Ordered a pizza at 20:30, order confirmed with expected pick up time at 20:50. Arrived at the shop at 20:50, crews were standing around, playing on their phone, place doesn’t seem busy, so I presume my order is on the side ready to pick up.I then asked if my order was ready and the crew then checked on the small machine and said we got the order but sorry that they’ve not started baking the pizza. I asked for the reason and was not given an answer.
