Always a triumph of dining, no matter where you are. Despite having many, many branches all over the world, some are better than others (naturally). 咁多年來的鼎泰豐,由台灣/香港/亞洲以至全世界,從來沒有聽過有人話鼎泰豐唔好食或不合格等等。它們的小籠包外皮不容易被筷子篤爛咗或整穿咗,湯和肉的比例恰到好處,係不停地新鮮製造,只是細隻一點。湯麵類的出品,不單止外觀靚,麵的軟硬度適中,上湯有味而不太濃,感覺不是味精湯。從落單至上枱,食物都很快到,服務員非常多,又有禮貌,也不會各自傾偈,地方乾淨清潔和舒服,各樣餐具和食物擺位非常講究細緻,世界級水準。

鼎泰豐一向不是我的首選, 在台灣和香港也吃過, 今天約了教會的好友見面, 我倆都不知吃什麼好, 就隨便進去了點了三個小菜, 包括小籠包$68, 牛肉湯麵$88和四季豆$58最好吃還是小籠包, 有少許湯汁, 粘着陳醋吃牛肉湯麵整體份量都偏少, 牛肉很少, 面也很少, 勝在湯底不錯四季豆原來是個冷盤, 還以為是熱的, 最不好吃的, 踩雷不用等位隨便想過來吃也是可以的

喜歡去台灣旅行的一定識這個名字 — 鼎泰豐,我10幾年前去台北,朋友帶我去食永康街老店,已經喜歡。它在香港開了分店,也會偶爾幫襯。香港分店的菜單與台北一樣,選擇比以前豐富,時不時有新菜式。我們叫了小籠包($62)丶高湯炒菜心($76)丶清燉牛𦟌湯麵($85)及蝦仁蛋炒飯($92)。小籠包皮很薄,做到完美的十九摺。包內有豐富肉汁,豬肉味濃,保持水準!唯一美中不足的是餡料少了,以前咬落多D豬肉。😋菜心很鮮嫩,味道剛好,不咸和不油膩,食到菜的鮮味,健康!👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻這個燉湯麵可以有兩個食法,先飲一啖燉湯,會品嘗到很香的牛肉味,湯底清甜無味精,正!而倒麵入去,連麵一齊食,同樣好味。麵很滑溜,有少少腍,口感OK!牛𦟌燉得又滑又腍,因不是用鹵水或其他香料燉,反而有牛肉原味!😋😋😋最後上枱的蝦仁蛋炒飯,亦很有水準。除咗蝦仁,它有很多豬肉粒及少少蔥花,上枱已聞到陣陣香味。蝦仁尚算新鮮,飯粒平均有蛋汁,不油膩。本來已有D飽,最後都被我地KO 晒!😃😃😃整體而言,雖然鼎泰豐在香港已經開店咁多年,仍保持水準,用料亦新鮮,當然它的價錢亦偏高。

這個燉湯麵可以有兩個食法,先飲一啖燉湯,會品嘗到很香的牛肉味,湯底清甜無味精,正!而倒麵入去,連麵一齊食,同樣好味。麵很滑溜,有少少腍,口感OK!牛𦟌燉得又滑又腍,因不是用鹵水或其他香料燉,反而有牛肉原味!😋😋😋
