因為父親節臨時臨急訂位食午餐,上openrice只見到呢間食店可訂位,於是就決定試試,一早已冇期望,但想不到食物賣相和味道相同地差,因為價錢偏高,咁嘅質素我只可以冇情地有彈冇讚。叫左鍋貼,素餃,香醋骨,江南炒飯,鮮菌紅燒豆腐,小龍包,炒三鮮,蒸銀絲卷。其實一睇佢父親節套餐都知食水深,$998四位,見價錢已唔想睇食咩。我地落單十分鍾後d食物就到哂,快到驚,我一見個賣相就知唔掂(如果價錢平反15-20%就ok) 首先小龍包已出事,皮穿但厚,冇鮮味,肉唔新鮮,只有夠大隻。跟住最唔掂係炒三鮮,蛋白加蝦,魚,帶子炒埋。黎到亂七八糟,d蛋白一大堆黏住哂又好老,全靠碟油黎令佢滑身d。入面d海鮮無樣鮮,只有爽口,分唔出食緊咩。收你$168。再黎鮮菌紅燒豆腐,一樣亂七八糟,豆腐冇煎透,成大堆生粉芡汁多過材料。香醋骨味道ok,但炸得較硬身,賣相極差。其餘都唔想講。不過最讚係服務態度,上菜速度,唔洗等位同舒服嘅座位。希望可以改善下食物質素,因為減價就冇可能……我已好心將d相執左顏色,令佢吸引小小啦。

首先小龍包已出事,皮穿但厚,冇鮮味,肉唔新鮮,只有夠大隻。
跟住最唔掂係炒三鮮,蛋白加蝦,魚,帶子炒埋。黎到亂七八糟,d蛋白一大堆黏住哂又好老,全靠碟油黎令佢滑身d。入面d海鮮無樣鮮,只有爽口,分唔出食緊咩。收你$168。
再黎鮮菌紅燒豆腐,一樣亂七八糟,豆腐冇煎透,成大堆生粉芡汁多過材料。
香醋骨味道ok,但炸得較硬身,賣相極差。
其餘都唔想講。不過最讚係服務態度,上菜速度,唔洗等位同舒服嘅座位。
希望可以改善下食物質素,因為減價就冇可能……
我已好心將d相執左顏色,令佢吸引小小啦。

因為哩度有卡位可以坐得舒服些
,雖然今日係星期六但一到就有位 (約九時)。

已經光顧此店好幾次,所以餐牌無須多看已可點菜。

湯泡小籠飽 及 醉雞 是我到這裡必食的,今次還點了 <農家小炒肉> ,<砂鍋津白>,
<軟燒活魚> 及<鍋塔豆腐> 最後甜品是<奶皇窩餅>同<高力豆沙>。

湯泡小籠飽 及 醉雞保持一貫水準。
<農家小炒肉> 尖椒炒腩肉, 辣度適中,略嚴油太多,
<砂鍋津白> , 湯底清甜配料頗多,
<軟燒活魚>看圖片時見到 [橙橙o地] 色 ,以為會是酸甜的 , 來到才知是辣的,落單時侍應又沒有提我們有點失望.但味道很好, 真是錯有錯著。
<鍋塔豆腐> 醬汁不是太濃, 喜歡吃豆腐的朋友這是一個不錯的選擇。

甜品<奶皇窩餅> 勝在熱辣辣, <高力豆沙> 一般。

是晚進餐過程感覺不錯, 我會再來的。

去新餐廳通常睇下有咩新奇野食~今次呢度見到湯浸小籠包,好得意平時最驚一夾就整穿個小籠包,無晒汁但有湯又唔同喎~點知原來唔同味哈哈個蕃茄幾重酒味,凍凍地開胃前菜情迷雲吞雞當然要食,個雲吞味道普通了點而雞係用雞脾wor ~石窩飯飯焦脆卜卜,有點辣好惹味~下次要再試下其他款式!

今次呢度見到湯浸小籠包,好得意
平時最驚一夾就整穿個小籠包,無晒汁
但有湯又唔同喎~點知原來唔同味哈哈

個蕃茄幾重酒味,凍凍地開胃前菜
情迷雲吞雞當然要食,個雲吞味道普通了點
而雞係用雞脾wor ~
石窩飯飯焦脆卜卜,有點辣好惹味~
下次要再試下其他款式!

位於沙田新城市廣場邊緣既「嚼江南」係鴻星集團其下既食肆。可能因為只係位處商場既邊緣位置而非自由行必到既中心地帶,所以即使係午市黃金時段都唔係全場滿座,就算walk-in入去都應該重有位。可能亦都因為咁,午餐既套餐算係非常抵食。$50幾蚊有一碗麵(豬骨/担担或麻辣湯底)、一碟餸同埋包埋野飲添。如果唔夠食的話重可以加窩貼、小籠包、春巻等等,重要免茶免加一添,真係非常吸引!担担麵好快就上枱。雖然餸唔算太多,但都叫做可以接受。湯底非常入味,辣中帶少少甜既味道都幾惹味,最特別既係無落到味精,以致即使飲左好大碗湯成個下晝都唔會渴死人咁。唯一要批評既係好似D麵煮得over左少少,可能因為食材係用左上海麵既關係,越食越淋pat pat咁,雖然勉強都可以接受,但少不免要扣少少分!炸豬扒整得十分鬆脆,第一啖咬落去已經食到個表面炸得有少少脆之餘又唔會過份乾身。而豬扒亦都應該經過特別處理,雖然食得出應該無乜點落到鬆肉粉,但整體肉身唔算太硬之餘亦都好容易入口。不過要批評既係佢地好似用油既份量好似重手左少少,雖然「炸豬扒」少不免會有呢個情況發生,但如果可以更加好咁樣去控制呢個步驟就更very good喇!坦白講,

坦白講,呢度既食物質素絕對唔係好到「dum」一聲果種。不過,以$50幾蚊有咁多野食,重要免加一茶芥黎講,喺呢個自由行大商場黎講真係絕無僅有!

沙田每逢食飯時間,都超級多人~~好難等位~而且好吃就那幾間~~所以次次來沙田行街都要煩惱要吃甚麼~這天,我跟男友逛一田那邊,就去了最底層看看晚餐要吃甚麼。在書店隔壁就有一間吃上海菜的,而且時間尚早,人不多,我們就決定了吃這間。因為沒有吃過,就先點了例牌上海菜會吃的東西,我們兩人點了口水雞、酸辣湯、小籠包、銀絲卷這幾樣。因為之前在別的上海菜館,我都習慣喝龍井。這次,我也點了龍井,而且也是不用加錢。茶的味道甘甜,蠻好喝順口,只是放久會有一點澀澀的味道,但算是合格的。先來口水雞,不算是非常辣,味道還可以,我覺得好像少了花生的味道。酸辣湯的酸度跟辣度配合得很好,很多上海菜館的酸辣湯質素都還好,不是太酸就是沒有辣,所以我最愛這個。小籠包普普通通,正常味道,沒有說很驚喜。銀絲卷炸得很脆,而且內裡真的一絲絲,而且口感很軟綿,很讚!而且整餐價錢沒有很貴,而且地方也坐得蠻舒服,不會很逼。

,足半隻雞,一般沙窩雞的雞肉都比較鞋,但這個雞肉非常嫩滑,雲吞就比較普通,但湯就非常鮮甜美味,連平時不喜歡飲湯的肥妹,也喝了三碗,最後個小小都被她清空,證明這湯絕對美味。

,這菜可能是落單後廚房才即扣,因為在我們全部菜差不多吃完,仍未見鮑魚上檯,當時距離落單時也有三、四十分鐘,在催單後又等了十五分鐘仍未到,找經理問時,他說差不多了,結果又等多十分鐘才見到鮑魚上檯,真的很大隻,斤兩十足,絕無欺場,味道是可以的;但可惜的是,可能由於我們催促的原因,鮑魚未淋透,略有半點韌,又無啜刀的效果,真感覺得有點兒浪費了這麼大的一隻鮑魚,下次如果要食這店的鮑魚,一定要有時間,夠耐心等才可以,否則就變成了飯後小品了。

,趁著高力棉花糖還暖的時侯,蘸上糖和巧克力醬,軟棉棉,香噴噴,香甜味美即又不太膩。
今晚亨用了一頓還不算差的晚飯,但最重要的還是可以和家人一齊享用,這才是真正的快樂人生,活在當下。

跟家人起openrice 寫食評目的志在記錄但不幸今日要比個喊面久不久食嚼江南下午茶近年越來越貴但今日有人有八折咭咁都叫唔錯抵食的炸豬扒豬骨湯米線加鍋貼豬扒炸得唔錯鬆脆可口 但近年越來越薄 冇豬汁 炸粉比例上高左 食唔到足夠豬味湯底一般米線則好差下 過淋最唔開心係鍋貼正面有一隻穿左 冇左肉汁唔ok反轉睇果兩隻鍋貼一隻好燶一隻唔夠燶而且有少少鑊屎因為鍋貼真係差 食得唔開心

今晚跟好友T小姐吃飯,同行的還有E先生,由於T小姐茹素,因此吃飯地點由她選擇,最終她選了有提供素菜菜色的嚼江南。訂了19:30的座位,到達時門外已有數人在等位,我先入座,點了壺碧螺春,坐在舒適的卡座等他們兩人到來。蟹粉小籠包 $80小籠包皮薄多汁,可是連丁點蟹粉味道都吃不出來,早知道點普通小籠包就可以了。上素炒拉麵 $72材料豐富,有蘑菇、金菇、秀珍菇&翠肉瓜,拉麵口感蠻不俗,只是芡汁多了一點,味道還不錯。上湯時蔬 $78又是秀珍菇,這次是用來炒白菜,還有加入蒜頭及少許鹹肉,不錯。鹽酥骨 $72外層炸得香口、惹味的鹽酥骨,裡面還是充滿肉汁,用來餸飯一流,讚。上素蒸餃 $28餡料的味道還不錯,只是餃子的外皮硬了一點點。生煎鮮肉包 $20外皮鬆軟,底部煎得香脆,餡料肉嫩多汁,好吃。太子餅 (豆沙鍋餅) $34最後,當然甜品時間,鍋餅皮薄香脆,豆沙餡甜度剛好,不油不膩。

在等候食物期間,我看看四周環境,裝修有點過時殘舊,再看到不遠處放骯臟碗碟的盤子附近的地下有零碎的垃圾和紙屑等,感覺有點不太潔淨。

先來了蔥爆羊肉,羊肉鮮嫰,易咀嚼,不帶羶味,份量亦不少。茨汁味道適中,不太鹹。京蔥爽口,配襯羊肉味道一流。

江南炒飯金黃色,香噴噴,鑊氣夠。食材有蝦仁、帶子、蔥粒和蛋花。飯粒炒得十分香口,而且海鮮用料充足,令每一啖飯都吃到蝦仁或帶子,而整碟炒飯的份量很大。

最後,店員送上紙火鍋鴛鴦小籠包,一共有4件,分別是2件牛肉小籠包和2件豬肉小籠包。我們是第一次遇到牛肉小籠包,便急不及待嘗試。一咬開表皮,內裡的牛肉球有點像乾蒸牛肉的質地和味道,亦缺乏肉汁。另外,因小籠包浸在湯內,另表皮軟腍了。再試豬肉小籠包,內裡同樣欠缺肉汁,豬肉亦欠缺鮮味。我試一試那個湯,一陣味精味,不想再試下去。

Why do they always establish wonderfully good restaurants away from the crowd, in not so easy to see or stumble across places?It was a weekday, it was late, and we were tired and hungry. It was a weekday, it was late, and we were tired and hungry. We were immediately shown to a table at Dining Fine and we noticed that the place was only maybe about a third full. I wondered if it was just really late or if the restaurant was bad and therefore not patronized. Soon after we were seated, a waitress came over and asked what kind of tea we want to have and was back within a couple of minutes with our steaming pot of tea, a smile and a question, "Do you want crabs? Crabs very very good." A pro-active waitress! I think I'm gonna like this place.

I've never had paper hot pot before and I was really curious and just itching to try their Crab meat and Pork Dumpling Paper Hot Pot. It was very interesting to have soup simmering over live fire on a paper pot. I was half-expecting the waitress to put the small flame out before leaving but she left it burning and amazingly, the paper pot remained intact for the duration of our dinner.

And oh the aroma wafting from the dumpling soup. The scent of chives and spices simmering was heavenly; but more importantly, the taste was delectable. The dumpling wrapper was soft and chewy, perfectly wrapped around a ball of minced pork and real crab meat. The soup was a wonderfully slurpy delight. This was definitely, without a doubt, my favourite dish of the night.

But aside from this, we also had a plate of Seafood Fried Rice which was a little salty when eaten on its own, but is perfect when eaten with the Sweet and Sour Fish Fillet. Together, these two dishes complement each other's sharp taste, giving the diner a perfectly balanced blend of sweet, salty and sour.

To cap the dinner off, even though we weren't celebrating a birthday, we ordered a couple of Birthday Buns. The bun was heavy with thick, creamy filling densely filling its center, smothering a perfectly round salted egg yolk.
