平時去開相熟嘅餐廳,最鍾意就係off menu ,由主廚安排要預訂、seasonal 的當令食材。今次朋友帶我去佢嘅主場食off menu 餐單,啱晒我心意!主廚兼創辦人Michele Senigaglia是正宗義大利人,可以在這裡找到正宗意大利美食。今次菜式中的黑松露是Australia premium black truffle 澳洲頂級黑松露,單是價錢就比歐洲松露高幾倍以上,每片松露散發出的松露油香一試難忘!黑松露菜式非常limited,多數是VIP event 預留,供應有限,必須預訂。另外,Michele煮海鮮有一手!龍蝦烹飪時間控制得剛剛好,保留龍蝦的爽脆彈性,並用龍蝦本身的龍蝦膏加新鮮番茄做意粉汁醬,齒頰留香。西班牙章魚腿保留了爽脆、煙靭口感,又是食到唔停得口。以後在香港吃正宗意大利菜,就知道要來這裏。而且可以在這裏吃到頂級黑松露菜式,一定會再約多啲朋友一齊來品嘗。今次餐單:-STARTER-Halicot duck leg confit with black truffle (pre-order)黑松露油封鴨腿肉絲 (需預訂)125g Burratta D.O.P with Italian cherry tomato & red onion salad布拉塔芝士沙律Pumpkin soup with burrata foam and black truffle (pre-order)黑松露南瓜湯 (需預訂)-MAIN-Linguine Lobster with fresh tomato and basil龍蝦扁意粉Spanish octopus tentacles with vegetables and light pesto sauce 西班牙章魚腿配田園雜菜-DESSERT-Tiramisu意大利芝士蛋糕提拉米蘇

收工後直接去到餐廳,餐廳座落於蘭貴坊附近,門口採用開放式設計,室內環境唔算寬敞,一入餐廳映入我眼廉既係一幅放滿酒水既牆壁。比原定時間早左到達,餐廳分開2個Sections,吧台同用餐區,咁早到當然飲杯酒放鬆下一日既勞碌。當晚不是假期前夕,所以客人不算太多。大部分都喺酒鬼,飲杯酒食小食,只要你有order酒、都可以享用小食,有芝士、炸薯波、pizza 等。飲到咁上下就同個waitress 講開始食飯。餐包🍞法包薄脆配黑醋橄欖油一坐低會自動送上加黑醋自由選擇頭盤🥗、芝士Salami火箭菜沙律最底層好齊整咁滿一塊塊Salami中層一條條火箭菜再灑上一片片既芝士片是日餐湯🍲豆苗忌廉湯味道剛好、沒什麼特別主食🥂黑松露藍芝士長通粉芝士包圍每條長通粉、最面層有一塊塊黑松露甜品🍮提拉米蘇底是沾了咖啡的海綿底配上布丁口感既芝士?、表面灑上一層可可粉飲品🍸酒因為我地冇選擇咖啡或茶,最後佢送上一杯濃烈既酒精、清新口腔整體份量足夠,本人食量都中等,如果食哂會過飽,幸得友人幫忙,不用浪費食物,味道偏重口味,適合芝士愛好者及酒鬼,價格中上,朋友聚會飲酒🍻推薦。📍中環雲咸街73號地下

3位星期六食2pm lunch。從地鐵行去都幾遠同埋要行樓梯。餐廳當時只有我地一枱。會比水,一籃麵包加脆片,同油醋去點嚟食。個menu都幾多頁,睇左都幾耐,朋友們點蜆肉意粉和羊排,我就要咗一份burger,medium,本來跟嘅薯條就轉忌廉菠菜。等待食物時吃麵包,上菜時間適合唔會覺得等好耐。所有食物賣相很好。忌廉菠菜份量唔少,不過味道方面好似無調味,有點寡。朋友試一下,同感。不過佢話,可能係因為菠菜落鹽煮會好出水,maybe係故意的。Anyway 食burger,Burger 的麵包比較硬,入面配有生菜,煙肉,一隻煎蛋,芝士(非方塊cheddar!),etc。食落去好豐富,有煎蛋嘅關係好爆汁。塊burger patty 的確係半生grill到好靚,不過調味好重手鹹得濟,成個包食都ok 嘅。個包真係幾硬吓,後來要用刀叉食。朋友個羊排原來真的只有肉和少量裝飾的菜,沒有薯蓉或主食墊底,食落去好似差咁d嘢,於是又叫咗一份truffle mayo大薯條share。整體我覺得唔錯,服務上ok無問題。我地去嘅時間清淨,環境舒適,適合聊天約會。用apps有少少折扣。
