朋友話想食炸雞, 本身食咩都冇所謂。 不過韓國炸雞店通常都坐得幾舒服, 食吓飲吓計又坐得舒舒服服都不失為一個好提議。今晚去了喺銅鑼灣利舞臺上面嘅人氣炸雞店。 店鋪地方好闊落, 坐得好舒服。 地方係乾淨企理。韓式手抓飯$78先來地道一吓叫一個韓式手抓飯。 手套已經備上。 有齊地道 材料, 蟹子,紫菜碎和蟹柳肉。 底下亦加入了芝味嘅沙律醬。 上枱時已經聞到陣陣嘅麻油香。 將所有材料撈勻就開始 戴上手套做飯糰。 可惜太過濕潤, 飯團未能成型, 最後當然用番匙羹就咁食。 飯仍微微暖, 撈入了好香嘅麻油和沙律醬, 入口飯香軟糯, 三款材料亦富有口感, 啖啖豐富滋味!可口可樂$22夠凍!招牌甜辣芝士無骨烤雞$198我見好多人都order呢個, 網上評價都唔錯決定一試。個鐵板熱辣辣咁上, 烤雞香氣噴鼻。 見到鋪上嘅芝士非常期待。 一定要趁熱食, 唔係嘅話芝士溶咗就變硬唔香。 無骨雞啖啖肉, 配上特製甜甜酸酸嘅醬汁,好惹味! 無骨烤雞還有 韓國年糕,蔬菜和芝士獅子狗, 好豐富呀! 附設嘅酸蘿蔔非常清新爽脆! 菜色份量都頗大, 而且坐得好舒服, 極近地鐵站, 放工約齊朋友冇難度。 continue reading

位於銅鑼灣利舞臺廣場18樓A舖的Dodam Chicken, 主打正宗韓國菜及韓式炸雞。餐廳的老闆和老闆娘是正宗韓國人,而餐廳內也播著節奏明快的K-pop。餐廳正提供午市套餐,加一後價錢約為八十元,有不少打工仔來這裡用餐。點了一客三款雞套餐,約十分鐘後,食物便上桌了。三款雞包括焗豉油雞 、 脆香雞、雞翼,焗雞還可以選擇豉油或辣醬口味。個人覺得這個組合十分豐富,可以多試不同煮法的雞。豉油口味的焗雞味道濃郁,而且切成一粒粒,容易入口。焗雞和炸雞粒選用了雞柳肉,肉質滑溜。當中還加了少許椰菜和洋蔥,令味道更清新。炸雞粒的味道也十分不錯,新鮮熱辣脆卜卜,而且炸得乾身。雞翼也醃得頗為入味,不會炸得過老而變得嚡口。而且,中間還有少許沙津菜平衡一下。雞的份量十足,男士吃也足夠。😛套餐還會包一碗白飯及一碗韓式魚片湯。湯的味道略嫌重了一點點,最好襯熱享用。午市還可以在自助吧拿取韓式前菜,是日前菜為韓式粉絲及泡菜。兩款味道都十分正宗,特別喜愛辛辣醒胃的泡菜。午市套餐還會包一盒紙包飲品或一杯柚子蜜。額外點了一杯士多啤梨奶昔,嚐到士多啤梨的質感,味道天然,甜度剛剛好。 continue reading

隔一段時間就想去食韓國菜, 今晚興之所至, 就走咗去銅鑼灣利舞臺嘅Dodam Chicken.呢間炸雞好出名, 唔係食傳統韓國菜, 生日月份去好似仲有九折。 正la同行兩位都有係10月生日。 餐廳面積都好大, 裝修簡單而型格, 都好整齊好新淨, LCD TV仲不時播放住k pop, 氣氛襯曬。牛排骨湯$178 次次食韓國嘢都鍾意飲牛骨湯,牛尾,牛排骨湯等之類, 皆因自己無論如何都煲唔到嗰種效果。排骨湯放在熱辣辣嘅煲上, keep住滾熱辣嘅狀態, 正呀! 牛骨湯充滿 牛味, 湯底濃而不膩, 材料超豐富, 差不多有八,九件牛排骨, 仲有金菇同韓國粉絲。 側面睇原來個鍋都好深, 所以份量超大, 二人飲完食埋啲排骨好鬼滿足。招牌甜辣芝士無骨烤雞$198芝士和無骨雞在鐵板盛載上枱 。 賣相非常吸引, 濃濃的芝士放滿無骨雞上面, 再加上橙紅色嘅韓式甜辣醬, 滋味到極, 只係帶少少嘅辣, 咁樣就唔會食到好膩。 甜辣醬就好似韓式炒年糕嗰種醬, 加咗芝士味道更有層次, 更惹味更有口感。更驚喜係原來仲有韓國年糕, 選用比較瘦長,唔會中間好似未熟咁, 而是煙韌軟熟, 仲有幾顆芝士獅子狗, 超豐富堅好味!繼續韓风,忌廉溝鮮奶蜜桃味$22。最後加多一壺花茶, 中和膩感。 有淡淡嘅花香,非常適合,因接近晚上都唔會再飲茶業提神。 值得一提嗰套杯碟唔知點解會係預熱, 沖花茶嘅水又夠滾, 成件事覺得好窩心好有誠意~如果餐牌還有甜品 就真係perfect la~~ continue reading
