試了這裡的前菜,原來校友早已準備好一些招牌菜
首先來的已技驚四座,據校友所說,這是目前在香港吃到最大的Burrata Cheese,價值$395
每星期由意大利新鮮進口,因Burrata Cheese保存期有限,成本又高,每次入貨也不多,如今可親眼看到,親口吃到,真是難得
500gram的份量,足足比起以前吃過的大一倍
流心效果沒有細碼的顯著,不過質感仍算軟綿,入口帶着不算太濃的奶香
縱使多款美食當前,我們還是輕易地將之清掉,完成任務

意式燒豬,先用茴香和月桂葉等材料醃製,燒豬滲出一陣陣的香草味道
皮,是意式的燒法,因而沒有脆口的感覺,換個角度欣賞,皮吸了不少肉汁,味帶點肉香,是另一番味覺享受

只覺脂肪層是厚了一點,肥膩慣的西方人吃不出問題,但較着重飲食健康的香港人可能會覺得肥膩了一點

最後, 埋單都要兩千幾… 一心想食好野, 到頭來只是…….

😄驚喜一浪接一浪,到甜品la~~原本以為餐牌set好咗食指定甜品,點知...竟然有得揀!?最後選咗黑白朱古力雪糕摩絲伴霖酒紅桑子,雪糕𥚃面樣入紅桑子,賣相加味道特別!另外一個甜品要比👍Likex10👍就係非常好味嘅tiramisu la👏👏👏濃濃嘅酒香,creamy得嚟好smooth,傳統嘅意式手指餅!人間美味啊~~~😄
再意想不倒嘅係完美嘅句號,最後嘅餐飲二人都order 咗coffee,天啊!佢地竟然用咗某頂級都酒店都有嘅lavxxxxx coffee?出面飲成$70-$80蚊一杯ga!😱成個餐先至係$500多元一位!!!
再值得一提嘅係service!👍每度菜食完之后會問你食完未,

I was impressed with the good service and food quality when I had lunch with another friend last month. I even missed the food and the comfort environment here.

I was disappointed of the service here this time. As normal working group, only one hour is allowed to have lunch. We had the lunch buffet here, and the food was not as good as last time. I was extremely disappointed with the bad services here. We have ordered our drink at 1:45pm and no drink is served until 2:10pm. I don't really understand the reasons behind as only few tables in the restaurants at that time and most of their customers had already left the restaurant. We urged for more than three times of their late but no reaction at all. We said we have to give up as it was too late. We even couldn't enjoy the small cone!!! We were disappointed as the staff there were not caring at all. I don't think I will come here again.

Spit Roasted Italian Piglet "Porchetta" Style with Roasted Potatoes and Artichoke "Alla Giudea",$198。第二次在這裡吃意式烤豬腩卷,記得上次吃的味道較鹹,今次調味就較為恰好,不過肉烤得沒那麼香口,肉質也乾身了一點,而外皮再脆身的話就會更加好吃。伴著的炸雅枝竹,用料來自意大利,香脆內腍,微甜好吃。

Pan-fried King Prawns with Sardinian “Fregola” and Spicy Salami,$238,香煎大蝦份量的確不少,表面帶點焦香,蝦肉肉質厚而挺實,味道鮮甜,口感討好。跟著的“Fregola”,看下去像意大利飯,但其實是意粉粒,帶著咬口,creamy卻不膩。

Linguini Frutti Di Mare with King Prawn,Mussels,Clams & “Calamaretti” on a rich Tomato Sauce,$258,另一道海鮮菜式是大蝦意粉,用的蝦是跟剛才的烤蝦同一品種,但這個蝦肉煮法不同,質感較軟腍,卻不至霉口,加入青口、蜆肉及魷魚來煮,材料豐富。以濃郁的蕃茄醬來作底,酸酸甜甜,但意粉質感有點腍,欠缺掛汁力度。

Baked Lasagna layered with a Rich Meat Ragout,$158,朋友吃過這裡的Lasagna說不錯,所以也點來試試。千層麵送來時已帶濃郁香氣,麵條質感不會軟腍,層層麵皮間夾著大量肉醬,酸味恰好,面層還有點熱融芝士,沒有過濃的芝味,味道的確不錯,吃得十分滿足。

Homemade Caramelle-Shaped Pasta Filled with Mushrooms and Cream Cheese on Tomato Fondue,賣相像糖果的的意大利麵內釀了蘑菇及忌廉芝士,外型不算十分飽滿,口感也有點過腍,但芝士味道不錯,加上蕃薯醬汁,兩者味道來個平衡,不會感到溜濟。

最後還有甜品,Lemon Cream with Red Berries Coulis,$88,這杯甜品看下去像奶凍,但其實是檸檬忌廉,也加入了不量的雲尼拿籽來打造,忌廉口感不太滑,亦較為濃稠,味道酸酸的,十分清新醒胃,主菜後吃一個,感覺像是消去膩溜感。

先來的是麵包籃,麵包籃內有普通的麵包之外,另外也有Grissini及Focaccia,前者脆中有腍,那外部脆口,而內芯帶點粉腍的質感,真的是不錯的Grissini,如果麵粉香可以強一點就更好了;Focaccia理應如帶麵包香的蛋糕,但不知怎地,這個麵包就是來得不太像Flat Bread的質地,吃起來不及鬆軟,而且也凍冰冰的,不新鮮就是不新鮮。

吃麵包的時候,大家可以按照各自的喜好來選蘸什麼吃,可以蘸橄欖油吃,也可以再加點黑醋,再不就不蘸任何東西也成,不過此店就送上一小碗豆醬,這意大利南部的特式醬,用上了花豆Barlotti Bean及白豆Cannellini Bean所混合而成,使得豆醬既幼滑又帶豆香,確實是既便宜又有特式的下包良品。
是日店家用的Prosecco及Prosecco的酒體都柔和

吃意大利餐又怎可沒有意大利酒喝呢?先來的是開胃解暑的Prosecco氣酒,這一支意大利Riondo的Prosecco,酒體清澈,氣泡充足,哎起來很清幽而帶點花香味,入口也是很清新,甜度甚高,甚為合女仕享用,也適合作為餐前酒,不過如果用來配食物,酸度就真的不太足夠了。

當然店家也有供應最為大路的紅酒吧,店家是日選擇的這支Placido Montepulciano D'abruzzo 2010,這一支用上了Montepulciano來釀造的紅酒,雖然Blend了其他一點的葡萄,但主要也是用上了這隻單寧不高的葡萄來釀成吧,所以嗅起來夠輕盈,而酒體柔和,入口甜度高,個人認為配太濃口味的食物,如芝士及火腿,這隻酒未必對味了。

之後店家送來兩客薄餅,值得留意的是,店家供應的薄餅是拿玻里系的薄餅,跟現今開始流行的羅馬式薄餅實在有不同之處,不過說到薄餅的由來,其實拿玻里系的才是先驅,而店家廚師出來介紹的時候,也特別的介紹了它們是用上了高熱來焗這個薄餅,以使薄餅能在分多鐘的時間之內完成。

是日試了總共兩款口味,先來介紹最為大路的Pizza Margherita,這款拿玻里系的薄餅,最為簡約的用上蕃茄、Mozzarella、Basil及橄欖油製成,吃這個薄餅,就是要欣賞其餅底,而這個拿玻里系的薄餅,也真的跟Piccolo的羅馬系的甚有分別,中間部份依舊的很薄,但在批邊就較為厚身。

不要誤會本人在吃芝心批,其實就是這個邊,外脆而內軟嫩,跟羅馬系一股腦兒的脆口又是另一回事,質地方面,本人可認為這個批還不錯,不過店家的麵粉香就真的不太足,而且芝士及蕃茄醬的味道是過於薄弱,香草的香味也不甚突出,這一點希望店方留意。

另外的一款薄餅可就沒有這個問題了,因為用的餡料是味濃的Salami,這個滿佈Salami腸的薄餅,味道是比起之前的Margherita濃郁得多了,不過那陣鹹味就真的主宰了整個薄餅的味道,芝士味及茄醬味仍舊隱形,而餅底方面就跟之前的Margherita沒兩樣,所以雖然用Salami來做Neapolitan Pizza不是最為正宗,但以是日兩個薄餅來計,它確實是較為好吃。
炸橄欖好吃;Burrata就是不夠鮮,但伴來的橄欖油很香

小吃的環節就由此拉起序幕,先來的是炸橄欖,滿以為吃起來會是滿口橄欖的香味,怎知道它的味道原來是來得更為精彩,店家以橄欖碎粒混入牛肉粒,再蘸粉去炸,不單是炸得香脆可口,而且醃橄欖的鹹香混和了牛肉之後,一來令這小吃沒有那麼鹹,而且更帶出一陣肉香,一粒一粒的吃,真的想吃多數粒。

Burrata在香港現今廣為人熟知,但又有多少定店子真的做得好?皆因這實在是太考功夫及時間的配合了,而店家是日讓大家嚐的這一球Burrata,裡頭說不上流芯,但如果大家當它是一件普通的Mozzarella吃,其實它的水準也不失禮。

口感是軟綿綿的,然後在口腔滲出陣陣奶香,加上店家其後再淋了點橄欖油同吃,不曉得店家用上了那個字號的橄欖油,但這橄欖油真的非常香,令Burrata味道昇華到另一個層次,可說是彌補了它先天的不足吧。

吃意大利菜也會小不免吃芝士,除了之前的Burrata之外,更有伴來梳打餅及葡萄的芝士拼盤,在相片之中左手面的,其外圓周表皮帶點啡色的是Scamorza,其質地是有點像Mozzarella,軟腍腍像極凝乳,吃起來散發出淡淡的奶味,邊位帶點點煙燻味,基本上不配東西吃也行。

較為近右手邊鏡頭前的,是一款陳年了不太久的Gold Cheese,通常是大概有四至五個月吧!所以它在口感及味道方面都是來得平衡,細味有着芝士的鹹香,但同時又沒有藍芝士那陣近乎辛口的鹹香,而且質地是實中有腍,所以用來配餅乾、或重一點口味的Walnut吃也不錯。

在最為遠處的是Ubriaco,由於芝士是用了紅酒,及提子皮來陳年,再經過熟成,所以其表面帶有深深的紫紅色,而且質地也會來得較為實淨,不過它的味道是比本人想像中來得單調,滿以為芝士會帶點莓,甚或是菠蘿的果香,但原來它的味道是比起之前的Gold Cheese更為收歛。

意大利的火腿大家就知得多了,但說到家常味道,當然少不了各式的果醬,由相片中近至遠的說起,Mandarin sauce帶有豐富的橙香,也如蜜甜,味道當然可人;接下來的那一堆是Red grape sauce,故名思意,就是用上了紅提來製果醬,本來滿以為果醬會有陣單寧的嚡口感覺,但原來它的味道跟普通果醬無異,甜甜的而又有陣葡萄的甜味,實在也很難會不好吃吧。

綠色一粒粒的是Green tomato sauce,說它是醬,但其實也不盡然,這醬主要由切了粒的乾青蕃茄而剁成,吃起來酸酸的帶清鮮茄味,令人非常之開胃;最遠處的是DOC sardinia honey,跟一般比較矜貴的蜜糖一樣,它除了甜味之外,更帶着一陣回甘的味道,實在很合本人口味,而用它來跟芝士吃,鹹甜相衝,也是一個很常見的食法。

有芝士吃的一頓意大利餐,當然也會有Cold Cut Platter,先由左上角的Parma Ham說起,店家用上了頂級的Culatello,顏色看上來是比較粉紅色,不過可能是店家的刀功實在是太過厲害吧!所以份量是少得未能在本人口腔中爆出強大的鹹香,而且油份也未說得上細緻。

用另一張照片繼續介紹另三款火腿,最為深紅色的,是牛腿肉的內側,肉很瘦而沒什麼脂肪,吃起來感覺就是跟吃赤身一樣,但那陣肉香仍舊非常豐富,有着另一番風味;較為近鏡頭的是豬的肩膀,蘸上了黑椒煙燻之後,味道帶點刺激玩味;最後那粉紅色的火腿,當中混了點橄欖,雖然其肉質跟一般火腿無異,但就是因為大家有了這橄欖的鹹香,予人的感覺又是另一回事。

最為搶眼的是滿佈脂肪粒的Milano Salami,這一款Salami的特點,就是它的脂肪粒相當之細少,這就有如吃和牛一樣了,油花的分佈越是平均,那陣油潤感在口中就是來得更為和諧,美妙豐富的脂香,配上Salami本身的鹹肉香,實在是麵包及餅乾的良伴。

之後進入主菜的環節, Taleggio in Risotto,很明顯的就是以Taleggio芝士作主,然後就只加點忌廉及露筍粒來煮米飯,然後再為它下點松露油,所以這意大利飯嗅起來主要也是松露香,但吃味又是另一回事,粒粒煙韌的米飯,質地不錯,邊嚼邊品嚐那濃郁的芝士味,店家用上的這款Taleggio的芝士味來得較很強,起初真的還為是店家用上了點藍芝士,但原來也只是用上較為濃味的Taleggio。

本人喜歡重口味,而這款Ravioli就很合本人心意了,重口味不代表它很鹹,而是因為雲吞的餡料主要用上牛骨髓及牛仔肉混合而成,前者油潤而帶濃重脂香,而後者軟腍帶肉味,混成一起來作餡,只要咬破那軟腍的雲吞皮,滿口盡是這個美味。

及後的一味主菜是Spit Roasted Italian Piglet “Porchetta” Style,這意大利風格的燒豬仔,用上了茴香、月桂葉等香料醃過之後,燒豬肉帶有一陣香草的味道,而且瘦肉本身有彈性,單論食味是不錯的,不過個人稍嫌豬肉的脂肪的比例是多了一點,而且質地也實了一點,未能使到入口即化的感覺,加上燒豬皮乃意式光身皮的燒法,口感上沒有粵式的香脆,可能不是很多人吃得慣。

伴來的Side Dish是薯蓉及燒雅皮竹,本人未有吃過後者,不過前者就打得非常細滑,入口滿有薯香,在吃着一件件燒豬,弄得滿口豬油的同時,兩者就正好一拍即合。

Skewer of Spit Roasted Sausages是一款以全人手鮮肉製的肉腸,不過個人可認為它太過鹹了,基本上扼殺了肉腸鮮肉應有的肉香,而且裡頭的肉粒甚是嚡口,看來店家的肉腸應該煮過火了一點,不過雖然肉腸如此,但不代表這碟東西全然一無是處,原來墊碟底的那些蕃茄汁白豆是好東西來的,白豆煮得軟腍,豆殼也不礙口,加上鮮香的蕃茄味,比起罐頭的好吃不知多少倍。

店家大力的推介它們的燒雞,而且觀乎那專業的烤爐,本人也對這燒雞蠻有期望,店家只簡單而基本的以刁草、岩鹽及檸檬汁輕輕的來為雞隻調味,可能是味料下得不足夠吧!雞肉略微淡而不夠香,而且雞肉自身的味道也末見得因此突顯出來,而且最令人不解的,是我們多人分享的三隻燒雞,每隻的嫩滑程度也不同,其中一隻比較嫩滑,另外兩隻就有點嚡口,看來店家在此真的要下一點功夫了。

最後是甜點時間,先來的是Sicilian Cannoli,這一款不太多地方有供應的小甜點,用上最平民的術語來描述,其實就是芝士忌廉筒,所以要它好吃,最重要就是餅乾筒要夠脆,而裡頭的芝士餡要夠滑又夠香,而它也一一的滿足了我們的要求,一口咬下脆得不行的餅乾筒,入口盡是軟綿細滑的Ricotta Cream,香滑而帶甜美的芝香,真的吃多數條也願意,如果真的要挑剔,就只能稍嫌開心果粒下得多了點,破壞了芝士的滑溜。

除了這款甜點美味之外,店家的Tiramisu也做得不錯,雖然每杯也有不同濕度,不過不變的是它那Mascarpone芝士層,無論是其芝士香及蛋香也是一流。

最後店家也徇眾要求為大家準備了雪糕,大家每款口味也試一點,雪糕入口甚為滑溜,但同時奶油的比例是多了一點點,予人感覺有種很膩很重身的感覺,如果這雪糕是店家自製的,那麼在牛奶的選擇方面,是要下點功夫了。

吃畢所有東西,也當然來杯咖啡消滯,本人很本能的點了杯Espresso,此店的Espresso有着很意大利的風格,相信必定是因為所採用的咖啡豆之故,最後本人也沒有估錯,果然是用上 Lavazza這意大利的品牌,Espresso是有丁點苦,但Body還不錯又有丁點酸香。

反之本人再加碼的這杯Latte真的不得了,味淡如水,保留下來的咖啡味就是那陣剛才Espresso那陣苦味,而且泡沫及咖啡本身也不夠滑,其實是單單看那面層又浮又粗的奶泡,大概也略知一二,看來店家真的要認真對它們的咖啡品質研研究究。

東西是吃了很多,有好吃的,也有不好吃的,雖然此店在不少菜式上也還有很多要改善的地方,不過好吃的東西還不少,只要大家小心一點選擇,也會吃到一頓美好的意式風情,不過當然最好的情況是,店家吸取大家的評語後,能在自己的出品上下點功夫,那麼就是食客之福了,希望店家繼續努力吧!

I tried the bread first when I was waiting for other food bloggers to come. I was rather disappointed upon touching the cold bread and even more frustrated by its taste. The grissini was bland and not crispy whereas the tomato focaccia was a bit too dry. I then noticed the filled bread baskets on every table including the empty ones. I doubt if it is a good idea of exposing the bread in this way. .

At Divino Patio, pizza is served first. This indeed challenged my understanding of Italian cuisine. According to the Chef, having carbohydrates at the beginning of a meal is common in his hometown. We had the traditional Magarita and Piccante. Magarita is always my favourite. The dough that night was a bit unconventional as it was modified (thinner) to suit the taste of the Hong-kongers. It had a cripsy crust and a chewy centre. It was interesting to have two different textures in one pizza, though. Most of us agreed that the Magarita (both tomato and mozzarella) was too thin for our taste while the Piccante (salami, tomato sauce and mozzarella) was probably a bit too salty. The restaurant was too generous on the salami slices.

After filling up our stomach with pizzas, we then turned to the appetizers. The cold cut platters and cheese platters were indeed attractive! I was only able to grab a piece of beef shoulder cut which was really nice. As for the cheese, the creamy goat cheese most was most appealing, as the rest were too mild and ordinary for me. The Jam, honey and tomato salsa came with the cheese were the highlight of the dish. I wondered if they had used tomatillo to make the salsa as it was green.

A dish of Deep-fried Olives arrived when we were busy taking pictures of the platters. It was a hidden jewel. You may not expect much from the ordinary outlook of the fried olives, but the minced meat and olive inside were so tasty and carried a strong and poignant flavour! It would be a perfect match with beer.

The 250g Burrata was the dish I was longing for that night. The green leaves and red tomato did a good job of highlighting the burrata. Cladded in a snow white skin was the cheese. Beneath the beautiful cover, however, it was only a mediocre dish as it really lacked in flavour.

The Skewer of Spit roasted sausages with Cannellini beans and mashed potato was my favourite main dish that night. Augmented by the well-cooked Cannellini beans (Disclaimer: I am a bean lover!) and the generous portion of tomato sauce, the sausages were surprisingly delicious, and their strong meat flavour still stood out prominently among the many tastes offered by the dish! The tenderness of the sausages was particularly noteworthy.

I spotted the Imported Vallespluga game hen spit roasted when I sat down. I was delighted to try this but disappointed by its inconsistency. While this is not KFC, but the texture of each pieces of chicken was different. Generally, they were overcooked to various extents. Besides, the herb seasoning was weak.

Even though I had a small bite on each of the dishes (excluding the cheese, which I had lot), I was too full to have anything other than desserts. However, Risotto Costef (with Taleggio cheese, asparagus and black truffle) smelled so good that I could not help having some. If you love risotto, don’t miss this. Not many Italian restaurants have their risotto done correctly, but this one did. Truffle and cheese never failed to please me. The tanginess of Taleggio matched so well with the risotto, without making it too sticky. I just wish the chef would have more combinations of risotto.

I was really impressed by the chef because of the last two traditional Italian dishes. The home-made ravioli filled with minced Ossobuco Meat was one. Ossobuco is a mixture of meat, bone marrow and usually garnished with orange zest and basil. Its strong flavour makes it really good fillings of ravioli. The only thing I would complain was that the ravioli skin could be thinner.

Fortunately, I reserved some room for desserts, which was Sicilian Cannoli. It is a traditional Italian pastry but is far less popular than tiramisu in Hong Kong. It went really well with coffee. The well-baked pastry was rolled in tube shape and filled with creamy ricotta cheese. It was a beautiful demonstration of the beautiful simplicity of Italian cuisine. What I love most was that some orange zest was also added to the ricotta, giving it a refreshing twist to the traditional desserts. Instead of the rather irrelevant espresso sauce, I prefer a cappuccino to go with the cannoli.

You just could not miss tiramisu in an Italian restaurant especially when the chef is an Italian. Putting the tiramisu in a jar really makes it appealing, as you can see its lovely cross-section. This was not the best tiramisu I had, but was good enough. The smooth mascarpone cheese, lady fingers soaked with espresso and the cocoa powder were so yummy that I had to give extra effort in the gym next day. It could be even better if the lady fingers were more consistent, especially in terms of moistness.

Overall, the food was above-average. Traditional Italian dishes such as risotto, ravioli and cannoli were really worth trying. It is a nice place for happy hour or alfresco dinning, provided that they have a good wine list. As for the service, there was nothing to complain about. Constructive response to previous criticisms in OR, perhaps? I hope our comments on the food will also gain their attention.

餐廳位於Brim 28,即以前的三里屯,雖然這地方的很多餐廳已是全新面孔,但感覺依然就是輕鬆的,閒來吃點小食飲杯啤酒,是樂事。Divino Patio亦不例外,環境悠閒舒適,因此也吸引了不少鬼佬客人前來。

萬料不及,是次招待我們的PR會是一位法籍美女Celine,她十分專業,除了全程熱情款待之餘,對餐廳的背景、食材、烹調,以至一檯一木,都是瞭同指掌,並不是隨便發個電郵邀請試食,交了功課就算的那種。

大家邊吃麵包邊傾,麵包裝中有我喜歡的Foccia,軟熟帶蕃茄的微酸,開胃之極;Grissini其實也是香脆,但實在吃不下太多,只能讓PR獨自吞掉整裝麵包。

頭盤陸續到來,先有炒野菌,不要以為是普通貨色,端上桌時真的香到不得了,因為所有菌類都是從意大利入貨,新鮮無比,吃起來又夠爽口,很快便被大家清碟。

繼而是大得令人興奮的Burrata芝士,同樣從意大利新鮮空運到港的,是店家的招牌菜之一。心想,吃完這個,應該都不用再上其他食物了。芝士濕潤又軟滑,達至半流心狀態,相當吸引,旁邊的蕃茄甜得過份,就如像壽星女般甜美,而且兩者的味道是很合拍的。

興奮的事情唔好俾佢停,因有我最喜愛的Salumeria,五款的火腿及凍肉,有軟熟有咸香,令我愛不釋手。

吃意菜,自然不乏Pasta的環節,這一味Penne "Jermon" Style,材料及賣相並不花巧,長通粉煮得有咬口,醬汁細滑,芝味十足,再加入了黑松露的香,簡單又美味。

美女PR實在太高估我們的食力,之後的豬以及香腸均是雙份上,大鑊了!先說意式烤豬,皮沒想像中脆,但肉香甚為突出,加起油脂的香,同樣是食肉獸的恩物。墊底的薯茸,質感幼滑,可是真不能多吃。更有驚喜的,是面頭的雅枝竹,比坊間嚐到的,出色百倍。

再來的烤香腸,做得皮脆,肉汁豐盈,當然也是烤得十分香口。而開胃的蕃茄醬,用來中和一下,實在是大派用場。只可惜,以我的食力,根本無可能完成,吃了半條便要收手。

說過了我們是甜魔,所以甜品的份量也是多得驚人,有三款,合共五碟。其中是每人一粒的Neapolitan BaBa,是外面濕潤內裡軟熟,甜美好吃。旁邊更伴一球椰子雪葩,就更美滿。

至於平時常吃到的Tiramisu,質地其實不俗的,入口幼滑,咖啡酒味道醇香,仍屬對辦。

事先張揚了是甜魔媽媽的生日,所以PR亦很識做,在最後一客甜品New Generation Trio of Chocolate之中,加插了一枝腊燭,把氣氛推至高峰。許願、吹腊燭後,大家可以起動,小小的心太軟算是濃郁又流心,中間的朱古力慕思幼滑,Gelato更是好吃。

很開心可在甜魔媽媽的正日跟她慶祝,而且餐廳水準不俗,讓大家渡過愉快的一個中午。在此,也謝謝美女PR的邀請及款待。

大家先以自家製麵包開胃,想不到女公關是grissini殺手,就留給她清袋好了,反正媽媽更喜歡foccia,貪其鬆化得來帶有香草及蕃茄粒,味道甚為豐富;但再好吃也只能一件收手,因為之後的食物超級豐富!

500 grams Buffalo "Burrata"($395),乍看價錢雖然較貴,但足足半磅由意大利新鮮空運來港的巨型芝士,的確是芝迷不可錯過的美食。餐廳隔日就會空運關係,芝士保持極度新鮮,質感軟滑、濕潤、半流心,誘人之極,加一點橄欖油吃,其滿足感比吃心太軟更甚;還有同上的車厘茄甜得不得了,也是好好好吃,夠多人分享的話,值得大力推介!

Spit Roasted Italian Piglet "Porchetta" Style($198),豐富不得了。意式烤乳豬與中式乳豬口感很不一樣,沒那麼脆,但味道更卻更為濃郁,脂香肉香滿瀉! 除了墊底的細滑薯蓉,面層的炸阿支竹(很少吃到不咸的阿支竹,這裡吃到了!)也為整道菜帶來更豐富滋味。

最後是驚喜莫名的
"NEW GENERATION” TRIO OF CHOCOLATE($88),也是雙份上。估不到公關鬼鬼馬馬,將其中一份點上金色蠟燭,為媽媽慶祝生日,好感動!! 除了甜美心意令人欣喜,事實上這三件裝的朱古力甜品也魔力無限:前方朱古力心太軟濃郁又流心,中間的朱古力慕絲柔滑濃厚,最後的朱古力gelato也是甘濃味美,吃完滿足非常!

十分滿意的一頓飯,真多謝劉總的好帶契,以及美女公關的招待。最後,很驚奇得知這裡週一至六的semi-buffet lunch只由$118起,實在是抵食非常! 價格遲些或會調整,有興趣的快趁未加價去吃吃看吧!

兩款pizza: Piccante, Margherita
這裡的薄餅屬於比較厚身的北意大利風, 我蠻喜歡他們的餅底, 厚得來也不會太超過, 而且很有嚼勁

他們把青橄欖外層放上牛肉碎, 再炸成一個個小球. 橄欖味跟牛肉碎一起吃好吃多了. 這道小吃好看又美味, 推薦!

這邊的招牌, 很大的burrata, 上次吃過很失望, 因為完全不是漿狀的內餡
應該是他們的來貨問題吧, 我覺得他們的burrata吃起來蠻硬的, 像是在吃韌度比較高的水牛芝士一樣
如果真的吃過高水準的burrata, 你應該不會喜歡這裡的, 因為burrata是應該呈軟滑的內餡

手工香腸配上茄汁豆跟薯蓉. 我覺得他們的香腸蠻好吃的耶, 肉質鬆軟也不會過鹹
而且喜歡他們烤到外層有點焦焦的變更加香
茄汁豆我本身不喜歡吃所以不能作評論. 他們的薯蓉超美味的! 富牛油香, 大家也對這個很喜歡

不過不失的烤豬, 味道其實是不錯的, 肉香十足但就是肉質乾了一點點
但意大利烤豬我沒有吃過一家是做得像中國或葡國那種皮脆肉嫩, 可能是他們的製作方法吧

他們的雞則是令我有點失望, 說他們的雞是用上走地雞, 但雞肉本身的味道還是淡了一點
調味也是很淡, 幾乎沒什麼鹹味. 而且三碟雞的肉質各有不同, 需要在這方面加強做好, 把質素穩定會比較好

這裡的tiramisu酒下得較少, 芝士軟滑但有點不夠香
餅乾的濕潤度做得很好, 亦吃到有點咖啡香氣

Gelato
這裡也有i-scream的gelato, 口味也有8款可以選擇, 蠻多的
Other Info. : 這次用餐食物質素平均比中環店好一些, 服務這裡真的很好很好 不只是因為我們是試吃, 眼看他們對待每一桌客人都是很有禮貌 加上環境很舒適裝潢得很好, 味道評分雖低了一點但整體評分被服務跟環境拉高 所以還是有一個好評, 特此說明一下
