丁丁烤魚隔離都有幾間打邊爐舖,所以我就去咗嗰度揀,丁丁既工作人員不停推銷(有禮貌咁)睇左個餐牌後就決定入去嗌半隻雞煲再加D牛羊打邊爐。雞煲就唔係太耐,差唔多10分鐘。再加嗌左串燒拼盤同多春魚各一串。返返去雞煲嗰度,D雞煮得煮淋幾滑,都算好食。食完雞煲串燒就到左,串燒拼盤有羊、豬頸肉同雞。因為我 鍾意食 羊,個羊又有好多羊味,所以我都幾鍾意。雞同蛋就唔係太好食。食完雞煲就可以落邊爐湯底,唔知係咩湯但係都幾濃。嗰碟牛比左個樽仔裝住D完全冇用既氣體,連係咩都唔知。D雖然有好多塊但係塊塊都好細,午係好彈牙但係冇乜肉味。跟住D羊就樣樣皆有,好好食。最後我食完個邊爐之後個多春魚仲未到,就問個服務員咩事,佢就話出唔到單,佢問我地要唔要燒返,我心諗佢哋燒咁耐都係唔使啦。我覺得呢間野最大嘅問題係太貴,我同屋企人去食5個750$😱 continue reading

位於大埔的丁丁烤魚, 之前以為只有烤魚食😅, 有次無意中看到原來也有雞煲、串燒等多款食物, 於是這晚在太和行山後就在此吃晚飯奇味雞煲(半隻雞) $166雞煲上桌後店員開爐待熱後會將材料兜勻, 除了雞件外, 還有香蔥、蒜頭🧄、芫茜、洋蔥🧅, 爆得香濃惹味, 雞肉相當嫩滑入味, 老公和我都吃到讚不絕口, 餐廳設有自助醬料吧, 但完全不用加醬料已經很好味😋接著再加配火鍋湯料, 於雞煲的原鍋倒入已預備好的湯底, 沙白 $58沙白新鮮飽滿鮮豬腰 $58豬腰爽口田園拼盤 $68包括白蘿蔔, 冬瓜, 粟米🌽, 蓮藕, 薯仔🥔粟米很香甜, 其他材料也新鮮好味大豆芽 $38口感爽脆白飯 $12以充滿精華的湯底送飯吃一流椰青水 $16原裝椰青水非常滿足的一餐, 座位又寬敞舒適, 這裏除了可以二人世界之外, 亦相當適合一家人或一班朋友歡聚 continue reading

大埔街坊都知好食嘅烤魚雞煲店,選擇唔多,丁丁烤魚 係其中一間值得一試嘅。今日同友人去食街,經過丁丁烤魚,門口侍應招呼殷勤,店面多客應該幾好食,加上聞到好香嘅雞煲味,所以決定幫襯。頂級本地騸牯牛 特別菜式,大埔好少見有得食騸牯牛,可惜朋友唔食牛,留返下次試,見到隔籬枱的牛肉好有仙氣,聞到極濃厚的牛香味。菠蘿香水檸檬茶天氣熱辣辣,坐低飲返杯特飲,近期好人氣的香水檸檬茶,加入菠蘿果肉,酸酸甜甜好開胃。手打苦瓜香水檸檬茶好掛住台灣嘅苦瓜汁,估唔到大埔都飲到好特別的手打苦瓜香水檸檬茶,苦中帶甜,味道特別,有創意。奇味雞煲我喜歡吃烤魚,朋友想食雞煲,今次俾佢決定食雞煲先。麻辣味道超吸引,半隻份量也不少。好耐無食雞煲,小辣非常惹味,雞肉都幾滑,非常新鮮,配料蒜香芫荽幾好食。五花腩生菜包五花腩大大碟,肉質肥美嫩滑,肥瘦相間,入口濃香鮮味,腩肉厚身有口感。用生菜包住,配搭酸辣醬汁,口感層次豐富。泰式燒原隻魷魚泰式燒烤即叫即燒,原隻魷魚新鮮熱辣,趁熱食特別鮮甜,肉質非常彈牙,火候掌握剛剛好,咬落仍然有爆汁感覺,真係幾香口,沾上泰式辣醬更好食。蒜香皮蛋朋友叫左蒜香皮蛋,香辣惹味,入口Creamy,一邊食一邊讚。燒粟米爽脆口感,甜度適中,很開胃的小吃。燒菠蘿最後我們以燒菠蘿做甜品,很完美的一餐。 continue reading
