蝦餃: 大大隻, 都算足料, 皮算薄, 我覺得ok燒賣: 都是大大粒, 但d 肉偏肥, 食完有d 漏釀茄子: 好似係魚肉釀的, 再炸, 沒有試, 朋友們好似話ok棉花雞: 足料, 多雞多棉花, 味道唔清楚豬仔流沙包: 豬仔形好cute!! 不過講流沙程度, 我覺得唔夠, 有d 點心店/酒樓比佢做得更好叉燒腸: 腸粉皮厚左d law, 再薄d 就好, 叉燒多, 味道正常小籠包: 呢個最差!! 無湯汁都算, 個皮好似軟膠咁, 掟都應該唔爛....我都沒有吃! 只吃了裡面的肉 continue reading

晨七咁早就俾媽咪叫左起身,話要同我一齊去飲早茶。媽咪都係聽人講呢間唔錯先話要嚟。不過去食完之後我都覺得幾好食啵 蝦餃有四隻,蝦餃皮好薄好晶瑩剔透,可以見到入面噶鮮蝦,咬一啖見到入面幾乎全部係蝦,起碼有三四隻係入面,真係好正吖!啖啖食落口都有鮮蝦包圍著你噶感覺真係好! 豬仔包,個賣相十分得意,令人一見到佢就會愛上佢。而且入面係流沙餡,咬一啖包啲餡就會流落黎,好似啲蛋漿咁,金黃金黃色,好靚 每個包噶餡都會俾好多,而且外層噶包新鮮軟熟,熱辣辣咁 蟹子燒麥,啲蟹子俾超多,而且好大粒,真係好襯翻果幾粒燒賣,一樣咁大肉質鮮美,食落去唔會好多肥肉 continue reading

今日同媽媽去海港城果邊買野,兩個人都行到累啦,就唔想返屋企煮飯,阿媽就話想去飲茶食點心,就淋起之前雜志有介紹過嘅點點心呢間點心店,就行過去試下。呢間點心店品種都算多,脆皮鮮蝦卷,外面果層面粉炸得好脆,入邊包住滿滿嘅蝦肉,雖然炸過,但都有保留左蝦嘅鮮味,食得好蝦好新鮮。蟹籽燒賣,味道算可以,無驚喜但都算出品唔錯,算足料,上層鋪左一層蟹籽,內層包住都算多蝦肉。每次去飲茶都會點蝦餃,呢個蝦餃都算可以,皮薄餡多,蝦肉新鮮彈牙,唔錯。牛肝菌花菇包,個樣好可愛,小朋友就最中意了,食落都算幾得下,餡幾好味。流沙豬仔包,性價比比較高嘅一款點心,而且好得意,流沙做得好好食,咸甜適宜,又好食又好睇,下次要帶個小朋友過嚟,等距食得開心。 continue reading

*逢星期一至五2:30pm-6:30pm入座及落單起計7折優待香港的點心專門店「添好運」及「一點心」自從在米芝蓮車胎人美食摘星後就一登龍門成為熱店,隨後本地仿傚的點心專門店有如雨後春筍般到處開設。這家「點點心點心專門店」位於九龍渡船角,地點吊腳,店內裝飾簡單,牆壁以白色為主,天花板有一盞盞圓圓的黃燈,旁邊有一些鳥籠作燈罩,算是花了些少心思。內面整齊清潔,環境不錯,可是木製的桌椅很細小,餐廳環境略嫌太擠迫,有少少逼的感覺。menu紙有齊中英日文,十分國際化。點心款式唔少,但當然無酒樓咁多,不過好多點心都相當特別,在一般酒樓唔會食到!點心價錢二十多元一碟,也算大眾化。上菜速度很快,雖然知道是一早準備好的食物,但味道卻不錯,很入味。脆皮鮮蝦腸HK$29~ 將蝦膠芹菜用米網包住炸再捲上腸粉皮,食落有3層唔同的口感,很特別及鬆脆,但太過油膩!素芥末咸水角HK$19~ 皮脆內軟,餡內加了芥末醬,少許香辣卻很清新,非常匹配原本較油膩的咸水角真係菠蘿包HK$19~ 這樣命名是因為真的有菠蘿在餡內,外皮弄得不錯,香酥,內饀除了奶皇外有菠蘿粒,但餡料質感太重,整體其實不算好吃,不過作為此店代表作,是必點款式*逢星期一至五2:30pm-6:30pm入座及落單起計7折優待 continue reading
