我同4個friends一齊落去三坡坊諗住食個便飯聚一聚,見周圍爆曬,而呢間有位,咪求其入去試試囉,簡單一份魚皮,雖然唔係貴,但係比份淋嘅我,全餐飯即刻唔開心,另外份雪花肥牛,收我198,但得10片,性價比真係唔值,好認真地三坡坊大把選擇,我自己衰求其,入錯閘唯一低讚就係個麻辣猪耳,係唔錯,攞黎送啤酒都ok嘅,另外雞煲我叫左個蒜茸雞煲,建議大家就唔好叫喇,我諗大家食佢地個麻辣雞煲就應該ok嘅,祝各位食得開心。

由於班波友住荃灣,今日就去左佢地地頭打波,打完之後佢帶左我地黎球場格離呢間野食烤魚,我地叫左烤桂花魚,同一般魚煲唔同既係佢地會先煎一煎香啲魚皮,先再放魚湯落去,食落又真係會香口好多。除左個煲之外,我地仲嗌左幾個小菜,分別係薑蔥爆蠔、黃金鮮魷同埋炒鵝腸,由於我地打完波唔想食咁飽所以冇嗌到飯,如果唔係呢幾個小菜已經好食到送幾碗飯,特別係佢個黃金鮮魷,佢個炸粉同咸蛋黃既比例控制得岩岩好,唔會落得太多咸蛋黃搞到個魷魚冇左脆個口感,所以我覺得佢地個黃金鮮魷係必嗌。

荃灣三坡坊一向係美食集中地,今次同朋友就去其中一間—汀汀烤活魚試下啦~我地本身落單時話想走辣的,但店員話食烤魚一定要食辣,所以都要了最小辣度的香辣鍋,果然係真係要小小辣去令到鮮味更突出~魚方面我地選擇桂花魚,肉質嫩滑,魚味香濃,係食烤魚最好嘅選擇呀~鼓油王炒鵝腸鵝腸十分肥美,食落口陣陣鵝香,墊底的芽菜沾上醬汁,香口惹味。薑蔥炒魚卜魚卜一條魚得一個,而且係最鮮味嘅部位,一碟有成十舊魚卜,都幾抵食。薑蔥炒桶蠔啲蠔勁大隻,而且數量都不少,炒得好惹味有鑊氣,所以到最後就連啲薑蔥都俾我地清哂。其實仲有好多小炒都好吸引,但食到飽哂,唯有下次再來試埋佢啦~

前幾天天氣又凍了,又到了打邊爐的時間了,我們一班朋友相約在三坡坊集合,我們去了一間叫汀汀烤活魚的餐廳打邊爐。這裏除了打邊爐之外還有小菜可以叫呢!我們本身想叫烤魚的,但是有朋友不太喜歡吃魚,所以我們就叫了豬骨煲。這個就是汀汀豬骨煲了,材料十分豐富,而且還傳來陣陣的胡椒味道呢!而且還有大量的芫荽蔥,可以劈走豬骨的腥味呢!這個是黃金炸魚皮,炸得十分香口,而且蛋黃味道十足,十分吸引呢!這個是手切牛魔王,因為我們全部都是牛肉的愛好者,所以打邊爐是必須叫牛肉的。牛肉肉質鮮紅,而且半肥瘦,肉質很嫩。我們還叫了炸墨魚餅,炸得很甘香,還能吃到粒粒墨魚肉呢!

其實條魚都幾大條厚肉,不過可能我同朋友都比較大食,仲追加左一碟二人肥牛,同埋一份雙拼芝心丸海膽丸。


二人肥牛一碟只有7片,不過都尚算大片同少少厚,烚十零秒已經食得,牛味濃,又軟滑,絕對唔係街邊雪藏牛肉既質素!
