰北菜真係第一次食😂呢間餐廳每日都會派免費飯200個,長者優先,好有善心🥰留意返,佢地逢星期一休息座位大約二十個左右,不過成晚坐左個幾鐘都係得我地一檯客,真係包場😅一場黎到特色店,所以我地毫不猶豫全部點哂泰北特色小菜✌🏻==========🔹泰北生菜包 $69雖然都係生菜包,但原來泰北既香料係完全唔同架,同平時食開既味道唔一樣😛恕我唔識,我淨係食到有香茅,紅蔥頭,其他香料我真係講唔出🤣,不過泰北個味道係會偏濃味少少,入口之後d 辣味先會慢慢走出黎,味道好香😋整體黎講係好味既,份量適中,價錢算幾抵食🤩推介指數:8.5/10==========🔹泰北冬蔭雞湯(細) $79湯既份量大約有2飯碗,雞肉都有7~8件,份量幾足食得出同睇得到既有指天椒,車厘茄,薑片(同平時既薑唔同,上網睇先知原來係南薑),薄荷葉,紫洋蔥,至於仲用左咩食材同調味料就唔知了😆湯既味道幾鮮甜用濃味,冇平時飲既冬蔭功果種酸同辣,係另一種風味😉用既係冰鮮雞,所以雞肉冇咩味,但肉質算嫩滑👍🏻如果個湯加椰漿可能會更加香更好飲😛推介指數:7.5/10==========🔹泰北酸豬肉炒蛋 $69根據網上資料,原來酸豬肉主要是要以豬肉、肉皮、糖、鹽、蒜和辣椒,加以攪拌均勻,醃製後,包紮密封 經數天的自然發酵而形成特有的酸味肉紮。(來自網站內容)酸豬肉食起來我又唔覺有酸味😹 如果佢太酸我反而擔心佢係變左添🤣🤣🤣個肉配合埋個炒蛋,整體味道幾好,調味適中,好香口☺️推介指數:7.5/10==========🔹魚+蟹肉紅咖喱 $88可能我真係食唔慣,呢個菜式我真係唔識欣賞🥲佢係用類似糭葉去盛載住d 魚肉同蟹肉,將兩種肉打成蓉然後混合再用紅咖喱去煮熟佢食到淡淡既紅咖喱味道,但係魚同蟹肉既味道就唔突出🤨而且份量偏少,唔係咁抵食推介指數:3/10==========🔹椰青1個 $35==========呢度全部小菜都會有兩片青瓜,半粒車厘茄同芫茜伴碟,絕不馬虎☺️兩個人埋單 $340, 唔駛加一主要係個紅咖喱比較失望,其他整體質素都唔錯👏🏻呢度主理既全部都係泰國人,我唔知佢算唔算好正宗泰北菜,但係食落都幾岩口味😃😃 continue reading

《不負責任食評 — 豆姨姨廚房》評分:🌕🌕🌕🌕🌗總評:好耐之前已經mark低咗記得好似係果籽介紹過話一家人都係泰國人 味道好正宗🇹🇭舖頭位置係比較偏僻 但附近都多少數族裔嘅店舖佢哋除咗有啲好大路嘅泰國嘢亦都有啲係香港真係少見啲嘅例如泰式生豬肉、泰式雞麵個啲口味上亦都明顯地重口味😋酸同辣方面亦都比一般泰式餐廳高泰式生豬肉自己從來未食過原來係有少少似醃到冇晒肉嘅質感、彈牙嘅肉腸feel😳食嗰陣要小心啲辣椒,辣顛🥵冬陰功又酸又辣好惹味😋🌶湯頭明顯好有心機,一定要試!串燒仲係保留肉嘅質感🍢而且唔會好似大部份泰式餐廳咁所有串燒醃料味道一樣根據唔同肉類都有唔同嘅醃料而且燒得啱啱好🤩燒牛肉就稍為生咗少少不過都有一種焦香味 好食🤭Pad Thai睇顏色都知佢好濃味而且金邊粉唔會軟爛 好爽口但味道稍為鹹咗少少不過都係我喺香港食過覺得比較高分嘅pad thai👍🏻叫咗咁多嘢最後埋單每個人都係$200左右而且店主感覺好Nice嚟緊準備再去試吓其他嘢食🤭強烈推薦大家去🫶🏻🫶🏻 continue reading

我先講價錢……我哋五哥男人,食到好飽……仲叫埋啤酒,每人都飲咗椰青,都係唔使$1000 !抵食到不得了服務方面,年輕男士應……一口不純正的廣東話……會同你開玩笑……他們自己又會不斷地傾偈,一口純正的泰文……令整個氣氛,讓你好似去了泰國一樣!食物方面……比較濃味……那個冬陰功湯,我喝了一口,就咳到爆炸……比坊間一般的冬陰功,還要濃及辛辣!另外,他的小食拼盤,有醃製的酸生豬肉……也是一個特色!成餐飯,我最喜歡他的炒金邊粉……濕濕地,味道濃郁!值得去試吓 continue reading
