經朋友介紹去左一間素菜館到食,素菜對我黎講都算陌生,始終香港周街都唔算太多素菜餐廳選擇咁因為我地都唔知點揀好,就叫左個二人餐,可以有湯+白飯+3款小菜+甜品,兩個人食一定夠哂飽菠蘿咕嚕素球,估唔到佢係用咩整,但係炸到脆卜卜,入面都冇死硬,好軟熟,而且D汁酸酸甜甜,好好味,送飯一流辣汁四季豆叉燒,叉燒竟然會有焦香味,唔會好乾柴,做得唔算好差喎,而且佢係用辣汁,辣辣地幾惹味,幾香濃既汁,夾埋D四季豆,又幾好味杞子雲耳浸淮山,成個菜好鮮甜,同埋超級健康,D淮山切得好夠薄,雲耳夠爽口,又唔會好悶金湯海皇翅,呢個湯都係全部用素整架,入面有D菇,仲有應該係粉絲做既素翅,有少少素蟹肉咁,個湯底有少少似係南瓜做,都幾好飲我地另外仲叫左個冰梅涼瓜,夠哂冰涼,而且D涼瓜好脆口,酸酸甜甜咁,一D苦味都冇,不過呢款唔係個個都會鍾意,但我同朋友都覺得好味 continue reading

我同老公今日想食健康啲,於是就嚟咗長沙灣呢間素食餐廳,聽講品質唔錯,而且非常之抵食首先,值得一讚嘅係呢度環境舒適,乾淨,很有中國的古典味道二人餐都只係$168 ,選擇亦好多首先可以選擇素湯或金湯海皇翅,金湯海皇翅別出心裁,材料有金菇、粉絲、南瓜等等,顏色鮮艷吸引,味道香甜濃郁,真的幾可亂真然後可選擇三款小菜,其中包括杞子雲耳浸淮山,營養豐富,味道清新,雲耳尤其可以補充鐵質,係健康之選另一款係南乳家鄉齋,材料有雲耳、茄子、紅蘿蔔、蘑菇等等,非常豐富,送飯一流最後一款小菜係豉汁南瓜蒸排骨,一開始好好奇究竟點樣可以模仿排骨豬肉呢?原來師傅用豆品造成排骨的質感,配上豉汁,真係好似食緊豉汁排骨飯!而南瓜亦吸收晒豉汁的精華是日甜品有紅豆沙,我哋仲加咗椰汁杏仁露,很香滑,非常滿足 continue reading
