周圍去試韓式炸雞店,雖然現時香港有不少由韓國餐廳在港開店,但草根認為仍然是難以找到合口味的炸雞。之前試過銅鑼灣的Bingo & Cook很不錯,但仍然想努力尋找更多好吃的韓式炸雞。以前試過Sodam Chicken 2 次,一次好吃,一次一般。這次試試Dodam Chicken,同樣在食肆林立的銅鑼灣有分店,地點就在利舞臺廣場18樓。8:00pm到達,沒有訂位的情況下得知當日幾本上full house,幸好等了3分鍾剛好有人離開。由於只有2個人去,擔心吃得不多,所以只點了2款菜式及1杯飲品分享。芝士雞蛋卷($128)Cheese Egg Roll蛋未至於十分嫰滑🐣,但保持鬆軟感。芝士味不濃🧀,反而帶點甜味,但拉絲力強。整個菜式的靈魂在於表面醬汁及沙律醬,可惜是未夠熱度♨️,味道算是不錯,但未有驚喜。Yuja Yogurt Smoothie ($68)Smoothie 的口感頗厚,味道有點飲柚子加益力多🍊,但飲的時候感到泡沫量很多,不太喜歡☹️。雙重滋味($228)BHH Baked Half and Half貪心地選了混合口味的焗雞,可以試到2款口味之餘,感覺烤雞比炸雞健康🍗。白雪就是芝士粉,略帶鹹味,但感覺較乾,與原味分別不大。更大問題是雞肉不夠入味,實在令人有點失望😞。另一口味的蒜香焗雞則較好吃,雖然餐牌寫上蒜香,但烤雞沾上不少蜜糖 🍯,甜甜的醬汁味道甚是不錯👍🏻,而且有蜜糖的點綴下,雞肉感覺較潤滑。一碟的份量也頗多,大約有14-16件,適合2-3人分享,只是可能期望太高,有落差自然會失望,不知道炸雞會否較好吃?這間令草根有點失望,食物只是一般般,價錢又有點貴,下次又要尋找好味的炸雞店了~ continue reading

話說今日星期六, 女友話要去行下街wo , 我問佢行邊, 佢話銅鑼灣行下, 一行就行到6點幾7點因為可能太耐冇去過韓國, 女友忍唔住話要食韓國野跟住就上OP搵啦, Dodam Chicken又幾近上到去冇BOOK位要等等, 因為都幾多人, 樓下樓上都差唔多麵係食肆, 但都係甘多人餐牌上選擇超多, 真係花多眼亂芝士蛋卷估唔到甘好食芝士超多, 超多, 芝士味濃~外層蛋好有蛋味, 唔會老, 好嫩滑加上超多蟹籽~粒粒都卜卜脆~正韓國海鮮煎餅一上碟有侍應過黎幫手剪好哂比你食, 唔係講笑好鬼大碟海鮮唔算少, 同韭菜都幾夾, 仲要算多料有咬口, 有部份脆脆地口感, 味道唔錯, 咸味亦算適中蜂蜜合桃無骨脆雞第一啖食落口仲有少少脆脆口感, 連埋合桃食, 甜甜地幾好食雞肉鮮嫩唔"鞋"口, 我發覺D雞入面仲好JUICY但我只係同我女友黎食, 2個人食既份量係3人都得大家可以參考一下份量叫野食, 哈哈凍柚子蜜柚子蜜落既份量唔多, 所以唔會好甜好甜甜味適中好重要~ continue reading

韓式炸雞喺香港都興咗幾年,如果你話佢係因為電視劇嘅威力,倒不如話佢其實真係好食。食正宗韓炸雞,銅鑼灣有唔少選擇,但今晚想坐得舒舒服服,所以去咗Dodam Chicken。 呢度食物種類好多,由一般韓國餐廳食到嘅海鮮餅到芝味香濃嘅意大利薄餅都有。不過話咗要食雞,所以都係揀番雞嘅菜式啦!無咁熱氣之選有香蒜焗烤雞。一上碟熱辣辣,個汁仲有一塊塊蒜片喺上面。即刻咬一啖,果然係又香甜又惹味,仲要大大碟,好抵食。隨雞附送一碟酸蘿蔔,勁醒胃,即刻令人想食多幾件。 我好鍾意食薯條,雖然食韓國嘢,一般都會揀芝士薯條,但喺MENU見到松露薯條,感覺好吸引,來一個先!一放低就聞到好撲鼻嘅黑松露味!裡面仲夾雜住薯條同番薯條,正。 成日覺得食韓國嘢,一定要飯返兩杯先得。所以今晚特別叫咗米酒,甘甜可口嘅米酒,同滋味香濃嘅烤雞可謂襯到絕!仲有喎,韓國米酒出咗名可以美肌,真係要飲多杯喇! continue reading

🎵前天和同事閒談之間講起有好幾個月無食韓式炸雞飲啤酒了,同事便說銅鑼灣的 Dodam Chicken 不錯,大家心血來潮相約這夜去叫雞。🤣🎵可惜放工遇著OT,好彩只係忙咗一陣就走得,餐廳位於銅鑼灣利舞臺近地鐵尚算就腳,我們一到步就聞到炸雞香氣充斥餐廳,令肚皮鼓聲作動,所以急不及待拿著餐牌看了一陣便點食物了。😎🎵坐定定後,眼睛向著周圍環境打量一下,餐廳的燈光柔和,枱與枱空間足夠,也坐得舒服,輕鬆的氣氛令日間工作辛勞了一整天的我可以抒發一下壓力,此刻心情正好是塾枱紙上寫著“快樂時光”的寫照。🥂Lemon Cocktail Soju $138今次不飲啤酒轉飲燒酒,Soju 是韓國燒酒的意思,加上了檸檬的組合,味道無想像中咽喉,檸檬還添了清新氣息,配上炸物是不錯選擇。🐓窩夫脆筒脆雞 $178 (5件)顛覆了脆筒必然配雪糕球的定律,另附上的三款醬料各有特色,逐樣試下讓味蕾感受不同口感,我自己就較喜歡蜜糖芥末,不辣帶微甜幾開胃,而暖暖的脆筒保持香脆,是話題之作。🐽烤芝士豬肋骨 $208發生了有趣的小插曲,豬肋骨放上桌一陣,我們顧住傾計同食其他嘢而忽略了它,突然有位男士走來,語帶韓音的英文,似乎是餐廳的老闆,有點像黄子華?! 他說要趁芝士未變硬就要拿來吃,他還將豬肋骨捲著芝士給我們示範,果然!這種食法都幾特別,口裡充滿了芝士及肋骨肉的濃郁口感,難以形容的痛快。🍝海鮮雜菜炒烏冬 $128不得不讚炒得香,甜鹹醬油調較得好,每條烏冬色澤均勻,柴魚皮仍在跳舞好像呼喚著我們,加上青口、魷魚和雜菜等吃得津津有味。🕜🕐🕧🕛雖然餐紙上寫著的“快樂時光”在食嘢過後被食物汁遮住而變得模糊,不過我已在享受食物和暢飲中感受到“快樂時光”了,“快樂時光”不知不覺從紙上跳入心中。臨走時,看到門口貼的這個英文對聯,上聯 "A day without laughter is a day wasted." 下聯"A day without chicken is a day incompleted." 心中不禁笑了一下,更認定這是一間快樂的餐廳。: continue reading
