The waiter came to tell us that start from 5PM, they have happy hour promotion for 3 hrs that we can eat anything inside free, I saw there was some salad, sausage and cheeses inside but I didn't take the photo. My friend and I were about to leave at that moment so we didn't try, but maybe next time.

店員都非常熱情,一方面不厭其煩地介紹我們不同的食物飲品,亦堅持邀請我們坐在店內看menu,不必站著看那麼辛苦,很窩心嘛!此店不便宜,只食物整體來說都很好吃,而且氣氛非常好,都不像在香港!

先來的當然是餐前麵包。雖然紙袋看上去油油的,但裡面的麵包其實很乾身。有"百力滋"和切了塊的小法飽兩款,相對比較硬身。因為是坐室外,橄欖油和醋是裝在小膠兜裡奉客,醜醜的(笑)。

一向都為牛油果瘋狂,今次也不例外。這個他他的牛油果又軟又甜超有牛油果香。最近家裡買的牛油果,不知道為什麼未熟果肉已經變黑,不夠軟當然也不夠香。這下子真的可以過足癮!不過以我一向的認知來說,一般他他都是把生牛肉打得碎碎的再砌成一個圓形的餅狀,再配上生蛋雞,非常粗野血淋淋的法國菜,不是很多人會欣賞、或者敢去吃。但這個他他呢就用上了吞拿魚。這下次被接受的程度應該有大大的提升了吧。吞拿魚和牛油果很相襯,好棒。

這個薄餅我超喜歡。不過由下單到上菜所需要的時間很長!雖然我們幾個朋友一直在聊天,也沒怎麼在意它還未上桌子,但反倒是店員,會有一點小尷尬的走來告訴我們薄餅一會兒就會來噢請再等一等。當它出現時真的是香死了。料不算多。但薄餅的餅底是介乎PH記的厚批和薄批之間,保留了微脆口感的同時,吃到邊邊位就會有麵包的口感。

最前方還有農場雞蛋及蘆筍。這個可謂沙律的大雜匯,每一款食材都達到沙律必要的新鮮度,而且都是我所愛的食材,最深印象是爽脆多汁的蘆筍、甜熟的牛油果、嫩滑的農場雞蛋,以及第一次接觸的 San Daniele Ham。不過在 Salad Dressing 方面,由於落點不平均,以致只是乾吃著雜菜,而未能品嚐得到 Dressing 的味道,店方或可考慮將 Salad Dressing 用器皿盛載並由食客自行加添,又或者將此沙律的設計稍為改變,這將會更加完美。

"卡卡" 選了 Spaghetti ''Alla Marinara'',它是一道蜆意粉,色彩繽紛,充滿夏日氣氛! 此蜆意粉的特色在於加入蘆筍,食味與平日具豐盛蒜香與酒香的蜆意粉多了一份清新,對我而言,由於食味稍淡,亦缺了一份香氣,所以還是喜歡平日的白酒蜆意粉。不過意粉質感保持煙韌有嚼口,不負意大利餐廳的名聲。

我多選了這道半隻的烤雞,使用了店方的秘方及香草醃製,配以薯條及沙律菜。

除 Snack Bar 外,這烤雞是幾款菜式中最為突出的。烤雞充滿香草的芬芳、肉質嫩滑、食味溫和,就是 Home Feel 的味道。不過肯定不是重口味的朋友所喜愛。

每個人都有著不同程度的轉變,但友誼不因別而忘,希望每一年暑假也能讓我們體會那份從大學開展的珍貴感情,年復年地享受著友誼間的甜蜜!

  我唯有叫支茄汁嚟送先鯁得落唔好浪費食物,其他同事叫嘅燒春雞亦都係好鞋,稍為正常係碟意粉。結果好多同事放棄咗個主菜再出去攞多碟沙律食,早知凈叫沙律唔駛叫主菜啦!

餐廳的環境尚算舒適,尤其實在沒太多客人,可以讓我們靜靜地聊天;只是燈光方面太過昏暗吧,雖說是情調不錯,但拍攝出來的照片質素,簡直是惡劣得連photoshop也迴天乏術。

點好菜後,麵包隨即送上!裝在紙袋的共有三款麵包,包括有香脆的麵包條,方型的洋蔥包,以及一片片的香草包;款款都烘得暖暖的質素不錯,配上香濃的橄欖油和酸酸甜甜的黑醋同吃,就更是美味開胃,結果我們高速食完一袋後忍不住又再添了一袋。

吃過麵包後,先來的前菜有‘Vegetable soup with spelt and barley in black truffle flavor’,我的第一個感覺就是‘咁健康既???’,因為湯內滿滿都是雜菜粒和豆類,有紅蘿蔔,薯仔,紅腰豆,薏米和小麥粒等等花款眾多,至於味道就是西式羅宋湯加中式去濕湯的混合版,不是太特別而且過咸,也沒什麼黑松露味,我努力地連‘湯渣’都吃掉已差不多飽了一大半。

另一道前菜‘Cherry tomato gazpacho, crab salad and lime sorbet’又是貨不對版,左看右看望來望去,也見不到蕃茄和gazpacho的影子;而‘蟹沙律’則是一條條沒甚樣調味過的蟹肉,幸好味道總算頗為鮮甜,另外青檸sorbet就味道酸酸的,十分清新開胃,只是極體感覺上所有材料都不是太配合得到。

另一道主菜‘Slow cooked pork cheeks with saffron sauce, served with fava beans and crispy guanciale’也十分美味,經慢煮過的豬面頰肉果然是非同凡響,腍滑得只需輕輕一切,整塊肉已粉碎成一絲絲的纖維,加上肉味濃厚,醬汁的味道就更是深深地滲透入內,教人回味無窮;只可惜豬面頰肉只得三小塊,實在是毫不夠喉。

甜品只得一款 ‘Homemade Sicilian-style cannoli filled with ricotta cheese and nuts, served with espresso coffee sauce’,我本身不愛吃芝士,而ricotta cheese的味道就更是濃烈得令我有點作嘔的感覺
,結果我只能吃掉伴碟的雜果;後來餐廳老闆走來問我們意見,我苦著臉說不想食芝士但又無其他甜品選擇,他隨即送上一客雪糕,雖然只是普通的Vanilla ice-cream加香脆雪糕筒,但又實在令人喜出望外。

埋單時送上兩杯House Lemoncello,味道甜甜的十分易入口,而且檸檬味香濃,不過酒精濃度極高又後勁凌厲。整體上我覺得食物味道是不錯的,但始終對Restaurant Week的菜式更加有所期待,若果這就全是廚師的經典拿手好菜,這樣的水準感覺上是平平無奇了一點;似乎這間餐廳,實在未能好好把握今次的宣傳機會了。

午市套餐可跟主菜,其中一款是Homemade Meatball filled with Cheese and Braised Ham in Tomato Sauce,自家製的肉丸內裏釀了芝士及火腿,但芝士份量不多,味道就不太突出,但整體肉丸的肉味也是香濃,口感軟腍,不會又腍又粉,配合酸酸的蕃茄醬,也吃得開懷。

The food was decent: beef carpaccio tender and tasty albeit way too salty; calamari modestly fried with light batter; penne done al dente and a nice creamy Gorgonzola sauce -- again too salty. For $183, though, it would have been nice to get more than $12 worth of pasta. Anywhere else on the planet that is an antipasto-sized portion.

For the same amount of money there are other places I would rather spend it. For good food there are plenty of alternatives. If you want to hang out and don't mind paying rent for the privilege then maybe you will like it here.

之後經理帶來一杯東西來,怎麼我喜愛的咖啡這麼快便送上? 原來,這是杯磨菇湯,上桌時還散發出陣陣黑松露的香氣,是充滿驚喜的一客湯。只是,面頭的忌廉稍稍多了一點,攪勻後會有少許影響湯的溫度,但味道是對勁的,磨菇香濃,不失松露的香氣,值得一試。以意大利紅酒Valpolicella Corte Giara去配之,相信是很合適的。

主菜方面,首先有意大利雲吞,外皮口感煙煙韌韌,內裡的南瓜茸等餡料香甜,面頭有香氣十足的巴馬臣芝士,只是醬汁略為過甜,但不算很嚴重,也是合格的分數,今趟有較為乾身又帶點花香的Pinot Grigio作為配搭。

另外就是燒虎蝦,新鮮巨大的燒蝦,燒得香口,也自然會是蝦頭甘香,肉質爽口彈牙,配角的白腰豆茸軟滑,跟虎蝦是不錯的配對。吃虎蝦也理所當然地伴以白酒,這杯是全晚最清新,也最有花香的一杯,我喜歡。

最後的主菜有西冷,火侯控制十分理想,粉紅色的夾心,肉質嫩滑鬆化,而且燒得夠香,是最為出色的一道,亦是我全晚最欣賞的一款食物。燒得香口的牛,跟一杯含三款葡萄的Le Maestrelle,比起剛才喝到的Valpolicella Corte Giara更為合心。

甜品只得一款,沒選擇。由於是情人節項目,這款甜點也有心型果醬,而軟滑的黑白朱古力慕絲,配以微酸的草莓醬,是美滿的終結。配甜品的自然也是味道較甜的Lambrusco Dolce。

最後,總少不了一杯Cappuccino,感覺才是完滿。

此情人節套餐供應期為8/2 – 14/2,據經理透露,訂座情況也相當理想,如果想品嚐到以上的精彩菜色,記緊要及早訂檯啦!

Crab and mango salad with a cherry tomato sauce也非常美味動人:極鮮甜可人的蟹肉堆成小山,拌以清新微酸的芒果及車厘茄汁,中間還拌以軟熟的牛油果,最後加上沙律菜,那鮮甜豐富又清新的交融滋味,真是令人無比動容,超級推介的一款!

接著開始展開三款主菜試吃,而每款主菜也有相應的美酒,首先是配Ravioli的Pinot Grigio "Prendo" William Walch:此白酒集合了香梨、香蕉、杏桃及鮮花等多重香氣,氣味十分迷人,口味卻清爽淡泊,很適合襯以pasta。由於這裡的食物份量頗大,頭盤我們試吃的是2/3大小, 完成後已經半飽,所以來到主菜要求再進一步減少份量,也真的幸虧如此,因為
Homemade ravioli filled with pumpkin, amaretto biscuit and Parmesan ($398套餐)的體積既巨大又飽滿,是晚淺嚐就好了。要講大廚功架一流,意大利雲吞的外皮軟滑有彈性得來,又相當具有咬口,配上香甜的蜜糖汁及餅碎,還有臨吃時鮮刨的芝士碎, 更是味道豐富迷人。不過個人不太喜歡中間南瓜蓉夾心,如換上芝士菠菜餡就完美了。

至於我還是專心品嚐主菜的
Pan-fried tagliata sirloin steak with polenta and porcini mushrooms,要講西冷的肉質靚到不得了,嫣紅迷人的肉質柔嫩無根,同時牛味濃郁兼霸道之極,淨食固之然是人間美味,拌上火箭菜及芝士片,又別有一番美妙滋味,令人十分難忘! 另外配菜的牛肝菌也芳香細滑得十分誇張,與西冷堪稱是有如神仙俠侶的完美組合。

除了黑醋和橄欖油,這裡還提供 zucchini dip,用它來伴麵包吃,挺不錯的。不過,這裡的麵包比較煙韌,用上額外的氣力才可將麵包一分為二,令人感到莫名其妙。

不久,我們的頭盤登場了。Crab and mango salad with a cherry tomato sauce,色彩鮮豔奪目,讓人眼前一亮。用上較昂貴但香甜多汁的 Alphonso Mango,和酸甜的蕃茄來配襯鮮嫩的蟹肉,這個組合清新又醒胃,當中還加了少許 chili,除了為沙律添上一份微微的辣勁,更令我聯想起惹味的泰式沙律!旁邊帶深黃色的 cherry tomato sauce 味道清甜,雖然櫻桃蕃茄本身是紅色的,但經過高速攪拌後,便會像玩魔法一般的變了色!

接著,是讓我留下深刻印象的 wild forest mushroom soup。看似一杯熱朱古力或咖啡,卻散發出陣陣的野菌香氣,令人垂涎三尺!頂層的黑松露泡沫入口輕盈細膩,更精彩的卻是內裡熱呼呼的野菌忌廉湯,集香濃、鮮甜、creamy、幼滑於一身,絕對是「無懈可擊」的傑作!

進入 main course 的環節,先品嚐較清淡的 homemade ravioli filled with pumpkin, amaretto biscuit and parmesan。Ravioli 是自家製的,入口帶 al dente 的 質感,軟滑的餡料則混合了南瓜,amaretto 意大利餅乾和 parmesan 芝士,味道清甜,在情人節吃這款 pasta,或會多一份甜絲絲的快樂?

喜歡吃海鮮的我,當然對另一款主菜,pan-fried tiger prawns with sardinian fregola and white cannelini beans in olive oil 充滿期待。三隻香煎大蝦蠻有份量,只用了些少鹽和蒜蓉來調味,已帶出蝦肉的鮮甜味,加上結實彈牙的口感,讓人吃得開懷又滿足。相伴的 sardinian fregola 其實是意粉粒,比 couscous 來得更有嚼口;軟腍的白腰豆則煮得相當入味,質感跟大蝦形成強烈的對比。

壓軸是相對上「重口味」的牛扒,pan-fried tagliata sirloin steak with polenta and porcini mushrooms,燒至 medium rare 的西冷牛扒肉味濃郁,肉質與脂肪比例均勻,軟嫩多汁,加上微微焦香,是另一水準之作。幽香的牛肝菌固然味美,口感獨特的 polenta 也值得一試。(Polenta 看起來像薯蓉,其實是以粗粒的玉米粉加入水、鹽和橄欖油煮成的,綿密的口感彷如兒時吃的「糊仔」。)

最後,當然少不了甜品和咖啡 -- 深知女孩子和甜品總是形影不離,Chef Michele為我們三人各自安排了一份漂亮的甜品Duo of chocolate parfait with raspberry sauce,以果醬在碟上畫了一個巨大的心形,感覺甜蜜又窩心!分別以黑和白朱古力製成的慕絲冰涼軟滑,甜度適中,配襯酸酸甜甜的紅桑莓果醬更是清新醒胃,要 K.O.這個甜品,一點難度也沒有呢!

雖然餐廳還提供了不同的葡萄酒給我們來配襯每一道菜式,但由於第二天還要上班,唯有淺嚐即止。無論紅酒或白酒,都偏於fruity,很易入口,女孩子要小心了,可不要不知不覺間的喝醉呢!

我們這夜前來試食,服務當然格外貼心,但以我的觀察,其他侍應的服務態度亦相當不錯。再加上舒適的環境和味美的食物,以每人四五百元這個訂價來說,確實是 value for money 之選。情人節快到了,不少餐廳都趁機推出昂貴的 valentine's day set dinner,我也要開始計劃一下我的情人節晚餐了…..

I find that within the Divino Group of restaurants, each venue actually has their own strong points. Over here the Chef and Manager are so knowledgeable about food and wine - in fact in the whole line up, I found here to have the most rarer to find Italian grapes. On top of that, their Lasagna is absolutely adorable and non of those fancy recipes with wagyu beef or thin layered versions. Just a good rustic recipe with a PROPER BECHAMEL sauce and very meaty ragu..Grissini & Bread -Duri

Order a wine and you get some free hams and frittata to eat, along with some tempura items. These are not bad, but I definitely prefer the Goggia versions which I have just posted about and belongs to the same group !

Lasagna - $158
This is very rich and has a good white bechamel sauce as well, unlike most of the crap versions around town with only tomato sugo being passed off as lasagna. You can taste the spice and herbs cooked into the meat ragu, and then it's slightly gratinated finished with cheese on top. 8/10

Grilled Sicilian King Prawns with Sardinian Fregola & Spicy Sausage - $238
The Sicilian sourced prawns were packed with flavours, it seems like not only are their Red Prawns which carry this trait. In fact these prawns were better than a lot of the stuff we get out there. Worked well with the fregola and slight kick in the spicy sauge. ~ 8/10

Roast Italian 'Vallespluga' Game Hen with Fries and Salad - $178
The imported Italian chicken is rubbed with herbs and roasted. The flavour was good but this particular one was slightly dryish nearer the breast but hopefully it was just a once off problem. 6/10

Sicilian Cannoli - $88
These are a modernized recipe and presented like cones. The filling of ricotta with candied fruits and pistachio was done very well and paired with a coffee sauce. You get pretty poor Cannoli in Hong Kong in general but this modernised version was definitely very enjoyable. ~ 9/10
