今日收工去咗附近一間日式小店,買咗食咗兩款丼飯及串燒、燒物,真係好正!小店可以堂食又可以外賣,夠哂方便我點份 [ 三文魚親子丼 $148 ] 丼飯上面鋪滿咗新鮮嘅三文魚,中間塊三文魚摺成花形,中間放滿 滿滿魚籽,咬落去爆汁,味道超級正,仲有厚肉嘅扇貝刺身,味道十分鮮甜;飯粒軟滑,吸收咗三文魚嘅鮮味,再配上少許豉油,令整道菜更加提味另一款 [ 牛油果燒三文魚帶子丼 $140 ] 燒得啱啱好嘅三文魚帶有少少燒焦嘅香味,三文魚外焦內嫩,再加上香滑嘅牛油果,仲有鮮甜嘅帶子,食落好有層次感,真係忍唔住想讚!而且兩款丼飯會附送前菜 ( 沙律菜 ) 新鮮清脆可口,跟餐會搭配汽水或者茶,不過我就加 $16 轉 [ 魚湯 ] 香濃魚香味,味道鮮甜,係個唔錯嘅選擇,味道絕對唔會令你失望除了丼飯之外,亦有串燒和燒物。揀咗 [ 串燒雞翼 $30 ] 雞翼皮脆,口感軟滑、[ 串燒雞軟骨 $20 ] 雞軟骨就更有嚼勁,配上檸檬汁,實在絕配!至於 [ 燒玊子 $18 ] 外層燒焦過,味道甜甜,食夠兩串先夠過癮最後,仲點咗 [ 雞泡魚乾 $65 ] 味道非常獨特,咬下去有驚喜,油脂清香,每條口感香脆,食唔停口 continue reading

炎炎夏日想吃個日式丼飯,推薦丼造,丼造位於上環,主打海鮮丼飯,喜愛日式料理老饕會尖叫,丼造食材每日進貨,現點現做,刺身堆疊浮誇,新鮮美味,這裡還有串燒供應,若喜歡喝魚湯的話更可加15元升級。丼造首先端出冰爽辣味螺肉的開胃前菜,辣味螺肉頗濃香的,些許辣度可刺激味覺,等候餐點上桌前也不怕無聊沒東西咬嚼,邊吃辣味螺肉邊閒聊,沒多久餐點陸續上桌。颱風韋帕來臨,來丼造吃丼飯前先喝魚湯暖暖身子會更有食慾,丼造不愧是日式海鮮料理店,乳白色的魚湯樸實無比,魚鮮無窮,溫潤好喝,喝上一碗魚湯全身暖呼呼。三文魚親子丼將三文魚捲成玫瑰花形狀,以三文魚籽美麗點綴,擺盤浪漫吸睛,加上份量不少的凡立貝,海洋風味令人難忘,醋飯飽滿大顆,粒粒分明,天熱時吃醋飯最好,開胃解膩。三文魚鮮度無法挑剔,必須大力推起來,橙紅晶亮的三文魚籽多到快要滿溢出來,大口咬下三文魚籽鹹鮮在口中飄散,美妙得不可言喻,玉子咬起來軟綿紮實,充斥豐沛蛋香。七色魚生丼一整碗非常豐富,多達七款刺身,色彩繽紛,光看好不誘人,每一片刺身都高達好幾厘米厚,沒在客氣的,用料給得大方,油甘魚腩鮮美,可以吃得到自然甜味,大吞拿魚腩嫩口,口裡滿載甜鮮,厚實的三文魚油花肥美漂亮,肉甜鮮香。左口魚群邊炙燒後,逼出魚油香氣,口感柔軟滑溜,堪稱入口即化,凡立貝鮮中帶甜,放入嘴中真的享受,誘人的海膽令人食指大動,垂涎三尺,有著濃郁的海味,牡丹蝦大尾彈牙,鮮甜躍到舌尖上,料好實在,給人大快朵頤的滿足。串燒牛舌外層微微焦脆,裡面卻有著剛好的粉嫩熟度,咀嚼時能感受到串燒牛舌的細緻與嚼勁,並伴隨著一絲絲的牛油香味,使串燒牛舌嚼感既豐盈又不油膩,擄獲我的味蕾,吃過念念不忘。最愛吃串燒點串燒雞翼,因為雞肉要烤到入味好吃不容易,串燒雞翼表現不錯,烤得恰到好處,不得不誇丼造,雞皮酥脆,咬下去是鮮嫩多汁的雞肉,串燒雞翼僅以鹽巴簡約的調味,就帶出肉質本身的甜,真的是享受。 continue reading

上環呢間小店,有著令我念念不忘嘅魚湯同丼飯,可以媲美好多高級日式餐廳。唔知食乜好,店員仲會好親切咁樣介紹,唔怪之得見到都有唔少熟客仔幫襯叫丼飯會贈送汽水,不過我大大力推薦一定要加$16轉魚湯,呢個魚湯真材實料零味精仲要勁濃郁,啖啖魚香一啲都唔腥,鐘意飲湯嘅我超愛!七色魚生丼:難得七款都做到新鮮好食,魚生厚切有光澤,仲有鮮甜海膽,相當有誠意。至於拖羅蓉海膽丼係我至愛combo,入口綿密脂香,瞬間清碗。其實呢度嘅串燒都唔差,我哋叫嘅串燒盛每款肉類嘅調味都唔一樣,襯返食材,食得出佢哋嘅用心。特別鍾意超厚玉子燒,口感豐厚好正! continue reading

有時突然想食個魚生丼都唔知有咩選擇 有日朋友推薦我試呢間 #丼造 主要做外賣但係有少量位置可堂食 咁啱呢晚去開上環 就醒起去試吓 見到Menu都有唔少款式 最後選擇咗:✨極上粒粒魚生丼✨拖羅蓉三文魚籽丼同埋最緊要加錢轉嘅魚湯!外賣返到屋企打開好有驚喜 魚生排得好靚而且新鮮 本身包埋一個沙律同埋轉左朋友極推的魚湯~先試一啖魚湯 飲落就明白點解朋友提我一定要試 完全飲得出係足料冇味精 呈少許奶白色 唔腥 而且可以先暖一暖胃 好飲亦都建議要加錢轉👍🏻魚生丼好豐富 粒粒魚生加上蟹籽、三文魚籽同海膽鋪滿飯上面 魚生都好新鮮 切粒好大粒 可以每一啖都食到魚生配飯 好滿足至於拖羅蓉三文魚籽丼幾有層次 拖羅蓉份量好多 油脂感剛剛好 配埋大量三文魚籽 帶有少少鹹香味 十分之夾 continue reading
